Buying a Bialetti pot is a gamble. If the little valve wears out or is defective, they will not replace it, not refund for the pot, not repair it, not allow you to buy a valve so you can replace it and not even give you contact information for their supplier. These small pressure relief valves are very simple devices easy to screw out and screw in. The spring can weaken over time leaking water that is nowhere near the high-pressure point. I can use an oven mitt in one hand and a chopstick in the other to hold the nib in long enough to make a cup of coffee, but that's getting old. Why won't Bialetti sell us this important easily replaceable part? Hate to throw away an otherwise good (and expensive) pot because the company won't replace or even allow me to replace a defective part. Update: I asked Bialetti if they would disclose the name of the company that supplies the relief valve. They will not. So at this point they: 1) will not replace the pot which will not work without a working valve, 2) will not replace the valve themselves (an amazingly simple thing to do), 3) will not send me a new valve, 4) will not disclose their supplier so I can buy a valve from them.

Boyfriend absolutely loves this! He can’t stop raving about how good his coffee tastes now and how EASY this is to use and clean. Don’t need filters, nothing. It’s great for his coffee obsession! (Compared it to an apple for size) I wasn’t sure how large it was going to be when I ordered it as a gift, it’s perfect size!

Handle for French press came out of box looking like it was melted.

I like this product, it’s very simple but gets the job done and produces a high yield of cold brew. Unfortunately it stopped working after 4 months of maybe biweekly use. The cold brew chamber has a stopper at the bottom that keeps the water and coffee in for brewing, which you can then release. Unfortunately that gasket leaks now, meaning you can’t brew coffee in it anymore.

Bought this to get rid of my fancy Keurig with frother. The coffee tastes so much better. We bought the white! Looks classy and so easy to program! LOVE IT!

I can set it to brew in the morning when I wake up I have a good cup of coffee. Very easy to clean

I am happy with this very elegant French Press that I bought, excellent option for making coffee, super easy and practical, makes delicious coffee!!! Excellent purchase at such very good price!!

First of all, I love this single cup coffee brewer. It is exactly what I wanted and brews a great cup of coffee. I absolutely love that it comes with a reusable coffee pod that you can use to brew your own ground coffee. At the same time, it can brew any K-cups available on the market, so that you can make any variety of flavored coffee drinks, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, hot cocoa, teas, etc. The machine is very compact and takes a small amount of space in your kitchen while still having a good size water tank that is enough for at least 3 cups of coffee. I love the red color. It looks very stylish especially in combination with its sleek touch screen user interface. While I love this machine so far, there is one minor flaw that I noticed: Unfortunately the machine does not recognize if the water tank is about to go empty and as result may suck air into the brewing unit which can then cause a big mess. It happened to me twice already. The machine will stop and beep and light will flash to tell you you ran out of water. But when you refill it with water and restart the brewing process, it will pump out that sucked in air and the coffee will splash everywhere. This issue could be easily solved by having a water level read and automatic shutoff below a certain water level. Overall, I am in love with this single cup brewer due to its great coffee making abilities and variety of coffee drinks it can make. The machine is fairly pricey at $100 at the time of this review. However, you do get what you pay for and it is a great 2 in 1 single cup coffee maker.

I had been looking for a coffee maker (making as little as 1cup) that brewed great tasting coffee! This coffee maker is it. I had never used a Braun product before, so I wasn’t sure I’d like it. But I do and recommend it for any person brewing for one person.

I was looking for a French press that I could steep coffee in without it getting cold. I find that a full french press isn't hot buy the time it's finished. This product does exactly what I wanted. My photo is after a couple months of almost daily use. The paint/coating is coming off. I was mine in the dishwasher, which doesn't help. Hand washing would prolong the coating. Fortunately the paint peeling doesn't effect the usability. I believe there is a non painted variety, if I could go back and buy again, that would be the best path forward.

My overall rating would be much higher had th percolator not stopped working after only 18 months, and had I received better feedback from the manufacturer's customer service. It appears the on/off switch has stopped functioning so I contacted their customer service but they didn’t offer any help noting instead that I was past the 12-month warranty period. I wanted to share a couple images of my percolator after reading more reviews from the coffeemakers.us.com web site. As others have noted, the bolt and interior bottom of the pot has deteriorated as shown in the image. Also, on closer inspection, I noticed deterioration on the outside where the pot is mounted to the bottom, as shown also in the image. My concern is that both of these may indicate not only that the product has not held up as intended, but that it and others out there could be unsafe to use even if they still function. I have to believe that the manufacturer sells this product expecting it to last more than one year, as I and other customers and potential customers certainly expect when considering purchasing it. That's part of the decision to spend so much for a better, longer lasting product. At a bare minimum, I feel the manufacturer needs to send me a replacement on/off switch, but they have not responded to my follow-up requests. I am disappointed in their customer service response.

My kitchen is grey and white with red accents. When my old one stopped brewing, I ordered this. I havent used it yet but, based on other reviews, I’m sure it will be great

I wouldn't have replaced my old Mr. Coffee maker except the glass chipped on the pouring spout so I ordered a new one in black. The design on the new one is not as good as the original so I don't understand why the design was changed because it wasn't any improvement at all. On the old one the drip part lifted up automatically when I opened the lid to add coffee & water & the water measurement area was twice as large & on both side of the maker which made good sense. With the new one the paper filter gets in the way when the drip part is moved over & the water level is much smaller so it's hard to see it so it's a shame the design isn't a good as it used to be but it gets the job done just not as well made.
