I absolutely LOVE this brewer. I am now able to save so much money from frequent trips to Starbucks and enjoy the same great taste of starbucks coffee right from the comfort of my home! This is one of the best investments I have made and would recommend it to others! System is user friendly and self sufficient!
After a ton of research I decided to choose this coffee maker for a few reasons. The price point, the pot functionality and the fact that you can make just one cup as well, without a pod or K cup, or filter. My husband and I make a pot in the morning and then if I just want a single cup later in the day I can make it. So easy, great quality and I didn’t spend a fortune. You can’t go wrong with this coffee maker.
This coffee maker is very simple, and perfect for making a quick single cup of coffee. There aren't any features, however it does come with inserts for k-cups, and for ground coffee. I tested it with ground coffee and it worked ok. I did notice the lack of flavor compared to making the same coffee in my Ninja. Using actual k-cups, it is more similar to other k-cup machines. I am just not a huge fan of the plastic k-cup taste, or how much they cost. This is also a very portable coffee maker and it's easy to travel with. It does require filling it with water for each use, but that isn't an issue for me. For a simple single cup coffee maker, this does a very good job!
Can't add cinnamon to the coffee ground or use fine grind with this machine but I'm fine with that. Very good quality machine.
Can’t even get product support!!!! The thing broke after only the 3rd time used ! Do NOT PURCHASE because it’s a waste of money and you can’t even get anyone to help you resolve the issue!!!! The support video is for a coffee brewer haha what a joke!!! BUT We did find the issue…. the ceramic part that spins the arm is already broken after only the third use!! Does anyone know where we could get a replacement part since we can’t even get in contact with the company ???
This is a really convenient coffee machine for my gazebo. I like the fact that I can leave it in my outside cabinet and it’s ease-of-use. My only gripe is that it cannot hold a lot of water. In fact,It will give you one cup at a time. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy this little machine as I sit outside on my gazebo and taking nature before going to work. The materials are mostly plastic but this suits my outside use. I’m enjoying it.👍🏽👌🏽
It looks great. Seems easy to use (we didn'tget to use it). We have had great experience with this brand on other appliances BUT all internal parts on this coffee maker are made out of cheap plastic. No BPA, but still plastic. Pros: Stylish and digital Normally great customer service) Comes with a coffee spoon you can attach to the side Carafe has a lock position Water reservoir is removable (cool!) Cons: Water reservoir is plastic as well as the "straw" that sucks the water to be heated Filter holder is plastic "Brew through" carafe lid is also plastic so in contact with your coffee. We don't recommend this product only because we believe when plastic gets hot and in contact with food/beverages may be harmful to humans. If only Ninja could offer a plastic free coffee maker we would buy it right away.
Family loves it . It's a must have.
This product is worth the price. It is easy to use and we save so much on coffee shop cold brew.
After a kitchen remodel, I wanted a small coffee maker that wouldn't take up lots of room on the counter or block the under-cabinet lights. I read a review that said this was a great coffeemaker at less cost than the Chemex. It's big enough to make two large mugs of coffee that taste great. It took a few tries to get the amount of coffee grounds right...turns out I use the same amount as my old electric coffeemaker. It's easy to clean and looks nice sitting on my new custom-made wood "coffee station." (I also bought a 10 cup Bialetti New Venus for my new induction stove because, why not?) I highly recommend this coffeemaker.
Love this concept and how big it is! I was prepping tea for vacation but all I did was steep some iced tea I added sugar stirred it two or three times and all of a sudden water started coming out of the corner and it broke out.
Says it works with a Nespresso pods, we used them and it got stuck. Couldn’t open the pods compartment, so had to use tools. Tried it again thinking maybe we put it in wrong and it happened again. Now it’s all scratched and broken. Tried contacting cuisinart customer service and got no response. Very disappointed in the product.
I received the product in this photo conditions. Product received without any box, there was still water inside and the product was dented and damaged with stained marks. Despite returning back to the seller, I was refunded on $12 despite paying $59 for this scammed product. Don’t buy from this seller. This is a con!
So far, so good. I read all the reviews before purchasing this coffee maker. There were e few concerns about some black flakes in the coffee from the plastic, I guess..? We’ve only had this thing for a week, but so far; no flakes! Even the gage is working correctly, although we don’t really need it, since we usually drink 2 mugs each in the morning and it makes enough coffee for that. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to take the water tank out each time you want to fill it with water. Or use a pitcher to fill it up. It’s nice that it comes with its own water filter. It’s very quiet and keeps the coffee hot enough for us to drink our two cups in the morning. It beeps twice when it’s shutting off, after two hours, I think. It fits under our cabinets on the kitchen counter, but you do have to pull it out when filling the water/coffee. No big deal. You have to yank on the cord a little to pull it out at first. You can also remove the little shelf in the front do you have a commuter mug or something tall to pulpit your coffee into. Our last Cuisnart coffee maker lasted over ten years! Let’s hope this one does too...
Let me start by saying how much I love this machine! Coffee in three minutes… What is not to love? However, I want to recommend that you clean your machine often! I’ve had this machine since January, use it daily, but decided that maybe it needed a thorough cleaning today. I ran a pot of bleach through it, and this was the result. I have been having some stomach trouble for the last month, checked online and saw that other people have thought that maybe it was their coffee maker. After looking at this pot of brown water, I think maybe they are right.
