Great coffee and fast as promised. BUT, the light that indicates that the warming burner is on is now blue and VERY dim, unlike the red light on my old Bunn. It is so dim that is is almost impossible to see the status (on or off) especially in a brightly lit room. This is a serious safety hazard since it would be extremely easy to forget that the warmer is on. We have already had a few scorched pots due to this. Come on Bunn....what were you thinking???? Otherwise, it’s a great coffee maker as long as it doesn’t burn my house down!
So pretty & makes a mean cup of coffee! Easy to use. Noise is not any louder than a normal coffee pot. It's the perfect size for our counter space. I will say that it does slash a lot (as other reviews have said), which is why I docked a star. The drip is a little slower, however it really fills the cup up well!
Product box was wet, product had coffee stains on it and used coffee pod still in the machine. Wondering why it was returned the first time and why someone returned with coffee still in it.
Unpacking this coffee maker I was surprised at the weight of this machine, it feels more like a commercial unit than one made for home use. Setup was easy and after running a pot of water through to do an initial clean-out I made our first pot of coffee, it brewed quickly and tasted great:) We make coffee by the pot but for those who use pods this coffee maker converts easily for single cup pod use too. This is an elegant looking coffee maker, it’s heavy for its size, and it is easy to use too!
Firstly, coffeemakers.us.com customer service is amazing. I originally ordered this Keurig during Prime Day at a 47% discount (score!!) I received it a couple days later and set it up immediately so I would be able to have coffee the next morning. The next morning came and I made my coffee using a reusable coffee pod. The process was easy - turn on the machine and let it warm up, fill up the pod, insert it into the machine, choose my size, and let it do its thing. It started out great. However, just before the brew was finished, it started leaking all over the place and wouldn't stop until the brew was finished (see the video). There was coffee everywhere! Oof! I thought maybe I did something wrong, so I chalked it up to my mistake. The next morning, I made sure I did everything correctly. Again, a huge mess just before my coffee was finished brewing. I immediately unplugged the machine and started pouring the water out of the side compartment. I contacted customer service and opted for a replacement machine instead of a full refund (on the off chance that my particular machine was just defective). The return process was easy - put the machine in the original box, go to UPS, and have them print the shipping label. That was it. coffeemakers.us.com immediately sent out my replacement Keurig and I got it literally the next day!! Again, I set it up immediately to have it ready to go for the next morning. Well, I'm impatient, so I couldn't wait that long. I got a cappuccino pod (not reusable) out of my cabinet and set the machine to 8oz... NO LEAKS, NO MESS!! I was a happy lady. The next morning, I woke up and got my reusable pod out again and made a 12oz cup of coffee - NO LEAKS, NO MESS! I repeated the process just a few minutes ago - NO LEAKS, NO MESS! I guess I just got a defective machine the first time. I'm so glad I opted to get a replacement from coffeemakers.us.com instead of a full refund. Their customer service was superb and on point. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a Keurig. Just be sure to to contact coffeemakers.us.com before the return/replacement period expires if you have any problems with it. Setting up my machine was very easy too. The instruction booklet that comes with the Keurig literally gives you step-by-step instructions for easy set-up. Just set your preferences (turn on/off, high altitude, etc) and you're done! **I would've added more videos to show how the replacement Keurig DOESN'T leak, but coffeemakers.us.com only allows one video per review.
This review is long overdue. I had been using a standard percolator for our camping trips prior to this purchase. The Coletti boulder is so easy to use and yields a great coffee. I also don’t have to worry about it breaking on me or getting beat up while we are out and about. The construction of this thing is top notch. Coletti also makes an incredible coffee. Glad to have this product in my camping tool kit.
This thing makes coffee fine, but only one time. Could not get the lid back off, and no, it wasn’t cross-threaded or overly tightened. Couldn’t even get it off with large channel-lock pliers. Finally managed to get it off by pounding the heck out of it with a hammer. Verified that there’s nothing wrong with the threads on either the lid or the cup, and that the rubber seal is properly seated. Screwed the lid back on and only got it on halfway before the rubber seal screeched to a halt and seized the lid in place again. Looks like either a serious design flaw, or the wrong seal was put on at the factory. Attached photo is how it looks after hammering the lid loose.
Right out of the box , the machine powers up but will not progress to "heat" and " brew" stages. Just moved to new home. Opened box, and now I am 5 days past coffeemakers.us.com's return date as I had it delivered to my old home in anticipation of the move. Grrrrrr.
Broken on both sides of hot plate. Nothing moves around so it appears as if it was broken during assembly. The hot plate works
I got this TUNI E2 because it’s a duel boiler. I love the Portfiller it 58mm!! Work good with my seeker Edge grinder.you can make a shot than move to steam love that future ,No waiting to cool down then steam. The only complaint is extra water on the top of my puck after brewing wish the machine got 3-way valve to relieve water and pressure after brewing!! But you can’t beat the price of this expresso machine Love it and it better than my Breville Touch and Hibrew espresso machine.
Glass broke during cleaning. No abrasive or rough material was used. Only used it for a week. Very surprised by this. Thought that it was a better quality product!
I bought the white one to go with my red and white coffee bar. The Machine works great as it should. I don’t mind waiting a bit for the water to heat up before it pours in my cup. Has worked great I have no complaints. Love that has a 52 oz. Reservoir to hold the water so convenient for when I’m on the go. Tho I have my eye on the Red one too.
Did not come with a power cord so I can’t even confirm if it works
