  • I got this for when I start producing more milk to use the pitcher method. My babies still too little now but it will come in handy very soon. You can see how big it is compared to a regular bottle and it will hold a tonnnnn of milk.

I love it I love it I love it!!! My wife and I loveeee iced coffee year round but hated always having to go out for it. I used to make it by the pot and leave it in the fridge but then you’re stuck with one flavor. This is game changer. Everyday we can have our own different coffee hot or iced. Big misconception is it brewing cold. No. It stills brews hot but A LOT less hot than a normal cup. So once you add ice to it it cools down super quick and the ice doesn’t just melt away. Literally amazing

I'd had my eye on this for months. Watching video reviews on youtube, researching the company a little, reading reviews here, etc.. I finally decided it was time for me to get it and I'm so glad I did. I was using a Zojirushi and I loved it. The biggest problems I had were that there was no auto-off feature and it only held 5 cups. This Moccamaster solved both problems. The brew cycle is faster than I thought but that has no effect on the taste of the coffee. I prefer my coffee on the lighter side so I have been using one scoop less than the recommended and I am finally enjoying the taste of black coffee without the need for creamer. The footprint is smaller than I thought which is a good thing. It's also lighter than expected as I anticipated something heavy. There are 2 things I would change right off the bat. One is the angle at which the pot can be removed. Since this is a thermal carafe, it actually doesn't make too much of a difference as once the coffee is brewed, the pot wouldn't need to sit in the recessed area anyway. The other, which seems to be a problem across the board with EVERY SINGLE MANUFACTURER OF ANY DEVICE THAT HAS A REMOVABLE LID TO ACCESS THE WATER RESERVOIR, I would add a handle or knob to the lid for easy, seamless removal. I hot-glued one on to this one as seen in the second picture. I've read the negative reviews and I just can't help but wonder if people were experiencing a little buyer's remorse. This is a total extravagancy and not a necessity. After all, a $49 Keurig will give you a cup of coffee. I'm glad it comes with a 5 year warranty but i'm hoping it's something I'll never have to use. Highly recommended.

This is my first time using it and it leaks all over my fridge!

  • I am very pleased with my purchase absolutely Gorgeous

  • The plung filter is too loose, it cannot properly filter coffee grit.

I bought this coffee maker in June 2021. I bought a year ago. I started seeing puddles of water and coffee on my counter today. I decided instead of just cleaning it up. I would inspect the pot a broken coffee spreader watch surprised me. The most was the rust in the water tank. I don’t know how much a health problem is, but I certainly don’t care for rust in my coffee. Very careful if you buy this pot.

  • I really like this cold brew coffee maker. The glass pitcher is easy to clean and has markings on the side to show pints, cups, and liters. The plastic lid has a silicone gasket to help seal the lid and the pour spout works well. The stainless-steel reusable filter does a good job of keeping the coffee grinds out of your coffee and is easy to clean. My only complaint is that there are no instructions that came with this coffee maker. I had to do a little research to get the best results. One mistake I made was putting the water in the pitcher before the coffee and filter. It's definitely easier to have that already in the pitcher with the coffee in the filter before adding the water. I also didn't know how much coffee to use and how long to let the coffee steep inside the fridge. That is pretty much to your taste, but I used about 5 to 6 scoops and then let it steep overnight. Also, because this is cold brew, sugar doesn't dissolve as fast, so I ended up making a sugar syrup. In a small pot on the stovetop, I warmed up a 50% water to 50% sugar ratio to make syrup. You can then pour this into your iced coffee for an easy sweetener. I've been very pleased with this coffee maker and would recommend it if you would like to try your hand at making your own cold brew. Just do a bit of research and experiment to see what works best for you.

It fits a Ball 32oz wide mouth mason jar. I use coarse ground coffee. I grind my own coffee. The material seems durable. I like it!

  • I’ve used an older Capresso coffee maker for several years. It still operates fine but the printed labels have worn off and I cannot tell the water level from the outside. The new model’s carafe is visibly smaller. A pyrex measuring cup confirmed that it holds 7 cups of water compared to my older 12-cup model which actually only holds 8 cups of water. I’m returning the new model to keep the extra cup!!!

I have had this coffee machine for about three years now. I am in the market to buy a new and different brand coffee maker. Before I found out the problem with this coffee maker, the 30 days had passed, so that is why I kept it. The problem is that, because the water is preheated, it comes out of tank and goes through the coffee grind in less than a minute, this short time does not let the coffee to brew well like it happens with other machines that water comes out of thank in a slower rate. Besides that the water temperature for a good coffee is suppose to be between 190 to 210 Fahrenheit this machine produces water which is about 185 degree Fahrenheit. In the other machines, the first cup of coffee that goes to the pot is very light, but the following cups are dark, so when your coffee pot is all filled up, the result is a good pot of coffee. With this coffee maker, all the water goes through the coffee grinds very fast, so if you look all the coffee that comes out of spout is very light and weak and watery, you end up with a very weak pot of coffee. In the three years that I used this coffee machine, I poured half of the water for coffee first and then waited for five minutes and pour the other half of the water into the tank !!! That five minutes made the coffee in the basket soak a little bit, and when I pour the rest of the water the result is a stronger. This way I was able to get a dissent cup of coffee ! But the coffee pot broke yesterday and instead of buying a new one I will buy a new coffee maker! Finally ! PS: One reason that I kept this machine for this long (beside the fact that I had paid about 100 dollars for it), was because I could get quick hot water out of it to make tea or to add to instant soups ! It was better if it was called quick hot water maker (but not too hot ) !

This is the worst bun coffee maker I've ever had. It explodes coffee grounds everywhere overflows it's a total mess. Here is a photo of my last pot, but this is not even the worst one. I do not recommend this product. Hopefully they'll fix the water dispensing problem because I think the water fills too fast and the coffee grounds just escape over the basket.

  • I love the slim and compact size of this machine. I placed it on my mini fridge in my office and there is still plenty of room on top of my fridge for other items. The magnetic pod holder on the side latches on very sturdy. Even after I filled it with pods there was no slippage from the weight. I especially really enjoy the space from the spout to the reservoir. I was able to put a tall 14oz mug in that space with plenty of room to spare so I won't have to tilt the mug to take it off the platform. It brewed perfectly this morning!

After doing a LOT of research, I decided to order this coffee maker. Taking into account the negative reviews, my personal experience is a mix but mostly on the positive side. Some of the reviews mention the plastic smell/taste. It WAS there but only for the first few pots. After the first few, it's totally gone. And regarding the quickness of how fast it makes coffee. It works well enough for me. It's done before I know it. It's got a lot of really nice features and it brews coffee hotter than any other coffee maker I have ever had. AND It's about the only one with this capacity in this price range. I run filtered water and in combination with the in-machine charcoal filters, it makes a darn good cup. And by the way, I picked up a pack of these filters http://www.coffeemakers.us.com.com/gp/product/B013H3UMEU and they work great. Plus, they are WAY less than the Cuisinart brand ones. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is for one reason. When you go to fill the water reservoir, the lid doesn't open far enough to use the coffee pot. You have to get real creative when you reach the end of the pour. Is that a deal killer? Not really, it's just a minor annoyance and the primary reason I didn't feel this coffee maker was 5 star worthy. Bottom Line: This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. Although it's not perfect, (and can it be for this price) I am very happy with this coffee maker and I'm sure you will be too. UPDATE: 3 1/2 months later it has stopped working correctly. The water reservoir no longer empties completely. Towards the end of the cycle, the unit will start this series of clicking and chunking sounds, like it can't siphon the water. The maker will make its series of beeps like it's done but there will be "4 cups" worth of water left in the reservoir. I only use soft water that has been filtered. It's the only water that has ever gone through the maker. I make about 6 pots per week on average. I am also diligent about changing the little charcoal filters. Another thing to note. It seem to be boiling off a LOT of the water and as a result there is a large amount steam coming off the machine. This has ruined the underside of my cabinet. Do NOT get this unit and put it under a cabinet. I now pull it out from under the cabinet when I am making a pot. UPDATE #2: As it turns out, it appears that the maker just needed a good cleaning. I ran a solution of CLR and ALL kinds of lime chucks came out. After that, it ended up working properly again. Note to self: When the machine says it needs to be cleaned, clean it. It knows more than you do. It's part of Skynet. UPDATE #3: 4 Months after purchase. The black coating on the warmer plate is flaking off. This is pretty disappointing.
