This personal sized coffee maker is awfully cute. I love the fact is able to make iced or hot coffee. The machine arrived in a cardboard box and it was securely in place within this box. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. They even included two filters! t makes an above average cup of coffee once you get your preferred ration down. It is easy to clean and doesn't take up a lot of counter space and stows away easily in an office cabinet. I gave it 4 stars because the iced option could be better, but it isn't terrible either. Overall, this would be great in a dorm room or a work office... or for a household of one!
Absolutely "1☆" to seller. Next day after I was supost to receive pot, I received message that they will inform me when they "decide" to send me my order. Two days later, after I canselled my order , I received message that my order on the way. And 2 more days later, after I received pot... it's looks absolutely different from original picture. Looks like light brown, close not almost red, as on picture. Pot looks close not so pretty as on picture. I will send back P.S. Plus I just founded, looks like it's not the new: cord bag was opened, dry spots from dirty water and brown line on water pipe. Pictures included.
I recently purchased this, and after just 1-2 uses, I noticed rust forming inside the cookware (see attached image). Given that the product is marketed as stainless steel or rust-resistant, this is quite concerning, especially with such limited use. I’ve followed all care instructions, including proper washing and drying, yet the rust appeared quickly. I expected better durability, especially from a product of this type. Could you please advise on how to address this issue, or provide guidance on any replacement or refund options?
Easy to assemble. Easy to use. The spout does not leak. Easy to clean. I made a batch of pineapple mint lemonade to drink throughout the week. Small enough to store in the refrigerator without taking up much space.
I wanted a easy to use and compact coffee machine that made great lattes and I am so pleased ! Not disappointed in my purchase and such a reasonable price.
This item was listed as new, but when I got it, the coffee filter basket has burnt coffee stains on it and it has been repackaged
Does not make good coffee. It melted the k-cup pods and I taste plastic in the coffee. The poor over feature does not work either. The water only hits the center of the coffee grounds, and much of the grounds are still dry after brewing a full pot of coffee. The result is a weak part of coffee and a waste of time. This model is going in the trash.
Makes a great pour over, but paint finish is falling off. I wish they sold a stainless only version.
After 7 months of use the paint on the heating surface is flaking off. It's not a huge deal at this point but it is worthy of dropping the rating from 5 to 4 stars.
I had a coffee pot with a glass pot but the bottom didn’t have an auto shutoff ,and thats no good when is a work day and your in a rush to get out the door!! ,so I decided to get this keurig thermal coffeemaker i really like this design also brews fast and coffee stays hot long enough until I've had my caffeine fix!!! Update, had this for a while now it’s definitely a great purchase
Love how fast & easy this product is to make my favorite cold coffee in the mornings. Shipping was fast, no damage. I’m giving 4 stars because I ordered white, box says white, but it’s clearly beige. Here’s a photo of my white AC remote next to the product for reference so you can see it’s beige/tan not white. I had to return it so that was inconvenient, but other than that it’s great!
In person the orange is not as bright as in the photo, not a dealbreaker. It's pretty close. And inside the stainless steel I hear a faint rattling/bell sound. It does not impede the function of the French press. It does keep my coffee warm for long periods of time, cause sometimes I get busy and forgot I was brewing coffee. 😆 I ended buying this one because I didn't want to buy a plastic or glass French press. Stainless steel is the way to go.
Opened the box and quickly saw the enamel of the heating plate was chipped off. Too bad, we really liked the first one we had and will likely not get another.
**UPDATE to the UPDATE** Yep.... ordered another one. I can't stress it enough. THE BEST cold brew kit on coffeemakers.us.com. The rubber gasket that fits between the filter and the mason jar makes for less drips and mess. The filter extends nearly to the bottom of the mason jar to ensure that the coffee grounds get maximum saturation. **UPDATE** I'm one of those people who's always looking for a better / faster / easier way to do something. Over the last few years I've tried other stainless filters and various brewing methods but I always go back to this exact kit. There are other kits that look the same, but the filters ARE NOT the same quality and always leave MUCH MORE sediment in the bottom of the jar. OTHER FILTERS - When you get to the bottom of the batch the coffee is like mud and undrinkable. The COUNTY LINE KITCHEN filter leaves VERY LITTLE sediment. I make a half gallon every 3 days and each batch is consistently awesome to the last cup. I prefer to let the coffee brew for at least a whole day and most often I let it go for a full 48 hours. I let it set on the counter at room temp vs brewing in the fridge. The longer brewing time at room temp produces a VERY BOLD and concentrated brew. This filter is solidly built and will last for years.. DO NOT let coffee grounds set in it after draining. Dried coffee will clog the screen. You have to clean it after each use and once a month I scrub it out and make sure the screen is clean and clear. The plastic spout makes pouring easier than unscrewing a metal top. This is the best kit by a mile! I give these cold brew kits out to friends as gifts. Once they make their own cold brew, they never again pay $4 for a cup. This setup, with the fine mesh cone filter, half gallon mason jug, and the plastic sealing lid is the best way to make cold brew. FORGET the fancy & expensive brewing systems... they're a joke compared to this easy to use kit. My preference is to use semi-coarse ground beans and luke warm filtered tap water. I fill the filter 90% full with coffee and I set the brew on the kitchen counter for 32- 48 hours. The coffee comes out strong and very flavorful. I've tried store bought stuff from several well known brands and I'm always left thinking I'm drinking colored water.... no coffee taste. Try letting yours brew for 48 hours... pull the filter up and let it drain for about 15 minutes. Mix in a little of your favorite creamer and enjoy
I purchased this during the pandemic to reduce my warehouse crew touching the dispenser lever with their hands. About 3 months in I started noticing a super dark coffee leaking from the seam where the aluminum and plastic housing made contact and never really though much of it until last month when the power button stopped working and stayed on with the light on even after being set to the off position. Im a year past any sort of warranty, so I ended up opening it and was met with a horrible sight, the gasket was not installed properly causing coffee to leak into plastic housing that also contains all of the electric bits and this caused the power button to short out and melt the contacts points in place not allowing it to be turned off. Instead of throwing it out, i ended up replacing the power button with one i found on coffeemakers.us.com and waterproofed it with liquid electrical tape and with a 40mm socket and plumbing wrench i was able to remove heating element and DIY a new gasket with a water safe high temp gasket maker sheet.
