This coffee maker is great! It’s super slim so it doesn’t take up too much space. Very high quality feel, and looks beautiful! The iced feature is amazing for the warm weather coming (and my wallet😂). It also has a rich & regular feature for hot coffee! You can use grounds or the k cups which I find fantastic. The water reserve holds a good amount, I can make quite a few large cups before having to refill. It is also super quick brewing, has a self cleaning option. The price you can’t beat, it equals like 10 cups of coffee from a coffee shop! Love this and highly recommend

This thing is awful -- just an absolute pile of garbage. I hope you enjoy coffee grounds because this thing, even after cleaning, loves to just overflow grounds back into your coffee. Not only that, cleaning this thing after that happens is a real pain because what happens is grounds overflow into the reservoir that the piece that holds the filter and grounds sits in (see first photo), and that's REAL fun to clean. Regular cleaning doesn't make a difference, using fewer grounds doesn't make a difference (though, you shouldn't HAVE to make weak coffee because your coffee maker is trash), etc. I highly recommend getting something else, this thing is just mediocre and I've already waste two pots of coffee TODAY alone, not to mention the several pots of wasted coffee over the past few months that I've owned this. It's really great spending money on decent ground coffee only to have your coffee maker waste it. Black and Decker should be ashamed of this coffee-wasting piece of trash.

I bought this coffee maker June 26 , 2023 . it worked up to Nov 15 2023 . Called Tech support for a refund . Didn't want a replacement , this think has made a mess on my countertop 3 to 4 times . Tech support did agree to give me a refund after I cut the plug off the cord and mail in the plug and invoice for proof I have the coffee maker. This can't be done with e-mail ? Before Black and Decker will do anything I must give them all my personal information. Phone number and email address , No Thanks

  • I thought I was going to absolutely love this portable electric espresso machine, but simply didn’t. There are a lot of possibilities for making an espresso shot. I can use my own coffee or utilize a large or small espresso pod. I ended up thinking that this machine was more trouble than it was worth. If I were to use in in an office, perhaps I’d reconsider my opinion of it. As far as using it for hiking, it’s way to bulky and heavy to tote along. Frankly, I’d find it much easier to make a few shots of espresso and put them in a Thermos. When I’m out and about during the summer months, I do just that with my regular coffee. I tried this machine with both my own coffee and a small capsule. I’m not all that fond of drinking from a hard plastic cup, which is what this empties into. I do love espresso and enjoy it now and then. Mostly then because I don’t have a large espresso machine. For the price of just under $80. It’s just not worth investing in. I can see it being utilized in an office or an RV, but not camping or hiking.

  • I was charged for a NEW coffee maker but when the box arrived it said it was refurbished. The manual says I only get a 90 day warranty because it is refurbished. The coffee pot does not pour coffee without it spilling unless you take the top off. I do like the grinder that holds a 1/2 lb of whole beans.

  • The is the best choice I found for coffee maker. I like hot drinks not worm. This machine is massive. My coffee hot for good time. I don’t have to go to the kitchen to warm it up. Also will not break your wallet.

  • This happened the second time I used it. Frustrated but thought that's what gorilla glue is for. This is the third time for that and still not working right. It's a shame it's built so poorly because it's easy to clean, looks nice and other than the handle being trash functions well especially filtering.

Bought Dec 2022, writing this Dec 2023. Lasted less than one year. I have seen water leaked under it for some time and decided to find where it was coming from. Took the bottom off, which was rusty enough to be falling apart. The rubber tubes were fine. I propped it up on books with a mirror underneath and ran it showing leak from a pin hole in the metal heating tube. This is nothing I can repair. This is very disappointing for what I thought was a premium brand.

i really like this coffee brewer! BUT just like my first one my second one has developed this terrible looking hot plate. Maybe 6-7 months of use. Not what I expect from Cuisinart!

Great for hot and ice coffee/teas Very easy to use and clean. Doesn’t take up to much space. Love it

  • Just opened and used for the very first time only to find these issues while washing it up. I worry water is going to get in between the two layers that provide insulation since it appears there are chips and breaks in the seams.

As you can see in the picture the coffee maker was damaged in the warehouse because the shipping box was in perfect condition. I can't believe someone would drop the box then pack it to be shipped especially at Christmas. So not impressed , very disappointed. I bought this for my coworkers and now we are unable to use it !!!!!!!

We have recently purchased this item when our previous Cuisinart coffee plus went out after 5+ years. We were very happy with the product, however, decided to try this Keurig dual as our needs have changed since kids have moved out. The hot plate on the Keurig doesn't produce coffee that is hot enough after pouring creamer in it, same amount of creamer as our previously owned Cuisinart. We find we must microwave the coffee each time after pouring creamer that's stored in refrigerator (again, no different procedure from previously owned Cuisinart). Does anyone else have this same issue? We bought a micro Keurig for our RV, recently, and this is what spurred us to try the Keurig dual. We haven't used the pod on the dual, but we have no issues with the micro in our RV with the temperature of our coffee, even after pouring creamer kept in the refrigerator of the RV.
