I've only used it once but I already love it. It's easy to hold, the instructions are clear, and cleaning is easy. I just wish it came with filters.
Must be very careful with water levels as it will leak out the bottom if you accidentally overfill. I love the color it adds to my tiny RV kitchen though.
Me encanta mi nueva cafetera Y lo que más me gusta que es muy fácil de utilizar , puedo programar mi café para cada mañana o a la hora que tú prefieras .
Alright coffeemakers.us.com family! I'm gonna start off with dislikes in this review. Guess what? I have none! This is a amazing Ninja Coffeemaker. If you wanna make coffee like a ninja! This is where it's at! Grind up your beans and slap it in the permanent filter basket. (Which is easy to clean.) Pull off the water tank and fill it with the desired amount for what you're gonna drink. 12 cups to 2 cups. I don't reccomend 2 cups. You won't go about your day feeling like a Ninja. (More like a sloth.) I'll remind you. If you're having 4 cups or less. (Sissy!) Make sure to push the small batch button. So you have two options for brew taste. You have classic for your no sugar and creamer types. Then you have rich mode for the sugar and creamer types. Once you're all set! Carafe is in place, check! Push the brew button and you have tasty delicious coffee. I mean delicious. Why do I say that you ask? Well there is this amazing straw that coffee goes down to enter your carafe. It percolates your coffee and gives it a full robust taste and smell. Oh yeah here's another feature. This fancy ninja machine has a delay timer. (Leave the unit on though.) Set the desired time for your morning wake up. Next thing you know you wake up to the nice fresh smell of brewed coffee! So grab this like a ninja today! You will not be let down! Don't be a sloth!
I had this model in blue for years. I decided to get a replacement just in case. I could not find this model so I ordered a larger model. It crapped out the first time I used it and so was returned. Fortunately I found this new one at last. I believe this is the best model Keurig has made. I would have liked to buy it in red, but for some reason they are $200+. Four months in, it has ceased working. Makes lots of noise, dribbles out a couple of drops, water is very hot when I turn upside down to empty it.
The grinder works fabulously. It comes with a built in conical burr grinder. There is no option to grind it espresso fine for obvious reasons as it is a drip coffee machine, but there are three distinct thicknesses you can choose from with a knob and fine tune some. The coffee brews wonderfully and tastes good. The machine has a nice weight and has a premium look to it. It's really easy to brew coffee directly from beans or from ground coffee. For beans, you can choose your strength level from level 1-3. One thing I did not like so much about the machine is how it cannot dispense water levels exactly to what you set to brew. For example, I enjoy brewing 4 cups at a time but if I put in 10 cups of water into the container and set it for 4 cups, the machine will try to use up all the water. The brewing cycle ends but the excess water would be retained in the coffee filter compartment. It would be great to have the machine retain excess water for next brew. The coffee bean capacity is limited to about 3 full brews and you do have to fill up again. Overall, I am happy with this machine as I like to brew about 4 cups each morning for myself and spouse. I just load up the water tank with 4 cups, pop in a new filter, and brew away. It's as easy as that. I haven't used other filters than Melitta as they supply a few with the package but I like the filter and will stick with #4 filters.
I have had this coffee maker for years, and I can't even imagine using anything else. The only thing that bothered me, was filling the carafe with water and not being able to tell exactly how many cups I was getting. So today I did some measuring and turns out that the standard width of an electrical tape is exactly the difference between 4 cups and 6 cups. So now I'm using the bottom of the tape, or the top of the tape for my most standard amounts of water needed.
This is a great machine for traveling. Let me start by saying that I own a high quality espresso machine for my home coffee so my bar was set pretty high for this one. There are 2 options for pulling your espresso shot. You can either do it the traditional way with your own beans/ground coffee or if you like the Nespresso pods you can also use those. I use my own beans that I grind so my review is just for that option. I used the max amount of water that you could use and I used the self-heating function rather than putting in already hot water. It yielded almost 2 oz of coffee. I like that you can use already heated up water, which is a great function when you're making mulitple cups of espresso. The rechargeable feature is great, making this little machine that much more portable. It holds a charge for a long time too. It did take a while for it to fully charge but not a big deal since you can just charge when not in use. It came with a nice carrying bag as well and a little measuring cup. Overall, a great machine for on the go. A bit on the pricey side but for me it was worth it.
Arrived really messed up, immediately returned it
The coffee maker has a few significant issues that make it hard to recommend. 1. Grinds clogging the spout: Coffee grinds tend to get stuck in the spout where the coffee dispenses, causing leaks. This happens when the basket overfills, which is easy to do because the coffee basket is very small. It holds only about half a cup of grounds, so if you try to add more for a stronger brew, it overflows, spilling grinds into the tank. While rinsing the tank usually solves the issue, sometimes a stray grind will stick in the spout, preventing it from closing properly and causing a mess. 2. Weak coffee: The small coffee basket limits how much ground coffee you can use, which likely explains why many reviewers complain about weak brews. 3. Metallic taste: The coffee sits directly on heated metal in the tank due to the built-in metal warmer, which gives the coffee a noticeable metallic flavor. In contrast, traditional coffee makers use glass pots, avoiding this issue. 4. Inconsistent timer: The “set timer” feature is unreliable. About half the time, the coffee maker turns on immediately instead of waiting for the set time. This means you might wake up to coffee that’s been sitting for seven hours—not exactly the fresh start you’d hope for. While the push-button pour feature is convenient, it’s not enough to outweigh the machine’s flaws. Between the leaks, weak coffee, metallic taste, and unreliable timer, this coffee maker falls short of expectations.
Beaware the filter is not as amazing as i thought it would be. I was super excited to get this cold brew gadget. My husband and I are coffee fanatics, we buy whole coffee beans and grind daily. We have a ninja coffee maker that helps us make perfectly good ice coffee, but I miss cold brew. So i bought this since it was on sale for $69!! And I was quite disappointed that the filter didnt catch all the grounds. I thought perhaps the sprout will catch the rest, but no it did not!!! I had to end up pouring the whole batch of ice coffee into a milk bag strainer. I love the whole concept of this, but it did not do a good job filtering out the coffee grounds!
this is perfect for when we have more than a few people over and we just need a simple coffee pot. I would give it five stars, but it does make quite a bit of noise at times. It’s easy to clean, easy to use, and simple. We like simple!
Have been trying so many products for K cups and none of them had good tasting cup of coffee and trying every trick that was recommended I had a Keurig and couldn't get it to taste right always tasted bitter and couldn't get the strength good tasting I had been looking for a single cup different sized pod and regular use of my coffee for about a year I love this one because of the red color is so pretty you can put extra water in but not an over abundance that it could get stale if sitting too long The different sizes I can choose our perfect it is easy to use the buttons on the top are really good quality it is not loud very quiet and it's the best tasting coffee I have had in a long time very happy with my Christmas gift and highly recommend it to everyone
I love this little product! It’s easy to use and is an amazing money saver.
This is my second review and 3rd Braun coffee maker in just over a year. The first one failed. The warranty replacement failed, and now, the replacement for the 2nd unit does not even work out of the box. What a disgrace!!
