Hi, I purchased this item a year ago and it worked well. But I have lost the bottom lid cover. The one that it holds the coffee from the filter. Is there a way that I can get an spare part sent over? or do I have to get the whole filter? Thank you,

Works instantly so that's great. Makes coffee so that's great too. I'm not convinced it's any different then blending and straining coffee and despite brewing for 25 mins it was diner shop strength. Can always add some instant to it. Takes 2/3 cup grounds and makes 1x 20 oz and 1x 16 oz when you add ice and creamer so to me it takes more than it gives. Nice toy but not sure if I'll keep it.

Solid coffee maker! Makes excellent, flavorful coffee and has all the bells and whistles you’d want. Made in Germany .. Love it!

I took it out of the box and found the unit and filter covered in a white residue substance. It was supposed to be brand new. I’m not sure what it’s from but it’s definitely going back.

I love coffee and recently broke mine in a move and when I tell you this thing is huge! I expected it to be a smaller coffee maker like the Mr. Coffee Maker but this pot would last me for hours. I love the setting option to set a time to brew the coffee just in case I’m running behind, it’s already made. Clean up was easy, the manufacturing is really great. It even comes with a little scooper. This is my new pride and joy.

Wow what a good looking machine! Looks really good on my counter. And that’s where the positive review ends. In order for a coffee maker to work properly it needs to make hot water! That is defined as 190°F to 205°F this nice looking little machine barely made it to 160°F on the first pot of room temperature, clean filtered bottled water, the next 6 cup pot sadly made it to a meager 130°F Moreover the filter feature is BS as you can see from the photos there are no O-rings in the socket that receives the filter basket nor on the filter basket itself. Based on my observation and my opinion, water can and most likely will bypass the filter all together. I don’t appreciate Mr. coffee trying to pull a fast one on me, that’s not cool at all!

I love that everything is operated from the front! I'm in a wheelchair and my kitchen has tall counters. So being able to fill the reservoir is super convenient - no more spills! I bought the programmable version so my nose wakes me every morning now, and it's fantastic. Highly recommended for individuals. My wife loves her k-cup coffee machine, but I still prefer to have the coffee aroma in the air first thing in the morning, and the last thing before bed. Very impressed with the design and function.

We like good coffee but I am not one of those people that will pay for coffee everyday from a coffee shop. I enjoy it but not that much. This machine makes great coffee drinks and is cheaper than using k cups. Some of the things we like: 1. It is fast! Total time to brew a cup Is about 30 seconds including the time for it to heat up. You can grind your beans, brew your coffee, froth your milk, dump out the grinds and clean the frother in under 2 minutes even if you’re still half asleep. 2. There is a ton of flexibility on the drinks it can make and how it makes them. Different sizes, strengths and how much froth it puts in your milk. It does take some time to try everything and figure out what you like best but once you do, it consistently makes the drink just how you like it. 3. We waited to buy this because we thought there would be a lot to clean. But cleaning is not an issue. Only takes a few seconds to do it. Just wipe down the frother and machine. Rinse out the porta filter and milk cup. We throw them in the dishwasher at some point during the day. There really are no complaints about this machine. Yes it is a little pricey but it does onsale for 25% pretty regularly so just wait for the sale like we did you will not be disappointed.

Couldn't wait to try this press out after reading the other reviews. I can tell you after trying it out today, I won't have coffee any other way now. My first batch of coffee was CAF from Black Rifle Coffee, as that too had great reviews. Unfortunately, it only comes pre-ground (for now), but figured it's worth a shot. Started with 6tbsp of grounds and adding just enough boiling water to rise the coffee grounds and inch off the bottom to let them go to work. Side note - for those wondering what that itty bitty canister is for that comes with, well, it fits 6tbsp of coffee grounds about perfect. 4 minutes later and a quick swish, I spooned out the mud on top & discarded it in the sink. Took my remaining boiling water and filled it up the rest of the way. I put the lid on and let it sit for another 10 minutes. Pushed the plunger down, careful not to press the grounds, and poured my first cup of french press coffee. I'm a big fan, and can't wait to try some after grinding fresh. My only goal now is to get my wife to try a cup so the Keurig can go in the garbage.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I was sadly unhappy with the quality of the product I received. The whole coffee maker was wet when I took it out of the package and it has resulted in rust stains.

Never have been huge on cappuccinos and espressos but this makes a pretty good cup. Pipping hot coffee for sure. It’s so simple to use it’s almost hard lol you would think it might be difficult but literally add your coffee and push a button. Milk comes out nice hot and frothed love it. Cleaning is a bit much there so much to take apart and clean out. Only draw back is it’s pretty loud when making anything. Won’t be using this while people are asleep. Top gets pretty hot has a metal top but you can’t set anything on it cuz it gets really hot when operating. Still though cool product I do love it. 5 stars from me

I had to request a replacement the first time because product was not working. Water was not been ejected properly. The replacement product I got was working fine. The only item I think is not configured properly is the coffee measure, seems like any coffee I choose is served in a very small portion, like expresso :-(

Awesome machine, it makes great espresso and cappuccinos. We are still experimenting. Absolutely awesome and it arrived early and a great price.

Was replacing this model that is the same as I currently have but has burner plate pealing. Received a unsealed, torn and obviously returned repackaged product. No manual, warranty card or information in the box. So unacceptable from coffeemakers.us.com!

Literally opened the packaging and it tore. The remaining cord isn’t long enough to hold the wooden collar.
