  • The top arrived shattered. I couls not even tell how it could even be duct taped together. It also didn't come with a basket. coffeemakers.us.com refunded me. So disappointed. It is the perfect size.

I love this easy, easy Cold Brew maker. It makes about 2 days worth for me, (unless I want 2 servings in one day). As soon as I enjoy my second serving, I clean it and reload it for the next 2 days. Love it.

Cuisinart Coffee on Demand™ 12 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker Model: DCC-3000P1 I purchased my DCC-3000 coffeemaker on November 20, 2023. A number of years ago I own an earlier model of the Cuisinart ‘On Demand’ style coffeemaker. I prefer this style of coffee maker, no pot, but my earlier model failed (3 times) so I went back to the Coffee Pot style coffeemakers. A recent visit to a relative’s home introduced me to the latest Cuisinart On Demand model, so I decided to return to the On Demand style. After using the DCC-3000P1 for three weeks, I have been pleased with its operation and the coffee is great. I also like some of the improvements over my older model, one being the addition of a replaceable charcoal water filter pod that is in the water tank. Well, after looking at the water filter system, I realized it is absolutely worthless for filtering the water. The replaceable Filter Pod fits in a black plastic holder that is used to insert it into the 8 plastic post holder that is in the bottom of the water tank over the waters’ drain. The 8 posts hold the Filter Pod holder nearly a ¼” above the water drain, so water just flows around the filter to the drain. To filter the water, the water has to pass thru the filter, not around it. So the water tank filter design is flawed and does NOT filer the water. I attempted to call Cuisinart’s customer service to explain the filters design flaw but the girl I spoke to could only instruct me on how to install the filter, which I was capable of doing myself. My explanation to the customer service girl about the flaw in the system didn’t motivate her to pursue a solution. So, while I like the Coffeemaker style (on demand) and the ‘idea’ of a water filter system, the Cuisinart DCC-3000 filter system DOES NOT filter the water. So save your money on replacement water filter pods and don’t bother even using one them. I wish I could have talked to someone at Cuisinart about this design flaw and get a resolution, but the Customer Service ‘first responders’ seem to only be able to assist with basic user problems. R. I purchased this mini Keurig to take with me when I visit my son, who doesn't drink coffee. I must have my morning coffee! (Keurig needs to make a travel case!) It also saved the day when the carafe broke on our regular coffee pot -- I used it until the replacement carafe arrived. It is easy to use and brews quickly. The drain tray is removable to accommodate taller mugs (see photo), but I wish it would accept more than 10 oz. of water so that you can better adjust the strength of the coffee. I haven't had any quality problems so far, using it intermittently.

For years we have wanted to upgrade from our Cuisinart coffee maker and we've loved Fellow products in the past. We LOVE this instant coffee maker for a few reasons. First, it looks really sleek and fits much better on our kitchen countertop. Second, it is so intuitive and functional. The button functionality makes it easier than our Cuisinart macine to operate. We've started playing around with the guided brew settings, and they are also easy to follow and have lead to great coffee every time we brew it! And the kettle is also designed for functionality. With our old coffee maker we were constantly spilling and dripping during pours. Never again! The kettle gives a perfect pour every time and is incredibly easy to clean. This is a great coffee maker for anyone and worth every penny!

Cute, Hope it last at least a year 🙄

  • We bought three of this item for our family and friends. However, the fact that the goods were quite light in weight and poorly constructed was instantly apparent to us. Then we saw rust and scrapes. We contrasted it with our long-standing Secura French Press. This item weighs around 200g less than Secura, and the thinness of the material is apparent. We made the decision to return everything and substitute Secura French presses. Although the Secura is more expensive, we are aware that they provide long-lasting satisfaction.

  • Perfect size for single serving pour over coffee. I use mine with #2 paper filters. Only 3 stars because the collar that came with mine was cracked.

  • Since I primarily work from home I've been really working on my coffee making skills and been experimenting in new brewing styles. Espresso just seems too complex, expensive and too large of a cleaning hassle and a friend suggested Turkish coffee. After doing some research pots like this one seemed like a quick and easy way to make Turkish coffee so I thought I would give it a try. Delivery was quick and in original box and plastic bags. This pot and the heating element are really solid and the quality of everything feels really nice. The red color even matched out kitchen. It cleans up well and it was easy. The opening on the pot is large enough to get your hand inside to wipe/clean which I know can be a problem with some of these pots. I've tried making two cups so far and I'm still working with it. I tried grinding my own coffee but don't think I could get it fine enough for a Turkish brew. This pot heats up incredibly fast so you have to pay attention to avoid a boilover. You can either remove the pot from the base or "toggle" the on/off switch to keep it overheating during the brew process. I'm going to try it a few more times with the right type of coffee but I also think I'll be using this pot regularly for heating milk and water.

  • This does a lot of things right, it's compact, easy to use and is inexpensive. I like that it comes with a basket for coffee pods. The downside is the water tank is small, there isn't a way to clean it, and filling it is awkward unless you are using a bottle of water. If you want a cheap way to brew coffee pods this does the job, but there are better options.

I have had this for about two months now, and I really enjoy my cold brew I'm making with it. However, since nearly the beginning I've had the recurring leaking problem that has been very frustrating. And judging by what I've read on here and other places, it is very common. Apparently it can happen if the gasket is too tight, or not tight enough. For some it never leaks, and then for many others like myself it leaks after a very short period of time. My first two brews had no issues. Since then, nearly every single brew has had some leaking - ranging from barely a couple drops, to a bit more of a constant slow drip. I feel like I've tried all the tips I've read online to try and stop it, and nothing has worked for me personally. I really do enjoy my coffee though. The brewer is easy to clean when it's done. I wish the carafe had a handle - I always get slightly nervous taking it out of the fridge. And again, the leaking is a constant source of frustration for me. I really expected better for it's price.

  • We are enjoying this machine. It’s quiet and does a good job. Good value for money.

  • Makes two small cups... I use it for tea... Wish the carafe came out of the holder... Thanks for the scoop and extra mesh and instruction manual (for choice) and cleaning brush. Good value. Hope it doesn't break easily like my previous one. I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
