So many things about this coffee maker I loved.....for a while. It has a number of great features like programming auto brew, how much time to allow for auto shutoff, carafe temperature setting, and a cleaning cycle. I could put up with having to clean the puncture needles on occasion when the single brew side would malfunction. Cleaning and descaling solved some issues as well. Most of the problems encountered were solvable with a little bit of brain power. The things I hate: 1) The single cup reservoir started leaking from the bottom quite often, flooding the countertop. 2) the burner plate has chipped, rusted and caused the bottom of the pot to look rusty, unable to remove. If you don't mind buying a new coffee maker every 18-24 months, this one may be for you.

This coffee maker is terrible. It worked the first time, but every subsequent time it spilled coffee grounds everywhere. We tried different filters, including the gold plated reusable filter. We weighed our grounds to the recommended weight from the manual, but nothing worked. We had high expectations because it was a Bunn. It seems to us that the water flows into the well with the grounds faster than the coffee can drip out. We are returning for a refund. I’ve attached photos of the last time we used it. This is after my husband started cleaning up, but hopefully you will get a sense of the issue.

  • Pro: I like the convenience of being able to start coffee at any time(so long percolator n you have an echo plug ). This one uses regular size filters, too. I also like having the water level window on the right hand side. Con: The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't automatically pause if not done percolating. I keep an old microwave glass tray underneath incase I forget that it won't stop.

Not that I need instructions…it’s a simple coffee maker. But this is definitely not new product. It was an open box maybe, but I certainly did not expect this.

7 months in as my daily driver. Super easy to descale, simple to clean, and still running as well as it did day 1. It makes what you expect from a cheap drip machine, which should please anyone not looking for a cup before work. Brews up a full pot in about 8 minutes, and the timer hasn't failed to have hot coffee waiting on me when I wake up. -1 star for a few points, though. #1, the filter is totally useless. Take it off immediately and you'll have no issues if you use filtered water and descale once a month. #2, The pot is not what was pictured. You don't get the Oz measurements. Not a problem really. Just multiply the number by 5 if you need oz. I like to get what I'm told I'll be getting though. See pic and compare. #3, the grind cup just isn't deep enough for 5 cups. It'll brew just fine but you'll end up with a lot of grind splashing out and the dripper getting covered in grind. I shoot for 3-4 and I don't have this problem. Honest 4.5, but we can't do that. Its a good value for the money, and a nice and straightforward product which is what I wanted in my coffee pot.

I love, love, love, this color and coffee maker!!! The color is prettier in person and really brightens up my kitchen. It works great!

  • I just started drinking coffee 9mo ago, and found that I LOVE Cappuccino’s. I bought this under the impression that I could choose between 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 12oz. As I began brewing my first “cup”, I learned this machine will ONLY BREW “SHOTS” of Cappuccino’s! Excuse me, but who in their right mind only wants a “Shot”? Needless to say this is a Disappointment. I had to adjust to the “Coffee” Option to get a Full Cup, then increase the amount of kcup blend to 1 1/2 kcups, and increase the amount of milk to froth... That Produced A Nice Size Cup of Cappuccino to Perfection!! I rated this machine 3Stars due to the Extra Steps needed. For $190, I should not have ANY additional steps to get the Right Blend!

  • First of all, it’s super cute. The blue is really pretty and the exact color I wanted. The color is matte and doesn’t look like cheap plastic. It’s small. I think the reservoir holds 12 or 14oz but a tall travel mug won’t fit under the spout. I only drink one small cup of coffee a day but, as you can in the photo, even my 6oz travel cup which is 5” tall barely fits. I have to tip the cup slightly to get it out. A regular or even tall coffee cup should fit just fine tho. It’s a bit slow to brew. The manual said 3 minutes but it didn’t take that long. This machine is replacing a similar style and priced coffee maker that was “fast brew” and it burned up in a month, so I’m ok if slow brew means maybe it’ll last longer. When this one dies I’ll finally spring for a nicer, larger machine but for now I’m happy with my cute little blue coffee maker.
