Good French press overall, but not dishwasher safe

It’s cute! Brews my coffee dark enough (for my taste). Easy to clean & use. The measurements on the glass came in tact. Love it, perfect for my morning cup.

I just opened this coffee maker to find it used and damaged. The lid is scratched, the carafe is dented and clearly has coffee residue inside, the manual has coffee/water damage, the water tank has water residue in it as well. I am requesting a refund.

I was really skeptical about purchasing this because of all the bad reviews. But I am happy to report my machine works perfect. I was a bit upset to receive a used (1st 👎) machine since I paid for a brand new one. But I will deal with that separately. I used the nespresso capsules and made my first cup of latte. That's after I had primed it 3 times with water. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't have any issues making a 4th cup of coffee back to back since this seem to be one of the issues brought up by other customers. Saying that they could one make 2 cups before it had issues. I didn't have the issues of the pump not working, but I believe this was due to being pre used as I followed a YouTube video that had to prime his about 3 times to get it to work. Mines started it the first time I selected an option, which verified my concern of it being used. Another thing that confirmed this was used was that there were particles in the water from water calcification. So I would definitely recommend never using tap water, it will help your machine to run smoother longer. I have not tried it with grounds yet so I can speak on that. My latte was made with a nespresso capsules starbucks blond. And the flavor was smooth. The other second 👎 for me was that the double shot only makes about 4oz, which a normal latte should at least 8oz and a double should be 16oz. So that is my one huge 👎 on this product. HOWEVER, for the price I guess I can live with having to replace a capsule and pushing a button one more time. And I would definitely not use the same capsule because the cup of coffee might be too weak but, I am just guessing. I will have to try it and see how it taste. will update on this. I would definitely recommend this product, and also would get the extra $30 for warranty just in case. I have made other purchases with the warranty and it definitely paid off.

The carafe is definitely defective. A quick email to customer support and we had a new carafe within a week. I posted a picture of the old and new one so you can tell which one you've got.

I love my keurig. I bought this during prime deals for my boyfriend who was recently talking about how he wished he had a cup of coffee in the morning and I was not disappointed! It is so easy to use and I love that it has an iced option because I’m more of a fan of iced coffee. The water reservoir isn’t too small for me and I prefer a smaller one because I don’t have huge counters, hence why I bought a more slim built one as well. The coffee machine also came with a 50% off coupon for the k-cup pods on the keurig website after registering your keurig! Overall I think this is worth the buy!

I bought this cheap coffee maker recently to replace an old (so old it didn't have a model # on it) Black+Decker Space Maker coffee maker that had been brewing my coffee for the past 34yrs. The basket design is obviously flawed as it leaves a standing coffee water mess to clean up after each use. The coffee that stays in the basket takes away from the 12 cup capacity in brewing. So to get the full 12 cup pot of coffee I have to add more water to the reservoir in the brewing process. It also leaks underneath the coffee maker so I put a ridged plastic plate underneath it to keep the leaking coffee off of my counter top.

I have been able to make 3 cups of coffee at once. Its not a family coffee maker bt for a couple or someone living alone, it is very handy to use. Jar is very light to use too. Recommend buying it.

No SE si pase con todas las maquinas de Expresso pero la mia cuando termina de colar El cafe Sigue goteando del dispensador por UN tiempo despues, cuando abres para colocar la capsulas tambien cae agua sobre la capsula y la parte interior donde depositas la capsula queda con resuduos del cafe liquido ... Es la primera vez que uso uno maquina de estas no SE si Esto Les pase a todas. El resto me encanta y la recomendaria 100%... Comprenla Les aseguro que no SE arrepentiran....Donde VAS a tomarte UN buen cafe por $1 dolar 🤔🤔🤔🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗.... Simplemente espectacular!!!!!

cheap flimsy piece of garbage! Shipped to me with the frame already cracked clear through. Shipping in the manufacturer's box provided zero protection and coffeemakers.us.com's protection was worse (none)! If I could have given this poorly made coffee maker a zero I would have.

For nearly 20 years I used a single-serve Senseo coffeemaker (with my own ground coffee, not pods), and I absolutely loved it. But making multiple cups when I had company was a problem, so I finally decided to replace my happy little ol’ Senseo. After much research, I chose the Keurig K-Cup Plus, and I couldn’t be happier. (Of course, now that I have a carafe, I can’t have company because of covid. :P When restrictions are lifted, I’ll be ready! You’re all invited! Bring scones!) :D It fits perfectly in my small apartment kitchen. My cupboard above is rather low, and yet I can open the k-cup lid and insert/remove the k-cup without moving the coffeemaker. I love that I can also remove the water reservoir to fill it without moving the entire machine. Unlike another reviewer, I had no splashing outside my coffee mug. The instructions say you should use a 12-oz or larger mug. A smaller mug or coffee cup will probably allow for messy splashing. Coffee in the carafe stayed hot for about an hour. By two hours, it was quite warm, but not hot. I love that the reservoir has a filter. The filter is easy to insert and remove. Until I get fresh coffee beans to use with a reusable k-cup filter, I’m using Dunkin Donuts Dark Roast k-cups. The flavor was GREAT. I had one cup without using the “strong” button, which was a fine cup of coffee. Then I brewed a “strong” cup, and I kind of fell in love... so far as one can fall in love with a beverage. Parts are easy to clean. My medium-large hands fit inside the carafe and the reservoir.

I just love the fact that this little coffee maker is mostly made of glass. It requires three AA batteries to power the little pump that forces the hot coffee mixture through the filter for proper espresso into my cup. I add a little extra coffee because I like my espresso really strong. It is amazingly easy to clean, but I have to remember not to get the top pump area too wet. All I have to do is put the desired amount of coffee grounds into the glass and add boiling hot water. I always wait a few extra minutes before pressing the button to pump the coffee into my cup to make it even stronger. There’s also a non-slip resting cup and a tie black bag to contain everything. This will be so great to have with me when I go camping.
