  • Nice appearance. Ships with a replacement filter. Brews great coffee. I only use it a couple times a week and hand wash. Frame rusted after a few weeks of brewing. I do not recommend.

  • I got a used one that was dirty. That's Gross.. returning and not even reordering. For 32$ that's disappointing.

  • As a coffee lover, I enjoy coffee brewed in different ways, depending on my mood. I have a pour-over 8-cup pot, but sometimes I just need 1 cup. The LHUKSGF Pour Over Coffee Dripper is PERFECT for this purpose. This coffee maker features a 3-hole flat bottom, with a circular inner rim to fit over most coffee cups or mugs. Just place a #2 coffee filter cone inside; moist it lightly; add ground coffee for 1-4 cups; pour boiling water slowly in a circular motion; and in a few minutes, the coffee is ready! The coffee maker is made of a sturdy ceramic, which if cared for properly, can last for years to come. This is the perfect coffee maker to use at work, when camping, or when going on trips. For all these reasons, I definitely recommend this pour over coffee dripper to other coffee lovers like me!

We had a different model for our newly built house we sold. I regret not taking it. I think it was a k155. It was constantly hot this one has to be touched to heat up. It rattles when the handle goes back and can slap back hard when opened and it cost much more. We like the connivence of continuous water but just wish they sold the previous model.

  • Just got this coffee maker a few weeks ago, it arrived fast and as described, well packed. Seems well made. Love the size and look. It saves a ton of space! I brewed our first batch, it was perfect and very fast compared to other coffee makers I’ve had in the past. It was Super easy to operate and instructions were very clear and foolproof. I have used the “pod” feature and it's amazing, easy, and perfect for on-the-go, just be sure to push how many ounces you want though! If you don't you'll get a small amount that will not fill your cup! . I measured how many cups you can make since many people complained it was very little but you have to push the button that says how many cups or ounces (when using the pod feature) you want to brew, it starts at 4 up to 10 cups. I can see why some may think it brews fewer cups, the pot is not as big as the glass carafes, so it will have less depth and space. It’s made that way since it’s a steel well-insulated pot to keep coffee warm. The coffee was super hot and it will remain hot for a long time in the pot, even though the plate is not heating. One negative thing I guess would be how slow it pours from the pot to my cup, a solution to that is removing the lid so it can flow faster to my cup when I’m ready to serve it. But other than that I loved it so far. Nice to know I’ll never break a carafe again! Also love the feature to make one cup at a time! The pods are expensive so it’s nice to have both features when you can’t afford the pods. And so sleek looking. I highly recommend it.

Too many parts, takes too long to assemble everything just to make coffee, and I'm not even sure the coffee is really any better. I think people want (need) to convince themselves that this magically makes superior coffee, especially after shelling out $300. I'd really think about whether maybe marginally better coffee is worth shelling out this kind of cash. Update - after less than one year of use, the two small tabs that hold the brew basket down broke off, rendering the coffee maker useless since the basket must be secured to disengage the auto-stop feature. • After my Bunn NHS stopped heating I decided to go for a commercial model after seeing yt video of what was left of someones home using a consumer model. The VP-17 brews coffee fast and super hot just how we like it. I went all in and ordered a stainless steel basket to completely rid the unit of plastic touching my coffee. in the box you will find a cleaning spring, basket, filters, and the VP-17. Also if you remove the panel behind the burner you will find a dial for the hot water tank that is turned down for "high altitude" brewing so I cranked it to full. I also got a glass decanter for coffee and a plastic one for hot water for tea. All in all I absolutely love this coffee maker as all parts are replaceable. As another buyer stated this unit is built to last and be repaired if needed not end up a throw away like all of the chinesium plastic consumer units out there that could burn your house down. Pros brews extremely fast simple cleaning and maintenance tank reservoir temperature control burner keeps coffee extremely hot fits under my cabinets but beware that this unit will make any near surfaces warm to the touch so keep an eye on it until you are comfortable. Cons no tank heater power switch but I am resolving that with a high draw smart switch so I can turn the machine off remotely if needed. no decanters which is to be expected for a commercial grade unit.

  • But I don't want to have to chew my coffee. Tried all types of filters with no signs of improvement.

  • Don't really like hot coffee, to bitter, but cold brewed coffee is just heaven to me. Just received this and am in love with it. I was anxious to receive this so I made some in a mason jar with just coffee grounds and water last night. When this came today, (1 day shipping), I poured the mixture into the coffee maker, waited for it to drain and had myself a cup of cold brewed coffee. When this pot is done, I will try it from scratch. I do have to learn the ratio of coffee grounds to water and I also have to use decaf unfortunately. I may have to try it with tea just to see if I can rid of the bitter taste also. The filter was easy to clean out. I use a veggie brush on the outside of the filter to get any stuck grounds out of the inside and rinse well. With the filter being stainless steel I feel it will last for a very long time. The carafe seems well made and durable and I love the black rubber bottom, that little piece will probably save me from any bumps that might happen when putting from fridge to countertop. I will update with any new information as I use it, but so far I highly recommend this for cold brew coffee.

This pour-over kit, with some practice and a consistent process, can make a rapid, rich, excellent cup of coffee. I wash and dry the filter immediately and expect it to last a long time. I have been using a metal mesh pour-over funnel at home, but wanted something to use at work. I don't like paper filters, they remove too much of the richness of the coffee, but I found this cloth filter doesn't flatten the taste like paper does. They sell replacement filters too, at a good price (I misplaced mine for a while so I needed another.) I like that these filters are not only washable, they have a built-in hook so you can hang them to properly dry. I use the coathook in my cubicle closet, as shown. The hard carrying case is cleverly designed. The small disk for holding the base and cone after you finish making the coffee is a nice touch, but I accidentally knocked it off the table and you should know these things really shatter when they fall. So, don't knock one off the table if you can help it, is my advice. My particular recipe for pour-over, because I like really strong espresso-like coffee, is to grind beans to a very fine grind (3 on my 0-16 burr grinder) and then use about 1/3 cup of grounds for a 6-ounce cup that I mix with equal parts milk for a really smooth very strong latte. Of course, I've had to mix 3/4 decaf into my beans because that's a REALLY STRONG cup of coffee, but wow that taste. And with caffeinated beans as 1/4 of the total it's about as caffeinated as a double-espresso shot.

  • I am super impressed with this cold brew kit. I have used it both for tea and coffee and it is a quality item. Have shaken plenty and it doesn’t leak. Also love how it has the measurements on the jar for liquid and on the strainer for the tea or coffee. Makes it so easy. I looked at many before buying this one and read a lot of reviews. Definitely glad I decided on this one.!

UPDATE: although I do love the machine, it started to malfunction about 9 months in, would not get hit enough, descaler function stopped working. I contacted customer service and they “seemed” great, sent me a new machine under warranty. Only they sent me the wrong machine and now they won’t respond. I’m stuck with a machine I won’t use and my current machine is still not working properly so I can’t give the super positive review anymore as I spent a lot for a machine that doesn’t work. I am absolutely loving this machine. I did an obsessive amount of research and almost bought a Nespresso until I found this baby! It is so much smaller and sleek than I was expecting which is a nice surprise. It is also much quieter than other espresso machines. I was really happy with the temperature and the froth. So so easy to do and tastes like Starbucks quality. I even tried one of my flavored creamers mixed with almond milk and the froth was amazing! This machine is a keeper! I hope it can stand the rest of time!

  • This unit does not have an auto-stop feature. You have to manually stop the maker, or it will run the tank dry. I prefer not to baby my coffee maker. The unit I received had been used. I know this is no fault of the manufacturer, rather coffeemakers.us.com. However, I didn't like the idea of paying full price for an obviously used unit. For these reasons, I sent it back to coffeemakers.us.com.

I use a pitcher for my cold brew. After putting my grounds into the rumbler I add my water directly into the rumbler with the grounds. I then move it up n down which I do this several times a day. It sits on my counter for 24+ hours. When I'm ready to pull it out I just dump the grounds n then use the filter cup to strain the coffee to get allllll the sediment out n there's usually a lot so I do it twice. Then I just put the pitcher in the fridge n start a new batch. Easy peasy. Really does great cold brew.

  • Excellent coffee pot. I love the product
