I'm very satisfied with the product. I ordered filters not realizing this came where they reusable filter, which is really handy!

Product came completely damaged and unusable, the glass was broken on the bottom.

Update: I was sent a brand new coffee maker, and a very genuine apology regarding the issue I was having with the item. I really appreciate the customer service and am so excited to get back to brewing excellence from my kitchen! It was great while it lasted...for all of 2 months. I guess you get what you pay for. For under 40 bucks I thought it was a steal, but I could have paid another 40 to have one that would have lasted a few years vs. a few months.

This is the a really nifty and contemporary looking coffee maker. It makes cold brew like a champ. Very simple and quick to use. You do have to run water through the machine 1 time prior to starting your first brew. Takes about 15 minutes to make a pot and you are limited to a maximum of 8 cups at a time. However, the coffee does taste amazing when its done. Defiantly worth the extra time. Its larger then an average coffee maker. The option to make cold brew vs hot is at the bottom of the plate, you can see the little blue cold brew light lit up in one of the photos. Comes with coffee filters you will just need to have grounds to start. Over all cool to watch, great cup at the end and will start conversations when others see it.

Im a daily coffee drinker, this machine paid itself off in less than 2 months with how often I used to pass through my local coffee shop on the way to the office. Im an iced coffee drinker, so I eventually picked up the Keurig hyper chiller and I am one happy camper given that this machine also has an "Iced Coffee" mode. Makes it just perfect without melting too much ice. I also like to seem super awesome and offer my guests a coffee, which I didn't use to do. Just buy one, it makes you cooler. Pros: - Easy to use. - Massive amount of k-cup flavors including coffees, hot chocolate, teas, and fruit drinks. - Easy to clean. The pull out tray and cleaning mode make it easy. Also cleaning k-cups are descaling solutions are available everywhere. Negatives: - If you like to waste money at coffee shops, this is not the machine for you.

I took the risk of buying this product after reading that there were a lot of leaking problems. But I’m glad that mine works fine. And the coffee? Best thing I’ve brewed so far! No regrets in buying

This West Bend percolator was purchased to replace a similar one I have used for almost a decade. It is an easy to assemble and a hardworking unit. My only complaint is that while the outer coffeemakers.us.com-branded box was intact, the original cardboard box inside holding the percolator was mangled to the point that it had holes in it. I am glad to say that the item appears to be intact and functional but has this been a gift item, I would've been embarrassed by the condition in which it has arrived and would have sent it back for a refund. No packaging material to protect the product was placed in the coffeemakers.us.com box. I am glad this item is not too fragile.

We love our Bunn coffee maker. We were skeptical at first because of the price but in the end, it is worth the money. We went from a Mr. Coffee maker (which only last me 4 months before it broke.) to a Bunn coffee maker. We are officially team Bunn. We love how modern it looks. We use our Bunn coffee maker twice a day. The Bunn coffee maker makes your coffee hot and keeps it hot up two hours without burning the flavor. We also like the fact that the Bunn coffee maker is so quiet! It's so quiet sometimes we forget we made coffee until we smell the coffee on the air. The down side to the Bunn coffee maker are the filters it comes with. The Bunn coffee filters suck! For this Bunn coffee maker. We currently use Melitta súper premium coffee filters.

This product delivers on all its promises. Just know that the top lid is super hard to open; the two movable parts, the part that you need to twist-open to make the coffee and the part that you need to twist-open to drink, since the top lid it's super hard to open and the middle part easy to open you will end up opening the middle part MOST of the time which is annoying. Also, even though they tell you this in the description, just remember that the container it's smaller than it looks. Would I buy it again? -Yes.

This machine is great for someone who just needs a cup or two in the morning. I purchased it after having used a single use system for over five years. I was getting tired of spending money for daily pods, and wasn’t feeling good about all the trash I was creating. (In all honesty, I do also have a Nespresso machine for lattes on the weekend, but with the new coffee maker, I’m now down to two capsules a week instead of seven, plus Nespresso takes back used pods to recycle). The Black & Decker machine doesn’t take up much space on the counter, and I think it’s pretty cute. Black is my favorite. The carafe holds “five cups”, which means it perfectly fills two mugs. As others have mentioned, there is no warming plate, so you have to be ready to drink your coffee right away. Saying this is a 4-in-1 is silly. I wouldn’t bother doing a pour over, and other than that, it’s just making coffee, the only difference is what you put it in. I have never once had to change the drip tray position. If I’m making two cups, I use the carafe, and if I’m making one, I just have it drip straight into a big mug. I do wish there was a drip stop so I could pull my cup of coffee midway. It takes about nine minutes for the entire carafe to fill. It really could not be simpler: fill with water, fill with coffee, turn it on, wait. There is a reusable metal filter included, but I have not used it. I opted for the very inexpensive, small size paper filters to make my cleanup quick. (Also there was a clear plastic mug included, which I personally think is useless, but fine). There is no auto shut-off, but since you really have to use the coffee right away, it’s easy to remember to flip the switch when you pour your cup. For me, this is an almost perfect coffee maker: small, simple to use, nice looking. Obviously this would not be a good choice for use with multiple people, but for two of us drinking one cup each it has worked out great!

This is the cutest coffee maker I’ve ever seen. I bought it to replace my keurig mini which has been running awfully slow and I believe it’s on its last leg. Even though the box specified that there is a reusable filter included I went ahead and bought one anyways because others have said it’s not actually included. This coffee maker brews 20oz of coffee which is 4oz more than I need to make a copycat rendition of Starbucks style brews but it’s just perfect. It’s very light, the top is a little hard to open but it doesn’t need to be closed all the way. It’s programmable so definitely worth the money on that part, and I feel like this does the single life and my budget so much justice.

This is a really nice single serve coffee maker that works perfectly for camping! Takes 3 batteries which install easily. The unit is easily disassembled for hand cleaning. Once you add coffee, hot water, press the orange button and boom...instant coffee in 30 seconds! This is perfect for brisk mornings where you want a hot coffee quick to warm up! Even comes with a nice carrying case. Overall, such a solid solution and highly recommend!!

This is a slow but very aesthetic way to make cold brew. I've always wanted a coffee maker like this, because it just elevates your counter in everyway. The way it looks and works are all so elegant. Brewing a perfect cup of cold brew may take long, but definitely worth the wait and experience.

Worked great so far! Used it once on a camping trip. Compact and easy to use if you follow the instructions.
