Very simple to use good quality
There should be two different lids. One for storage, the other with a hole to grind into. Came with two of the same lid. *missing parts. see picture The grinder jar feels like glass. Technivorm Moccamaster says its plastic. I'm just off to a bad experience with Technivorm Moccamaster on this purchase.
My daughter loves it
Brews a good cup of coffee, but the warming plate chipped badly within a few months. This happened spontaneously from once-daily use. They were more than willing to service it under warranty but I had to ship it (at their expense) to their service center, meaning I had to find a box and packing materials. A fitted box for something this expensive would be more appropriate. Most importantly, I was left without a coffee maker while it was being serviced. To be honest, I am very surprised that they didn't just replace the unit as it seems kind of strange to leave someone who paid that much for a coffeemaker without a way to make coffee. When factoring in the expense of the maker, how quickly it broke, the general cheap feel of many of the pieces, and the inconvenience of the service process, I probably would not buy another one or recommend to other people. I'm mostly banking that replacement parts will be easy to find once it is out of warranty.

Best coffe maker I have owned in a long time. I love the timer and brew settings. Just amazing coffee every time.
The quality of your coffee is amazing. I would recommend getting one. Brew time is minimal is compacted, very light. 💯 recommend.
I recieved the product today and as soon as I opened it, I was able to clearly see that the filter plate was rusted. Use of such a rusted plate and product definitely could pose health and safety concerns. hence I chose to return it back immediately.

If you are on the fence if you should buy or not...BUY IT! Love that I can make my own cold brew. Love saving $$$ and I truly believe it taste just the same if not stronger sense I can control the strength! Easy to make, clean, pour and more! Very happy with this purchase!
I had this sitting in my cart for so long because I wasn’t sure if I would like it or use it enough. I am so glad I made the decision to buy it because I am absolutely in love with it and it’s one of the best purchases I made. So if you have yours just sitting in your cart, this is your sign to just buy it! It’s easy to use and you won’t be disappointed! The smaller one is perfect for just one person, unless you drink multiple cups a day, but it only means you will have to brew more for the next day which isn’t hard to do. I am a visual person, so I brought it upon myself to help others out with tape measurements. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
I had a larger Keurig before buying this one. I like this one much better. It takes up much less space on the counter and I actually like that water doesn't sit in it all the time. There are measuring indicators inside that tell you where the 6, 8, and 10oz level is, but I find it easier to just fill up my cup and pour it in. It is quiet, fast, and shuts off automatically after 90 seconds of non use.
I bought this Frieling French Press for my husband after rave reviews from a friend. After the second use I noticed that the outside coating had begun to peel away. It appeared as if the hot water loosened it from the spout down the length of the press. I was able to return it for a refund, although I was disappointed to not be refunded my full amount as more than 30 days had passed since the purchase.
I’ve only had this for a few weeks and the jar broke while I was washing it! I’ve never had this happen washing a jar before, I’m not sure if I just got a dud?!? It wasn’t user error, it’s never had hot liquid in it, I haven’t bumped it into anything. I don’t want to return the whole thing to exchange it because then I’ll be without a coffee maker. Until I find a replacement jar I’ll just use the wire mesh basket in a plastic container. Sigh. I wish they could just send a replacement part? I couldn’t find a way to contact the seller or I would have. If they see this and send a replacement I’ll update my review.
