I had my first keurig for 7 years. Then got this one and have had it since 2018. No issues. Looks great and works great.

I have had mine for 6 years and it’s AMAZING!!! I love it and every time we have guests over, they ask where we got it. The only bummer is that i bought mine for $99 and now they sell for $200. I want to get another one, but they’re too expensive now. Nothing has melted or destroyed, like I read on an earlier review. Those pictures that were posted by someone, showed “melted plastic”, but it looks like old dried coffee that was peeling off the bottom that was never washed. Mine is in perfect condition 6+ years, but I took really good care of it.

While this is a good coffee maker, the carafe leaves much to be desired. This unit has a one year warranty and after 2 years of use and no abuse the carafes plastic has split on its own and the company will not replace it because it's past the one year warranty. Maybe it's just me but when I pay near $200 for a device I do expect the materials to last longer than 2 years. Other than this crack I have no other issues and it works well.

  • I use this daily for loose tea and occasionally if I want one cup of coffee but don’t want to brew a whole pot. Works great, very affordable, solid construction, easy to clean, 20oz size is perfect for one large cup or two average size cups and best of all the taste of the tea or coffee is so much better using this press! I only hand wash and air dry so it should last many years just like my last one. I highly recommend!

  • This is a good little coffee maker with a small footprint. My only complaint is the spout on the pot is turned for right handed people. I'm a lefty. If I forget and use my left hand to pour, it spills coffee.

  • Es bastante robusta, de un diseño agradable y mantiene caliente el café un rato.

Expensive product with apparently low quality parts....Strong burnt electrical smell just after a few months of use. After taking apart the coffee maker I noted the heating element is burnt completely. Manufacturer won't pay for shipping the item back, & UPS quoted us over $60 to ship item back to the manufacturer to have them repair it. One would think the price would equal quality but it definitely does not in this instance. I would caution anyone looking to purchase this product.

  • I have wanted an espresso machine for years! This amzchef double espresso machine with milk frother is fantastic and so much fun to use. I am an absolute newbie at making espresso. This machine is pretty easy to use. I’m getting better at it with each cup! The milk frother is still a little intimidating for me but I’m getting there ! I’ve had other amzchef appliances and have always been very pleased with the quality of their machines . This espresso machine is the same. The quality and design are really good. This machine is beautiful and works perfectly . There is a good instruction book included . I like all the options that are clear and easy to understand on the digital display panel. So far I’m using the basics. It has the option to make one or two cups of espresso at a time. The water temp can also be selected . I’ve been frothing my milk first and the display for the frother is also easy to read. This machine is compact enough for even a small kitchen like mine . I love the detachable easy to fill water tank . The machine will alert if the water level in that tank is running low. There is also an alert should the machine overheat. There are minimal accessories included with this machine which a suppose is normal. There are two filter cups that fit in the portafilter . One for single cup use and one for double . There is a heavy plastic measuring and tamping tool included also. All are suitable and work well. I’m absolutely loving having this amzchef espresso machine in my home. It’s fun and easy to use . Would recommend !

Ok look, this isn't a $300 Moccamaster. It's also not a $15 Mr. Coffee. It's a middle-of-the-road coffee maker that does one thing, does it well, and does it for a great price. It's also got a huge metal carafe which keeps 10 cups of coffee warm for a good long while (box claims 2 hours, and that's been my experience as well if not more) so you won't get a rusted-out hot plate and you'll never shatter the glass carafe after you put it on the countertop, forget it's there, and then accidentally knock it to the floor while you're reaching for a banana. You know how fancy, expensive coffee makers go on and on about their shower head design that distributes water evenly? Yeah, this bare-bones Black and Decker has that and it works great. What about the temperature of the water? Well I tested this in the middle of brewing 10 cups of coffee and it was 194 degrees, and I've had it go as high as 196. Basically, what I mean is you can get a huge amount of fancy expensive coffee maker performance out of this thing, and it's only about 50 bucks. I've had it for a month and would gladly recommend it to pretty much anybody.

  • One of my best purchase experience! Super easy to use and super easy to clean! Good for couples of two. And it helps me remain energetic in the morning without thinking of the pain of washing the coffee pot! All five stars!

My husband and I decided to get this keurig coffee maker because of the options it offered. I do no drink coffee but I love capucino's, hot cocoa and teas. My husband is a huge coffee drinker so he was the only one who used our regular old coffee maker. I love the options on this particular machine with temp control, led screen etc. and it looks very sleek. I would definitely recommend this product. The only thing I will say bad was that it showed up with scratches and scuffs near the panel of the LED screen. However the machine still works properly.

  • This is an update to my original review. Originally I rated this carafe as a four star but now have learned to love this pour over carafe to a five star rating. I was expecting a larger carafe. We Americans drink a great deal of coffee. This carafe will hold 3 large American sized coffee cups without using the top part of the carafe. I still do not use the leather collar as I found it a little difficult to remove to wash it after use. I use a hand towel to hold the carafe if it is still hot to touch. I learned from my last carafe that you need to wash and dry a glass carafe after every use to avoid water spots. This is a great size carafe for 1 to 2 persons. So this is the reason I updated to 5 star as I judged the carafe too quickly. ** I was expecting a 7 cup carafe something like the size of my old now cracked one I was trying to replace. My photo shows the old cracked carafe pictured beside the new carafe. I removed the collar on the new carafe so you could get an accurate feel for a size comparison. I would have sent this small carafe back to exchange it for a larger one but I did not see any 14 cup carafes advertised. This small carafe will work fine for myself but probably not for serving company. I would have given this pour over carafe a 5 star except for the 7 cup size description.

Coffee maker came horribly packaged with damage to the bottom. No line hook ups or an owner’s manual. Also doesn’t come with pots. For the price I paid it shoulda came with all of the above.

  • In case you’re wondering, “How is this different than the Evoluo?” It’s almost identical. The Delonghi has a bigger water and capsule tank, a more rugged metal cup tray with the DeLonghi logo, and a metal latch/lever on the top. Parts are also interchangeable between the two machines. My five year old Evoluo finally died. I can’t remember what the Evoluo sounded like when I first got it, but for the past two years it was extremely loud and sounded like an airplane taking off. This is about one-third of the sound level. Unfortunately the water tank was damaged in shipping so I requested a replacement one. But in the meantime the smaller Evoluo water tank from my old machine is 100% compatible.

  • I have only had this Nespresso machine for a few days and I already wish I had bought it first. Only time will tell if the IR sensor issue that happened with the Vertuo Next happens on this model (other customers who swapped out Vertuo Next for the Vertuo Plus Deluxe say they have not had the same issue) But IR issue aside, this machine is better for me for 2 big reasons: 1. It's much quieter 2. You only need one pinky finger to open and close the top. This is great when you are busy and juggling a big travel mug that doesn't quite fit under the spout. As a bonus, the water reservoir is bigger and mobile so you can fit the machine into different places. I'll update the review if I have any issues (especially since I'm only days in).
