  • I owned other Vietnamese coffee pots and without a doubt this is the best of the bunch. It is made of shiny stainless steel, has a bit of a heft compared to most others that feel tinny, and it is meticulously manufactured. Spend the extra few bucks and get this one. In the long run you will be glad you did.

  • Pros: - Keeps coffee warm long after brewing. I used to use a glass French press, and by the time I went to get a second cup of coffee, it would be cold. Now the coffee is still warm when I go for a third cup! - Sleek and attractive design. I hate coffee pots that make me think of ancient hotel coffee makers. This one is nothing like one of those! - Small and compact... Fits under low cabinets when not in use, and can be stored easily. The shape is very unawkward and does not waste space. - Lightweight. Easy to carry and move. - "Strong" setting for a more intense brew. Cons: - The carafe cannot empty completely... The plastic edge will always catch about half a teaspoon and keep it from being poured out. I find this very irritating. -Not ideal for low cabinets with limited counter space. While it fits under low cabinets, you have to pull it out from under your cabinet to fill it, as the top flips upward and if it is not open fully you cannot pour the water in. In the photo, you can see how it's not possible to manage to pour in water in this situation. I should have thought of this before getting it... It's no fun to have to awkwardly pull it off the counter to get it away from the cabinet and fill it! If this will be an issue for you, look for a different option.

Seems sturdy, but the product arrived with the filter below the neck of the pitcher, making it impossible to remove the filter for cleaning or to fill with coffee... EDIT - BTäT customer service responded promptly and offered a replacement which works very well!

This nespresso coffee machine is fantastic! I love the coffee you can make with it. It produces a much richer coffee than many other coffee makers. I like the rich crema on top of each cup or espresso shot. It comes with a sampler with a variety of coffee pods to try. It also comes with a $30 coupon to use on your next order of 50 or more pods. The machine is super simple to use. It heats up in 30 seconds and takes less than 30 seconds to brew and even less for espresso shots. It is very easy to clean with a simple box for spent pods with a drip tray under it. The front cup tray is easily moved and removed and has a nice two piece design to catch spills. It is also very easy to clean. The design of this machine is top notch. The water container can be filled either on the machine or can be lifted off to fill. It does not leak even when removed with water in it. The only drawback to this machine is the cost of the vertuo coffee pods. They run anywhere from $1-$2.50 per pod. They are proprietary so I have not had any luck finding many at stores. I did find Starbucks brand of just a few different pods at Walmart. The original nespresso pods can be found at lots of stores for less than $0.30 each. I don’t know how the coffee from the original classic nespresso pods compare to the new vertuo pods. The virtuoso pods have a bar code on them that tells the machine how much water to inject and how long to pull the coffee to get each one just right. I have found vertuo pod refill kits on coffeemakers.us.com that are very inexpensive and I have refilled a dozen or so pods. The refills make it much cheaper as it turns out to be only about $0.10 a pod plus the cost of your favorite coffee. You just reuse the aluminum pods over and over. The kits comes with foil seals to reseal the pods. The reloaded pods seem to perform just as well as the preloaded pods. They produce the same crema and I have not had any issues with them leaking or not working. Overall, I highly recommend the nespresso if you are a big coffee fan and like good quality coffee, especially espresso shots. I did not drink much coffee at home until I got my hands on this machine. I love it!

We have a Ninja but my hubby cannot make a pot of coffee without the grounds exploding everywhere. Some days he made mud and other times it was like weak and week old flavour. I had bought a Keurig from Walmart but it was drippy and small. So I bit the bullet and ordered a small Keurig to fit my needs. It is so much better than the volcano Ninja. I tried a coffeemakers.us.com pod but it was small and .33 0z. My sister said to get original Dunkin and the pods are much larger .35 and the coffee is flavorful now. I am just sitting down and enjoying a cuppa. We also got Monk sweetener which is much nicer than the equal I have been using. This Keurig is a turquoise color which makes me love it more. It holds about 3-4 small cups of water, easy to fill - I pour the Brita water in right where the water tank is. I am klutzy and the thought of a quart of water dumped out to the floor - nope. The controls are simple on this unit. turn on, wait for the blue flashing cup sizes and press the one you want. What I dont like is that the cup sizes of coffee are Hobbit sized. The small cup made about 1/4 a mug. I tried the medium size and get about 1/3 a cup. I will need to try the large and see if it can make a almost normal size mug. I have been using smaller skinnier mugs so at least it looks like I am getting a cup. Now when I ask various Keurig cup friends, they all tell me run it thru 2x or press the big then press the small. I just want a mug of Joe, not a physics lesson. I am happy that each cup of whatever size I choose will taste the same, and that to me is relief. There is no washing the pot no emptying grounds and washing THAT filter thing. Keurig made my life just a little better and easier. Go for the name brands here, Keurig, and a good brand of coffee but check the ounces in the pods.

  • This is soo much more fun than the classic coffee machine, as it adds a soothing element to my morning routine. The screen is shockingly easy to clean, the pour spout I would recommend getting a straw cleaner for because the coffee will stain it after a while, but overall I love this thing. And it really is shatter proof! My toddler literally threw it and despite my midair mini heart attack it hit the ground and bounced in perfect condition! Unreal. This thing is the future.

This item has been RECALLED. I discovered that I had this model from several years ago, tucked away in an upper cabinet, and I wanted to clean it up to use again. Upon further research, I found that this model had been recalled because people were getting burned from hot water spraying out of it. I called customer service, and they will not replace or refund the brewer because it has not exhibited any issues.. so they expect me to use it and just wait to be burned by scalding hot water spraying out of the unit, THEN call for a replacement. Disappointed in the customer service on an item that Keurig has acknowledged has a recall!

We love this coffee maker! I love the 2 extra cups it provides. I adore the color (copper). It matches my bronze/copper kitchen beautifully. Our favorite feature though is the carafe pour spout. No drips or spills!! The one we are replacing was very messy. All the great features will be explored in due time and I will update those later. As of now we are satisfied with our filtered, hot cups of coffee! The other thing I particularly like about it is that it’s hefty without being too large. Even the carafe handle is thick and solid. All in all I have no complaints and am very pleased with this purchase. I would definitely recommend.

  • 1. The cord is way too short. 2. You have to snap the top in place, difficult since it doesn't align. 3. Very hard to open the top once brew is complete. The steam burned my thumb when I pried it open. See video. 4. The drip nozzle is way too small. See pic. This thing is cheap, difficult to use and the cord is way too short. Sorry I purchased it and wasted my money.

I’ve had my coffee maker for 7 months now and I couldn’t be happier. It works like a little champ. Got good flavor, very easy to clean, very simple to use. Slam bam, we’re ready to go. I’m the only one that handles and cleans it, bc it does need to be handled with care when washing. I’m very happy with the quick and easy function, it’s all you need!

  • It is unfortunate that replacement filters are not available. I will now be on my THIRD cold brew coffee maker when all I need is the filter. The filter ends up breaking over time. I am now looking for a different brand since I can’t replace the filter. I otherwise love this brand, but it is too wasteful to continue buying whole coffee makers just because of the filter, and I’m sick of getting mouthfuls of coffee grounds.
