I’m so pleased with my purchase of the ninja coffee machine. Very easy to use and no more need to go to Starbucks as this ninja also makes iced coffee. Super easy to clean and looks great in my kitchen it’s a great addition would definitely recommend.
Obviously, I got a machine someone else had sent back. There was coffee and milk everywhere in the box and on the machine. What a mess! But since I trust that coffeemakers.us.com would make it right if it didn’t work, I spent a close to an hour thoroughly disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling the unit. Then, after reading the instructions, I fired it up. It worked perfectly! It has been a few weeks now, and I could not be happier with this unit. The size is compact and fits well on the counter. I have encountered no leakage, as a few have mentioned in their reviews. My wife and I both like milk with breakfast for the extra protein, so we have been making almost exclusively lattes using ultra filtered fat free milk. The foam on top is thick and rich. The heat level is not scalding so we don’t have to wait to start enjoying the latte, but it is hot. Actually, just right. The noise is minimal. Less than our old simple Keurig brewer. We also bought Cafe La Llave espresso style K cups and Jordan’s Skinny Vanilla syrup. The resulting product is surprisingly good! So simple. So quick! So cheap!
It’s a great coffee maker and it’s still working not like all the Keurigs I bought and had to return. 4 of them.
When it arrived I had very high hopes for the cold brew vessel I had chosen, mainly because of all the high reviews that came with a high star raiting. When I got it out of the bubble wrap and went to open the canister I was beside myself. I could *not* get it to open - at all - I was fighting back panic because I didn’t want to force something and break my new item. I stopped to find assembly instructions, to which I could not find. After about fifteen minutes of fidgeting and serious full on wresting with the cold brew pot finally was able to get it open. There’s a leaflet inside... the assembly instructions. Not like they would have done me any good in getting the rubber gasket to let up off the inner thread. The gasket doesn’t work. It just doesn’t. It keeps the lid from sitting flesh enough to allow for proper threading and it’s easy to get the lid tilted while struggling so the lid gets stuck with the threads crooked too. Even if I take the rubber gasket out the lid just keeps getting stuck, actually when I take the rubber gasket out it will leak while pouring.. so all in all the gasket removed solves nothing and adds one more issue to the dance. I’ve made coffee four times with it and every time I *struggle* to get the lid off to get the grounds out. It’s a two hand, head lock, silicone grippers kinda job. Serious pacients and the minutes. I’m naturally a small, puny person (100lb & 5ft4in) but this left me feeling a little defeated. All in all I’m going to continue using this coffee pot until I break the handle. It does what it’s suppose to. Oh!! The rubber base was a life saver given my adventures.
Looks great, works fast, nice and hot
Wasn’t too sure at first due to others said it was too loud. But the price was right so I took a chance. I am glad I did, it was only loud at the first use when i cleaned it. After that you don’t notice the noise. The brew is quick and coffee comes out pipping HOT!
I had expensive one and I have cheap one so far for the price less then a hundred dollars this has been ok. It works just fine I get expresso with frothy milk and hot water. Haven’t had an issues with it but it’s new. If it takes a dive it will go over the side but so far it’s working out standing 👍🏻
Definitely not a $300 coffee maker. Has some nice features, the quality of the product is lacking, especially the carafe. It's very small probably not actually the 5 cups as stated and flimsy and has a cheap feeling. The buttons lag when pushed but if you push it twice, it decides where it wants to go. Maybe at this price, add a Keurig type coffee option. It will work for what you need, if you want a small amount of coffee either from drip or ground. Also, the stickers on the front of the filter tray take some form of adhesive removal fluid to get them off, since it says do not use anything abrasive since it will scratch the cheap plastic front. Again, not worth the price especially if you like coffee since this carafe is about 1 cup of Joe for the average coffee person.
This is the best coffee pot I've ever had! I've been looking for a coffee pot that had no plastic. But none to be found except an industrial home version with a metal basket. Not exactly what I was looking for. I've been researching for few weeks and found this pot. The plastic that they use are BPA, BPS, BPF and phthalate-free plastic. It had better quality plastic than any other ones that I've I seen out there. I was also looking for one that made really good coffee. And this pot does that. It makes a clean and smooth coffee. It keeps the coffee hot. Which I saw a review that said it dosen't but it does. After having coffee from this pot, I don't want to go get coffee from a Starbucks or any other place. They won't taste as good as mine! I really mean that. It's amazing! Plus I started grinding my own coffee before making a pot. That makes a difference also. This big purchase was worth every dollar and then some!
Single cup coffee maker works good heats up good
What’s pictured on the listing is a reflective, shiny, deep blue. What you receive is a flat, dark slightly teal blue. Looks nothing like the listing in color. It seems to work fine so far, but the plastic feels suspiciously cheap, like plastic you wouldn’t want to be getting super hot. The manual has many grammatical errors and phrasing that doesn’t make sense.
I first noticed that the LED screen was not properly functioning. (About half of the lights did not show) Soon after, I had difficulty getting the unit to begin brewing. Now I have not been able to get the system to brew at all.
Overall I like this coffee maker but I do not like sellers that try to deceive. It DOSE NOT brew at 208 degrees. See picture. I think it is hot enough for coffee but if you need 208 degrees keep shopping. The stainless steel mug is plastic with a stainless steel liner. It works but I don't like to be deceived. It does not have a warming plate but with single serve you do not need it. The auto off turns off the coffee maker as soon as it is done brewing. I like that. It has a red blinking light that clearly indicates that it brewing. If it came with an all stainless steel cup and actually brewed at 208 degrees I would be completely happy. The instruction say that you can not use paper filters. Yes you can. Get the small size flat bottom filters and put them in the "funnel" without the reusable filter. Works just fine.
Did not come with the measuring spoon/tamper. I thought I was purchasing a new product but suspect it has been used. It was not clean. The machine only brews about every third time you push the button to brew. The double shot only ends up being not quite 3oz. I emailed the company to notify of missing parts the received a reply that they were out of the office until Feb 10th then replies would be very slow when they return!
disposable coffee maker! It is a shame that a brand so renowned for its good quality uses some cheap and poor quality materials to make this coffee maker. in my case I bought the one in the stainless steel cup but the bottom plate is made of very fine cheap metal and with the humidity it deteriorates and corrodes, making the machine go bad. I was able to repair it by buying a 4 inch diameter x 1/16 inch thick round stainless steel piece on ebay.com for only $ 3.95 and now it is a good quality coffee maker !!!
