We've had this for 6 months or so, and recently it makes very loud noises when brewing (wakes us up) and the hot plate has been peeling for a few weeks now. How can a "luxury" brand like this allow such shotty manufacturing practices? Asked customer service and basically I'm stuck with this piece of garbage. You would think that it being still under warranty and 6 months old, they'd send out a replacement....Nope. Stay away - stick with your CoffeeMate, Ninja brands - those machines have lasted me years and I don't know why I made the switch to Breville.
I love the cold brew this makes, but the filter is impossible to clean. We’ve only used it a few times and now we can’t because it looks almost moldy. Hoping we can resolve this with the company directly but I don’t see anywhere that allows me to reach out.

Great for the price. Just wish there was a low button to keep warm. Don’t get me wrong-it stays hot but it will burn out. But get product that works.
Coffee maker arrived November 5, 2023. Worked fine till February 18, 2024! Wouldn't brew coffee had a H2O error, I read the operation manual which wouldn't clear the code, watched the video which wouldn't clear the code and no coffee (it was a Saturday and tech support works Mon-Fri. No coffee ;( Called Monday morning, went through the gentleman's questions and sure enough has to be replaced. Looks beautiful on our counter, easy setup and wonderful flavor right from the start! It is a difficult to wash the carafe, the opening is very small so I stuff in a sponge and use a wooden spoon to push it around. The warning plate stays on even after the machine turns off. I put the empty carafe on our stove top to make sure it doesn't break being empty! He filled out a message he was sending to the Warranty Department, said I would get an email. Ok, 3 days and no email, called back, gentleman said it will be at least 7-10 days, I asked what I can't make coffee? He replied that's how long it takes. I said will they send me a new unit then, he said they have a check list to verify and you should receive a new unit. I said do you think a person should go with out making coffee in there home for weeks after paying 139.99 for a coffee maker that includes a warranty. He said that's the process sorry for the inconvenience good bye.
Followed the directions and it was easy to use. Got this for gf. She loves coffee and always wanted a espresso maker. Everything came out good. Coffee was good. The whote design is nice. Different from stainless steel and still matches with the kitchen. Has the temperature thing on the front. Easy to see clickable buttons on top. Has a steam thing on the side for frothing. After making the espresso, just turn the know off and wash it out. A little spilled but the tray is removable and you can just wash them both. I would give this again as a gift to someone. It has good features for the money and isn't complicated to use.
It keeps your hot water hot for long periods of time, easily storable and very easy to use! Very functional and durable! Has a switch to turn on and off the heating which is a great tool of design!

The product does what it's supposed to. However, these things I don't like: * Water container is blocked by the sprayer in the middle, making it hard to pour water into receptacle without spilling or needing a funnel. * Somehow coffee grounds get all over the filter holder at top edge. * Most irritating is the pot itself refuses to pour without a portion of your coffee running down the side of the mug. Mess everytime. I somewhat remedy this with a knife or straw at the pour spot to guide water. In general, this is yet another cheap plastic product. Rather than using a reliable durable metal, we get plastic. This seems to be unavoidable without making your own coffee maker unfortunately. I did not have these problems with the Mr Coffee maker. However, I had to scrap the working Mr Coffee maker because I couldn't find a compatible decanter. coffeemakers.us.com sold me one that was too short which then allowed the flow to continue when the pot was removed.
This coffee maker is perfect for me because I drink small amounts of coffee. It's perfect for traveling too. I can take it to my office at work, or take it along on trips and use it my hotel room. I really that it comes with a 10 ounce cup that matches the machine. It also comes with a reusable filter too which is a huge bonus!!
We noticed the plunger was kind of "fiddly" immediately. By the third day the three layers of the plunger fell apart and just flop around. I'm pretty handy and can see no visible way this was held together in the first place let alone any way to fix it short of gluing it and I would not be very excited to have a glue product introduced into my hot pot of coffee. Also a crack appeared in the bottom frame piece so even if I got the layers back together it likely would not last long anyway. It's cute, but very poorly constructed, just for looks.
☆☆☆☆☆ 5 Star Review. The whole package arrived on Time (today); in a coffeemakers.us.com box in Really Great Condition, the packaging from manufacturer had a few dents on it. Otherwise the actual item inside the Box was unharmed, It had Good packaging around the item. It was a Birthday Gift for my Husband, his Birthday was this past Saturday!! He likes it, a two in one coffe Maker!! Sometimes he likes a half pot of Coffee; or sometimes a single K-cup!!
Excellent dripless spout and beautiful design BUT after maybe 8 uses the filter began to come detached. Was it glued and the hot water is causing residue to go into the coffee?? -- I suspect so.
Got this expressly for espresso making. It doesn’t disappoint! Perfect foamy richness with every shot! Add water to the back, pack in some espresso grinds and in about 30 seconds a satisfying smile will appear.
