  • This coffee maker is easy to use but I was unaware that you have to take the whole top half of the unit off in order to fill it with water. It's not a big deal except if there is still moisture inside, it will drip all over the place.

Exelente funcionamiento y estética del producto

  • This product serves it purpose and works well however there is no seal in the lid so it leaks when you shake it.

We have had bad coffee maker luck recently, with one breaking and the replacement being a big disappointment. This coffee maker is my favorite so far. It's sleek, has a sophisticated touch pad, and makes great coffee. There is a strong brew option that I keep on all the time for the flavor I want, and the reusable filter is a game changer. I enjoy the layout as well, with the water container being in the back and having a wide access so I don't spill water trying to aim precisely when I am tired in the mornings. Everything comes apart and is easy to clean as well. I was not expecting much from a brand name I didn't recognize, but am so happy with this product.

  • I love this Keurig. I have been using it for 4 years now and it is still going strong. I like that it has a Strong button and lots of size options. It takes a minute or two to heat up and has nice settings like self turning off after x amount of time and brewing temperature. I like that the bottom catch pan can be removed for taller cups too!

  • This coffee pot sounded perfect. Pods and Carafe? Perfect until you realize all choices lead to huge piles of grounds in your cup or carafe. When making in carafe the limit is 4 scoops or else the water will overflow with grounds into your carafe. I am a lab QA person so trust me in four scoops. The recommendation per manual is 4-7. If you put seven scoops in the basket then three scoops will be in your pot. I call customer service and they sent a replacement pod adapter thinking something was wrong. The second one did the same thing. I do NOT recommend this machine.

  • I received this about a week ago and it has been PERFECT. When I first received it, I fell in love with the color (as it is my favorite) and size. It was nicely packaged and in perfect condition. I ran the first cycle through with just water and wiped it down like the manual said. I only made one cup each day using the tumbler included I used cold bottled water and poured it in the tumbler leaving space for creamer. Because I wanted to make sure I have the right amount after fully brewed. *Today I went to make a cup as usual since ive had it.. And noticed the water I was pouring in was coming out of the bottom fast but not all of it. It was about 2 inches or so less of water that I initially poured into the Tumbler that was leaked out. I wiped it up and continue to press the blue power button. And it brewed fine (minus the amount leaked in the beginning) without any more leakage. I will make another cup later on today and do a update. * Tumbler is very nice to have and keeps coffee hot/warm for a hour+ ...As long as you keep the lid locked after you sip. Easy to clean, I like the reusable filter it comes with. I just dump the used grounds in a plastic sack and toss it. Rinse filter quickly and dry fast. Long as you don't use super fine grounds then the filter is perfect!. **All in all I LOVE this and recommend for occasional coffee drinkers. Especially with limited space and no need for full size.... I'm just waiting to see if it leaks again later today when I update! ****Another update: I have had this for a while now. I usually only make one cup per day. I clean it right after I am done and I make sure it is unplugged. This is a great machine for someone who is maybe just a single coffee drinker in the home or if it's just two people. It has not leaked since that one first time. Which I do think now the only reason there was water was because it dripped from the cup and I didn't notice. So I think this actually didn't leak on me as I thought. I'm still using it everyday and it is wonderful.

Baseplate on coffeemaker broke with a few weeks of light use; it no longer works. Was either defective or else very cheap.

  • It came in my house yesterday and I tried it today. I followed the instructions clearly and it came out was steam water. That’s it nothing else!! Money wasted!!

  • Small enough to travel in my RV makes coffee and tea, loose or K cup. Faster than anticipated and single cup use makes is great for travel (no worry of extra water spilling while on the road).

  • this is a wonderful addition in our coffee shop/cafe. Works well just as promised and very easy to set up and clean after! We use about 100g of medium fine coffee and it tastes great with no bitterness!

I love this keurig! I didn’t even know they made this cute little compact version instead of the big mamba that is usually in salons and businesses. This is the perfect size for a few servings and it can be easily cleaned in between refilling the water tank. As always, it is super easy to use and has great features like auto-shutoff. I can’t wait for my clients to create their own drinks with it.

  • Didn't even get to make a coffee. I tried to run a cycle of just water to clean the machine before my first use. Almost all the water leaked from under the machine. Will be returning immediately.

Makes hands-down the best coffee I've ever had. Easy to use and clean. Am giving it four (4) rather than five (5) stars because part of the base came off--see photograph. This is a brand new unit, and this shouldn't happen. Otherwise, a great buy.
