  • I've had this Keurig for almost a whole year, so I believe I can offer a solid review. Set-up is easy, brewing coffee is pretty straight forward. I love the 'strong' option, it gives me the added strength I need. The milk frother does amazingly well with dairy milk, almond milk, and some flavored creamers! I rarely use K-cups. I have a reusable filter that I brew ground coffee with. I noticed liquid leaks out all around my coffee mug. Please note: that isn't a product defect, more like a proprietary tactic to encourage you to purchase K-cups. If you use a reusable filter you can wrap a rubber band near the top of the filter or purchase a rubber flange (not sure if that's what it's called)... Problem solved. I love my Keurig and would repurchase/recommend.

This is a wonderful little cold brew pitcher made with high quality materials. Doesn't leak coffee, doesn't leak grounds, pours without dripping. Super easy to clean, top rack dishwasher safe. The plastic around the glass makes it much less fragile. Product functions perfectly and feels well made! Capacity is roughly 3 decent sized (grande, medium, whatever you consider moderate size) cups. Only issue for us was that hubby and I both wanted more. So we ordered a second and love them!

  • Great brew speed, easy water fill, easy to set up! The only thing I would like would be a grounds basket. Highly recommend this coffee machine

This is a great product. My husband lives his coffee. Separately I buy 24 oz. Cups for him to take on the go. We used to have the K400 Kuerig and it lasted for about 8 years. We kept it clean and changed the filters and did the descaling process since we have hard water it was necessary. Our favorite feature on this new one is it has bigger oz. sizes to brew. We also love that you can adjust the brewing temperature of the water for your beverage in this new one!!!

Unboxed for the first time and found rust in the nozzle. Good thing I caught it before actually using it and risk ingesting harmful materials. Hopefully the second one around will be okay.

The Hawok coffee maker makes a decent cup of coffee! albiet a small cup :) I don't use k cups but the included mesh basket works well with medium fine grounds. Don't use too fine of a ground or some will end up in your coffee. It takes almost exactly 20 minutes for the water to heat up and almost exactly 2 minutes for the brew cycle to complete in my tests. So 22 minutes total for one small cup of coffee. To it's credit though, it makes decent coffee. Bout as good (or better) as a cheap drip coffee maker from target. It uses 6 amps while heating up the water. about 72w. And since it runs for 20 minutes that equals approximately 24Wh of total power used to brew one cup. Something to keep in mind if your gonna run this off some kind of mobile power thingy. All in all it gets 5 stars.

  • The coffee maker works fairly well, it brews a decent cup of coffee. It is easy to use and pretty easy to clean. The reusable filter... like all reusable coffee filters, still needs an actual coffee filter to be used with it unless you want fine grounds in the bottom of your cup. I put a regular filter under the reusable one, and as you can see in my picture, there is a noticeable amount of coffee grounds that get through the reusable filter. In addition to that, the clock part is a little weirdly sized, it seems a little too big for the hole it fits into, so the edges of the numbers are almost covered unless you look at it directly straight on. The pot pours pretty nicely, but fits into the machine quite snugly, so you have to be careful pulling it out or you can pull the whole machine off of the counter. That being said, only one of the feet on the bottom of the machine has a rubber foot in it, so it slides around very easily. It should have the rubber pad on all of the feet to keep it from sliding around. Overall, it does what you need it to do, but it could have been designed better.

I have both a keurig and this. I use this to make my iced coffee, and coffee for more than one and it comes out super strong, and extra hot. This is BY far the best coffee maker I have ever used. You can brew 14 cups of coffee and it is STILL perfect. I read through the reviews wondering why it was rated so low, then I realized it was just technologically inclined people having trouble setting the timer/clock. It comes with clear, simple instructions on how to set the timer for coffee and the clock. There is nothing wrong with this coffee maker and if you're looking for strong, hot/iced coffee, and you can understand simple instructions, this one's for you. As an avid coffee drinker, if you're in the market for a coffee maker, do not listen to the negative reviews.

I like this espresso maker, but not quite as much as the nespresso brand coffee maker I’ve tried. It brews a smaller cup and less creamy than the nespresso, while using the same pods. It still tastes great and with a milk frother makes a great latte at home. Much easier to use than a legit espresso maker because of the pods. I like that it discards the pods into the machine when you’re done and i just have to empty that bin about once a week. For the price point this works well and does the job easy in the morning! The directions state to wash parts then do 1 run with just water. I suggest at least 3 runs of just water to get the plastic smell out!

  • The product is compact and stylish. It s 5" wide and 10" high, takes up little space and brews about 4 cups max. You can see how small it is compared to a toaster oven. The carafe is very fragile so be careful when placing it on/off the machine and when washing it out so that you don't knock it against the faucet. It took me about 4-5 mornings to find the exact amount of coffee to use on which of the three brew cycles, but now that I found the perfection combination my coffee is just the way I like it. The carafe also has a plastic spout/pole like thing that I ve never seen on any other type of carafe which, to me, adds to its fragility.

  • This French press works well and is good for travel. I would like it to be bigger. Cleaning it out is a lot of work for such a small amount of coffee. Even for travel it could be bigger.

  • Don't be intimidated by all the parts, this is a fabulous cold brew maker. Up until now I've only had a french press, which is good, but the way this is designed makes the flavor much more intense and holds a lot more. I just pop it in the fridge on a Sunday morning and then Monday morning it's good to go and there's enough for the week. Then I can take the bigger part with the grinds out and it's just the little pitcher. My milk frother was missing, but they responded immediately with assistance, so I appreciate the quick customer service!
