  • Got this yesterday. Nice looks and comfortable to hold. It's smaller than I expected (see photo with wine bottle for comparison). I was misled to think it was made in Glasgow, which would explain the high price. I was disappointed to see it is actually made in China, according to the box (see photo) . I was also disappointed that the filters don't have a rivet in the middle, like my old Bodum filter (see photo). I'm considering returning the item.

Sooooo much better than my Keurig!! This coffee taste great. So good in fact that after it did what it was supposed to as I’m writing this review from the Loo, I brought it with me so I don’t miss a single moment of the warmth it provides my soul!!

We bought this in July of 2019 as our backup-I'm-too-lazy-to-brew-a-pot maker. We were sick of Keurigs failing. We should have bought a Keurig. The coffee's pretty good, though it's not normal tasting, it does the job. But, the machine failed 2 months after the warranty was up. Just before the 200th cup (I counted our orders), the machine started putting less into the cup and started leaking out of the back of the machine. I cleaned it, to no avail. We have 30 extra pods we're going to give away, then toss the machine. We have a Ninja now that does better single cups. Total cost per cup of coffee we got out of this piece of junk: $1.81.

  • I love my Wacaco Nanopresso machine! I have travelled with it, using daily, multiple cups of espresso per day and have not been disappointed at all. For espresso addicted who must have a cup to wake up, this is a must have. Get the adapter for Nespresso capsules and life to s complete. Simple, easy to use and easy to clean! Get it, you won’t regret it.

  • Update: Fantastic customer service. Even though the returned window had expired, customer service gave me the option of a replacement or full refund! I am so grateful. They are a family owned business who truly care about the customers while offering quality products! I am so disappointed, I loved this brewing jar. I would make a gallon of tea and keep in the refrigerator. I was on my third gallon when the leak began. Assuming it was the spigot, I ordered a replacement. The spigot arrived today. When I removed the original spigot, the entire glass rim came out as though it were a part of the spigot. See photo above. Because I waited for a new spigot to remove the original, I am now out of my return window. Thank you.

  • Makes very strong cold brew concentrate. I recommend using the filter and bags when brewing

As other customers have written, we also experienced the overflow from the filter basket, which leads to an extremely messy counter and sometimes floor, as well as a horrible batch of coffee with coffee grounds in your brewed coffee. We were able to figure out a workaround, which had us turning off the pump twice during a full pot brew. Unfortunately, if you forget to turn it off, it will overflow, making a mess! Earlier this week the basket started overflowing and my husband tried to grab the handle to get the filter basket to the sink before we had another huge mess to clean. This resulted in him severely burning his hand. Needless to say, after spending a small fortune on this coffee maker, we are now searching for another coffee maker. I have submitted my experience to Moccamaster as well. I will update this review when I have heard back from them.

Works great until it started leaking after only a month of use. Now I can't return it and have to go through KitchenAid.

  • When I bought they didn’t have reviews, I risked it. I’m very happy for purchasing the machine. A good price, and good quality!

This Cold Brew System by Shelbru, is a well-designed and highly functional way to make rotating batches of cold brew coffee. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – The overall quality of this set is definitely above average and feels very nice to use. The Borosilicate glass is thick and the filter screen is higher quality. The plastic lids are about average, but work great. II. Performance – This is a nice system for one to maybe two people that produces great coffee with good flavor and strength. It’s less then I would drink in a day, but I drink a lot of coffee and it might be enough for some people. You’ll get about two coffee cups worth per batch and you can rotate the batches. It feels like cold brew wastes a lot of coffee versus traditional methods of making coffee, but that’s the process and not this product. It’s very easy to swap over the filter and switch tops for a rotating system. Overall, this is a very nice quality and performing set that makes a great cup of cold joe with ease and consistency. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. If you’d find it helpful to see an up-close visual inspection of this product, I recommend you watch my included video in full screen or landscape. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, well it’s video! You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.

So far so good. It looks good and makes me good coffee. It's easy to clean and delivers me the right amount of coffee a day. I'm saving a lot on coffee filters. Great looking product

Ok this is a one year update for this espresso machine! All I can say is WOW! Love it! I just can’t start my day without a latte or at least about 3 shots of espresso! I used to spend around 200-300$ a month on Starbucks coffee!! NOT ANYMORE! This product saved me so much money and the espresso quality is amazing! Better than store bought! If I could give it 100 stars I would!

  • I thought this was going to be a less expensive option to replace a 3-year old Keurig K-Duo machine, however it has so many issues. The brewing is so loud and creates so much steam. If you have under a wood cabinet it will ruin it. Only brews 9.5 cups for a carafe but uses the entire reservoir of water. K cup option is inconsistent, sometimes a good cup and sometimes has many grounds, sometimes very weak/watery. Very disappointing as I always thought this brand was a good one. I’m trying customer service but will end up returning.

  • The options to use a pod or your own coffees is great. The clear view of the water level to control the boldness of your coffee is nice. Great Value too$$$

  • The coffee tastes great but I personally would not recommend buying. I purchased this for my in-laws for Christmas, they haven't even had it for 30 days and it's malfunctioning. They've taken care of it and followed the book for cleaning and brewing. Even when there is water in the reservoir it beeps as if there isn't and then starts brewing 5 to 10 minutes later. The drip tray is also plastic and now shedding a silver film. There's also just so many parts to keep track of depending on what you're wanting to brew.
