I was spending far too much time thinking about which coffee pot to buy. I chose this one—not digital, not a thermal carafe—because it’s Krups brand and it is compact—exactly the size it needs to be without taking up extra room on my small counter. The price for this “basic model” was perfectly low for the quality. It works great, as I expected. The only complaint, which doesn’t affect most people, is that if you are holding the carafe in your left hand, you can’t see the water lines to fill it. Then, the place to pour in the water is on the right side. Not a big deal, but, hey world, about 10% of us are lefties!! I’ll get used to right-handing it after having it for a week, not a big problem. Most products are made for right-handed people.

The coffee stays hot like it says. It's easy to use. Love the features. 5 star product. Great gift. Plan on buying another one as a gift.

I have only used this machine with my own espresso grounds, not any pre-packaged pods. Regardless, I'm glad that I have the option of trying different brands of coffee pods. The attachments are easy to switch out and I'm looking forward to some experimentation. The machine includes a scoop/tamper tool that you can use to pack your grounds. I was a bit unsure about how much espresso to use, but I suspect it's probably a matter of personal taste. It seems like it would be difficult to overfill the grounds because the attachment has to close to fit into the machine, so I felt comfortable varying the volume slightly. It took me a few minutes to understand the controls. I recommend holding on to the instruction booklet. It's not really complicated to use, but there is some good information about volumes and temperatures in the instructions that's worth keeping for reference. The machine has a nice, compact design that allows it to fit on a kitchen counter without taking up too much space. I love that this is white. Perfect size for one person. Makes 4 cups. It's white so you can actually see when it's clean. My only issue (and it's kind of a deal breaker) is that it °smells and tastes like hot plastic.° Even after using it for a while now. We washed, and ran water thru first and it still tastes like plastic. If I wasn't getting cancer before, I definitely am now. I'm so bummed I have to switch back to my black one. Also it kind of looks like an abused bidet after one use.

I waited a month before writing my review so I can give the best review. Ilove the fact that I can break it down to wash and clean the water reservoir. Being able to filter the water helps in keeping any sentimentfrom being in my coffee. Setting the brew later for morning wake time is so easy to use and do. With the control buttons facing up took away problems of trying to what you are looking for.

I'm OBSESSED! Needed a personal coffee maker for this semester, I am very picky with my coffee and I was tired of sharing one coffee pot between a couple people! This works PERFECTLY. I had to put double filter so it didn't rip from the bottom when pouring water in there... (I also use cheap filters) other than that: super cute and is worth every penny 🤩

I used it about 20 times and the wire spring thing that keeps the rubber pushed to the side just popped off. Then I used it a few more times and it just got worse to the point I can't use it anymore. It's a great product for 20 uses, after that it's trash. I really wanted something to last longer. I'll look for another one, maybe I'll have better luck.

I brewed my first cup and I really like the mesh screen so no more wasting filters. I really like the cold brew option as it's better suited for afternoons. The design of this coffee pot is stunning. It looks like a million bucks and has beautiful copper accents. The issue with that is I will now need to redo my Kitchen. Out with stainless and in with copper. The touchscreen display is neat, but I worry about the longevity of sensitive electronics. My previous 14 cup coffee pot lasted 7 years and it was only dead because of hard water. This one only has 12 cup capacity, but for the majority of the time, that is more than enough. I don’t like that the carafe is hand wash only. My current pot goes in the dishwasher, but the instructions say hand wash only. The time is also easy to understand and the turn on sounds are fun.

I bought the 17 ounce model as a gift and like it a great deal. Not only is it well made and beautiful, but I was happy to see that coffeemakers.us.com’s description had USA as the country of origin. However, I noticed that the bottom of the box the French press was packaged in had a Made in China sticker on it. So which is it? Truth in advertisement remains important to a lot of people, so please label items accurately, regardless where they are manufactured!

I have been pleased with this French Press and have only put in in the dishwasher a couple of times in the 4 months that I have owned it. It says right on the box that the finish is dishwasher safe. Obviously, that isn’t the case. I believe that I am owed a replacement and I will hand wash from now on. Follow up to above review…3/9/2022 After contacting the seller, I received my replacement press today. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I am changing my review to 5 star. I was always happy with the press just disappointed in the finish. I would suggest removing the dishwasher safe from the box. The press is easy to clean. No real need for the dishwasher.

This is a great upgrade for us without spending a fortune. It’s brewing a variety of size, doesn’t use little obnoxious one time pods, but I can still brew just one cup. Has a reusable filter. The water tank is large enough to do a full pot or a few small cups. It warms up quickly, the coffee it HOT but best of all for us…it has a pre-set button. My last be didn’t and I have missed waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. My star ratings are based as follows: 5⭐️ - love it, can’t live without it. Outstanding and amazing. 4⭐️ - pretty great, no major flaws. 3⭐️ - got some issues going on. 2⭐️ - pretty flawed product. 1⭐️ - don’t waste your time or money. Just not worth it.
