We had a brand new Keurig Mini that started messing up veeery early on. Did not last leading us to purchase this one. It’s been close to 3 years and has worked beautifully! I sometimes take the filter cup out just for hot water for my tea. It’s not loud AT ALL, extremely easy to clean, and the water heats up literally in seconds! Love this thing!

  • En su interior tiene protecciónes de soldadura, esto afecta su funcionamiento. Solicito devolución o. Cambio

  • I love the shape of the pot and the dual layer filter, however the filter has started to come apart after just a few months of using it once a day. While still usable, I wasn’t counting on having to buy a new filter so soon.

UPDATED: Second part failure within a year of purchase, now the carafe is leaking and it also isn’t covered under warranty. I find it odd that the two parts that have failed aren’t covered. Quality issues are making it hard for me to recommend this coffee maker. Yes, they sent me a “one time replacement” for both parts but made it clear it wasn’t under warranty. If they just included the carafe and basket in their warranty, I would be much more flexible to support the company and invest in a future purchase. I love the coffee maker and I've had it for 15 years. On my second now and this one has Quality issues where the coffee maker will leak if you try to fill a cup mid brew. I was told by Customer Service that certain model numbers fall within this quality range and I am currently on my second one and both leak. The company has sent me replacement Brew basket brackets and a brew basket and so far nothing has resolved the issue. I guess I will just keep returning the coffee makers until I get one that works. Note, it only leaks with a full 10-cup pot's worth of wet heavy grounds, so you cannot check it with simply water alone.

  • Bottom broke off first time using. Heard a pop after pouring hot water in and turned around to see the whole bottom broke off. This was the first time using product and directions were followed exactly. Note there were no sudden temp changes or reason for glass to break. So disappointing considering high cost of product.

  • This is a good coffeemaker. I love that it makes hot or iced coffee in different quantities. It is very easy to program the amount & type wanted. I can’t wait to enjoy the cold brew option on hot days. This is much better than the coffeemaker I was previously using which was the Hamilton Beach Flexbrew. The Braun Multiserve machine is good looking & shiny so looks great in the kitchen. It is relatively speedy at brewing. Overall I’m quite pleased & would recommend it to anyone looking for a good coffeemaker.

  • First let me say that I love the design and especially love the built in filter that comes with it. With that said even if you treat this like a fabergé egg the glass is so think that is likely to fracture from what I can only guess is the heat change. I've had the carafe for under a month and noticed today that the glass sounded like it had separated somewhere. On closer inspection I noticed a fracture where the bottom of the handle connects to the carafe. It hasn't been dropped or even put down hard. Having read reviews before purchasing I treated this thing like even the slightest bump would send it into a million pieces. Despite that, just from normal use the handle still broke... 2 stars for the filter. -3 for less than a months use before having a glass issue.

  • I have had this coffeemaker a little over a year, but the problems started roughly a month after I bought it. Aside from the cleaning process (literally just running a prolonged brew cycle of water) being extremely long, the basic functions had issues almost immediately. The “lid” notice and the stop serve function would both get stuck, preventing me from being able to brew a pot of coffee. The only solution was to unplug the machine for a prolonged period and hope the issue would clear. At one point, I went a solid month without using the machine because it would not recognize the lid was closed. Then, I had issues getting the clock to reset. Now, some of the lights on the display have gone out. I emailed customer service asking for an explanation for the multitude of issues, and they offered a refund if I cut the cord of my current coffeemaker and then waited 4-6 weeks for the refund to arrive so I could buy a new one. I am a coffee lover, and I have no problem spending a little more on a machine that works well and creates a great cup of coffee. This machine accomplished neither and was a great waste of money. If you are looking for a multiserve, try another brand. This company doesn’t know what it’s doing. PS: I tried to submit this review to Braun on their website, and they refused to post it because I recommended choosing a different brand. Ha! But seriously. Don’t waste your money.

I love this 36 oz French press. It is one of my favorite purchases. The brushed stainless steel is beautiful. It makes great tasting coffee and wouldn’t buy another brand in the future. It gets used once or twice a day and produces about 28 - 30 oz of poured coffee if filled up. Good for my wife and me in the morning to fill up travel mugs. It’s very easy to clean on a daily basis because I can get my hand inside the whole carafe with a sponge. I don’t think I would have been as satisfied with a smaller one if I couldn’t get my hand in it and would need to then use a brush. I normally just wipe and rinse the screen end with a sponge and occasionally take it apart to do a more thorough cleaning. Very easy. The larger one may be a good choice too if you have a 2 or 3 people who like coffee in the morning and fill up travel mugs to go.

    - This is a very simple machine to use. You plug it in and choose hot or cold. There are no other button such as cup size, brew type, etc. Just hot or cold. - The amount of water you pour into the machine is what it will brew in one go. It has measurements of 6 to 14 oz; but I would pour it in with the cup/mug you plan on drinking from. That way you won't put more than your cup can hold into the machine. Because once it starts that's it. - You will need to fill the machine with water each use. It doesn't reserve any for later. - It does take K cups and has a filter cup too.

I really like this coffee maker. It's good quality. It heats up correctly my coffee is hot after brewing. The speed is pretty fast I say like any other coffee maker. Is small and compact great for smaller spaces. I thought it would come with the filter basket but it's ok in the owners manual it said its only included in some models.

  • I found this to be an attractive coffee maker with some nice features, but it took some experimentation to keep it from putting coffee grounds or sediment in my coffee. It’s an attractive coffee maker. I like that when I open the lid after brewing a pot of coffee, the condensation on the lid doesn’t run down the outside of the coffee maker. I also like that it doesn’t dribble coffee all over my counter when I’m pouring that first cup from a full carafe. There’s an option for bold brewing, which brews a pot a few minutes slower so the hot water and coffee have more time to interact. There are three different temperature levels for the hot plate to keep your coffee warm and you can adjust the auto shutoff to two, three or four hours. What I didn’t like was coffee grounds or sediment in my coffee. The coffee maker comes with a reusable mesh filter. I avoided using it at first, because they don’t filter as well as a paper filter. But when I used just a paper filter with my usual 2.35 ounces of ground coffee, it overflowed and I had coffee grounds in my coffee. It seems that the ribs in the conical basket are too few and far apart. Maybe they could be a little taller, too. Either way, the paper filter seals itself against the sides of the basket so the coffee can’t flow out as fast as the water’s pouring in and it overflows, taking some of the grounds with it. So I tried the mesh filter. As I expected, it allowed some of the finer bits of coffee through and I had sediment in my coffee. See the picture I included. On a whim, I tried putting a paper filter in the mesh filter and I’ve been enjoying good, sediment-free coffee ever since. One other observation is that it sure seems to click a lot more than any other coffee maker I’ve ever used. I know it’s just the thermostat regulating the temperature of the hot plate as it keeps the coffee warm. But other people have commented on it, too, wondering if something’s wrong with it. Maybe it’s because I have it set on the lowest warming level.

  • I've always been a fan of the Nitro cold brew. This kit allows me do it right at home saving me a trip to starbucks and money in the process. I was hoping to brew my cold brew in it as well but this seems more just like a dispensing and chilling vessel. FYI you do need to buy your own Nitrogen tanks as it doesn't come with any. Additionally Its kind of a pain to fit in the fridge one you have the tap and gas canister in . It would of been better if the gas screwed in horizontialy and the handle was a bit shorter. probably works best if you chill it then add the tap and gas when dispensing.

Overall coffee maker is good quality. Power switch burned up after about a year. Technivorm refused to sell me a replacement switch, and insisted that I ship it to them for repair at my expense. After shipping the repair would cost nearly $100 to replace a $5 switch which is why I left 1 star. When I pay several hundred dollars for a piece of equipment, I expect to be able to get replacement parts if/when they fail.

  • I have one small issue with this so I'll talk about that first. The needle doesn't seem very sharp. It is hard for me to shut the door on the cup. I have to push it down, then shut it. It's the needle on the inside and not in the lid. I have tried several brands with the same results. It could be I'm a weakling but I want to mention it. Make sure you do not fill the water reservoir all the way. You fill your cup, then pour that into the reservoir. You can brew it regular or strong. I like that I can use whatever flavor that I want. You can also use your own grounds, using the special cup that's provided. It works well, too. My husband prefers to use it since he likes a certain kind of coffee. It's easy to dump and clean out. The frother is great. You can froth it on warm which is like fluffy milk. If you use cold then it's more like a whipped topping. If you use the warm setting, use the milk right away. It turns back into regular milk quickly. It's best to spoon the milk onto your coffee instead of pouring it. Altogether, I really love this. It's compact and doesn't take up much room on my counter. It works great.
