  • Bottom line: this is a phenomenal cold brew maker - IF you have time to filter. Pros: durable, simple, makes delicious cold brew, easy to clean, affordable Cons: when using pre-ground coffee, there is a ton of sediment, which takes time to filter out Worth it? Absolutely! I ordered this bad boy and couldn't wait to use it once it arrived. Easy: open, clean, fill the filter with grounds to the top line level on the jar (will leave a few inches on top - picture included). Then pour cold, filtered water slowly over the grounds, up just past the top line on the jar so all the grounds are submerged. I stirred the grounds for about 5 minutes. Seal the jar with lid. I did this at 4pm, and let the jar sit out until I went to bed, which was around midnight. Then I stuck it on the fridge. At 9am the next morning, I stirred the grounds once more, then dumped them. Cleaning the filter was a breeze with a soft baby bottle brush. I then went through the painful process of filtering out the sediment. A lot of people won't do this because it is time-consuming and you do lose a little bit of coffee. But honestly, losing a bit of coffee is worth having clean, filtered coffee in my mind. I transferred the cold brew to a bowl, where I mixed it with a simple syrup I had just made. Then I rinsed out the jar and began filtering. I used a pour-over with a coffee filter to strain all of the sediment out. It took about 20 minutes and required multiple coffee filters, but was 100% WORTH IT. The end result was a delicious, balanced, robust and CLEAN cold brew that I immediately poured over ice and added cream to. Wow all around. Everything about this system is great, but the tedious process of filtering again means minus 1 star. I had found another cold brew system with a second filter and do wish I had gone with that one. Regardless, this is a fantastic option if you're either 1) open to sediment; 2) grind your own beans and use a more coarse ground; or 3) have time to filter. Pictures included - paper towel roll for size reference. Stir spoon and filtering process included.

May I know what's the return policy or waranty inclusion for this unit? We bought our Keurig K475 last December 28, 2016 (a little over 8 months only). And our unit has an all blank white display menu as you can see in the picture and we can't totally use it.

  • I gave my husband this Keurig K-Cafe Special Edition Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee, Latte and Cappuccino Maker, for his birthday. He loves it!! He says his coffees tastes just like ones bought at the coffee shops. He is constantly thanking me for this special gift.

  • The coffee maker is very cute and compact, but it makes a terrible excuse for coffee, basically like drinking warm coffee water - returning

I just opened this coffee maker to find it used and damaged. The lid is scratched, the carafe is dented and clearly has coffee residue inside, the manual has coffee/water damage, the water tank has water residue in it as well. I am requesting a refund.

  • It looks great on my counter and takes up less space than my previous coffee maker.

With Coffee prices booming K-cups are expensive. 24 cups for 15 or 16 dollars. So what is the solution maybe an old school Percolator my parents had one before they got a Mr. Coffee and my Grandma used one for my Grampa's Thermos when he took me fishing on the wkds at 6am before Sunrise because they bite better. Anyhow the coffee I personally like is Community House Blend I can get a bag of 12 oz. for about 7 bucks which saves me ALOT of money over the K cups. This Percolator seems solid, and you can wash the insides in the dishwasher. My other half hadn't used a Percolator in some time and it took a bit to get the spring in place, but after she did it was smooth sailing. She made 4 cups with 4 TBLS. it didn't take long for it to brew all we had was Maxwell House original since mostly all we had was just had K-cups. The Coffee was hot, strong and Good and I actually drank all four cups over about an hr and my last cup was still hot and didn't taste burnt. We have also grown to like Hamilton Beach my other half has an indoor grill that is from this brand and she loves it it was especially nice during the Hot summer and this is why we got this particular Percolator. The only thing I wish this had was a window so you knew how much coffee was left. If you like strong hot coffee and want to save money a Percolator is a good investment especially in these trying times.

This is my third Keurig and my least favorite! This brewer is so much louder and slower than my previous two. At least once a week the needle ends up clogged and I end up with a wasted pod and a tablespoon of coffee! (I descale every four weeks so it's not from lack of cleaning!) I do like the touchscreen and ability to brew a carafe but overall, I'm very disappointed!

My husband and I love our Bunn GRB Velocity 10 Cup brewer. It shipped and delivered on time and arrived in perfect condition. The 4 minute brew time is convenient and the coffee tastes great. 5 star worthy appliance that holds up to daily use and the dishwasher. Please note the coffee maker is long and narrow. Double check to make sure it will fit in your space. Don't forget to purchase your Bunn brand coffee filters and some delicious coffee on coffeemakers.us.com. Enjoy! *Pictures don't include the carafe or the black funnel.

  • I was very happy and impressed about this French press but after a month or so using it i noticed there was something in the temp gauge and in fact it is a brownish liquid that is in gauge and there’s no way i can get it clean. I have no idea how it got there but im assuming is the steam that gets in there due to a poor gauge seal ? IDK . unfortunately i can’t return it bc the returning window date is closed already . If you buy this French press maybe you should get the one without a temp gauge to avoid steam leaking into it.

Just received the coffee maker 30 mins ago. The machine and parts were all pretty dirty so I needed to scrub it out first. . And it is missing the scooping spoon. Other than that it seems to be working ok so far.

Easy to use. Perfect flavor. Easy to remove chaff, can use indoors with exhaust fan. 200ml at a time.

I love it, it makes fantastic lattes. The only downside is that it only fills up the cup halfway, you have to use the manual setting to make a full cup.

I was so excited for this 2 in 1 coffee maker but unfortunately the K cup part of this coffee maker does not work. I have tried various types of k cups and every single one caused the coffee pot to flash all of the lights and stop working while spraying coffee everywhere. I have read the manual and nothing tells me what that error means. The coffee pot does work with the carafe but if you’re hoping to use the single cup option I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. This is such a disappointment.
