***OG Review @ top, 2nd review after UPDATE:*** So let me preface this with, Chemex coffee makers are amazing and we loved ours. We broke my S.O.’s that he’s used for years, so we needed a quick replacement because coffee withdrawal is a real thing. So we ordered the 10 Cup classic. This is what we received. Boxes both intact, no damage to either box. The Chemex itself was just the top half, broken, with no bottom to it. But there was no broken glass in the box. So someone went out of their way to take out the broken glass, but proceed to send out half a broken item? I’m obviously returning, and I would err to the side of caution when ordering from this seller. But still get a Chemex, because they’re amazing. UPDATE: I took the risk of ordering another from this seller because 1-day shipping when you're a caffeine addict is too sweet of a deal. I'm glad I did, this time the Chemex was sent to us in perfect condition, no broken glass, not even a scratch. Again, Chemex is amazing and takes your coffee game to ANOTHER LEVEL.

  • I wouldnt recommend this unit. Small cups that are made to fill sitting in unit next to each other using seperate spouts you see in pic of water tank area, difficult to fill with water using regular coffee mug (never used the smalls), filter stains immediately. Also if using reg mug make sure its centered with both spouts or.....Ugh!! UPDATE: Only 2 months later thru regular cleaning, filter has developed tear. Messaged seller with no message returned. DO NOT BUY THIS COFFEE POT!

  • Gorgeous coffee espresso machine with many accessories. Easy to assemble and a very good quality machine. Look’s very fancy for my coffee bar.

I purchased the Keurig K15 Single-Serve Coffee Maker Holiday Bundle through coffeemakers.us.com Warehouse Deals and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I previously owned the larger Keurig K55, but after I retired, I had time to go out and buy coffee whenever I wanted it, so I gave my Keurig K55 to my daughter and son-in-law. However, I started to miss my Keurig. After doing some research, I decided to try the Keurig K15 Single Serve Coffee Maker. While comparing prices,I discovered the holiday bundle, which included the K15 coffee maker in Chili Red, a 12 oz travel mug, two packages of 18 K-cup pods (36 K-cup pods total), and a K-cup storage drawer...all of this for only $63.20 on coffeemakers.us.com Warehouse Deals. I needed all of the items in the holiday bundle so this was an incredible deal for me. The accessories would have cost me around $40.00 total if purchased separately. The coffeemakers.us.com Warehouse description indicated cosmetic damage to the top--but I didn't see any damage at all to the coffee maker--I even looked under the top. The exterior box was damaged on the top, but the coffee maker was in new condition. I followed the enclosed instructions and performed an initial cleansing of my coffee maker prior to brewing my first cup of coffee. I then brewed my first cup of coffee. It was delicious...much better than the coffee I'd been purchasing! The 12 oz travel mug that comes with the holiday bundle fits perfectly when you remove the drip tray. My old, 16 oz, travel mug was too tall, so I'm really glad the 12 oz travel mug was part of the bundle. The coffee maker is very easy to operate and it is the perfect size for me. I love the pop of color the Chili Red unit provides sitting on top of it's black the storage drawer. Speaking of the storage drawer, the drawer was secured during shipment with packing tape...and the tape left a lot of residue when I removed it. I was able to remove the residue using peanut butter and a lot of elbow grease. In hind sight, I should have warmed up the tape with a hair dryer and removed it slowly. I noticed other reviewers mentioning that although their box indicated their unit was a K15, the model number on the bottom of the unit indicated it was a K10. My unit also indicates it's a K10, but the packaging indicates it's a K15. I checked the serial number on Keurig's website and my unit isn't one of the K10 recalled units. I then e-mailed Keurig to ask why the packaging didn't match the model number of the unit and received the following response: "Thanks for contacting us! There is no difference in features or functionality between the Keurig®K10 MINI Plus Brewer and the Keurig®K15 brewer, which is why the brewer certification on the bottom of the brewer still refers to the brewer as the K10 model. However, we recently introduced comprehensive packaging updates for this brewer, and because of this we needed to update the model number on the gift box. We hope this helps. We are always just a phone call or mouse click away; please don’t hesitate to reach out!" Currently, coffeemakers.us.com's stock photos of the holiday bundle only has one stock photo of the unit in Chili Red...and that is the photo showing the unit with the holiday bundle accessories. The color of the unit in the rest of the stock photos is a darker red color, not the Chili Red color. Because of the color discrepancy in the photos, I wasn't sure which color of red I would be receiving. I've included two stock photos of the unit in Chili Red for comparison. Hopefully coffeemakers.us.com will update their photos. The Keurig K15 Coffee Maker comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty.

  • We’ve used this maybe half a dozen times. It cracked in the dishwasher, with nothing around it — maybe the heat did it? Anyway, I am underwhelmed. Idk what I expected for ten bucks.

  • This review compares the original(?) Chulux 800w single serve coffee maker with the newer 1000w stainless steel model. I purchased the original Chulux in July 2019 and have overall been very pleased with it. It has worked with no issue, heats water quickly, and is easy to use and easy to clean. There were a few things I didn’t like though. It has directions printed on the side for how to use it, which makes it look like a hotel room coffee maker. It has a very small opening for the water reservoir so it is difficult to pour water into it from a mug and you have to pour slowly or it will overflow. The drip tray platform is removeable to allow for a slightly taller mug, but it is slightly difficult to remove and requires both hands to hold the Chulux and remove the tray. Once the tray is removed, there are ridges in the platform that make putting a mug on them slightly precarious. The new stainless model Chulux resolved all of these issues. It has very nice stainless steel sides and a large opening for the water reservoir making it easy to pour water into it from a mug. The drip tray platform lifts out easily with one hand, and once the tray is removed the platform for the mug is perfectly flat. It also has some additional nice features. It has a measurement indicator in the water reservoir so you know how many ounces of water are in it. The spout that the water comes out of is slightly shorter, so allows for a slightly taller mug. I did a side-by-side test of how quickly they heated up, and the stainless model does brew slightly faster, which makes sense since it is 1000W and the original is 800W. The stainless model had about a half a cup dispensed when the original started dispensing, so it is not a huge difference. The original Chulux does do a couple of things better. It creates less splatter. Possibly because of the longer dispensing spout, but also because it dispenses in more of a steady stream while the stainless model dispenses with more spray. The open/lock dial on the top turns smoothly all the way from open to locked and has a better feel on the original model. The open/lock dial on the stainless model has a cheaper feel and you have to turn harder to click it into the locked position. This is a minor nitpick though. One other important distinction is the size. The original Chulux has a very small footprint. The stainless one, while still small, is noticeably wider, deeper, and taller. This also means that when the lid is open, it is taller than the original and will need more clearance under countertops. In summary: Original 800w Chulux Good: Small footprint Good: Very little splatter Good: Good feel to open/lock dial on top Bad: Printed directions on side Bad: Small reservoir opening Bad: Drip tray takes two hands to remove and once removed there are ridges on the platform that cups do not sit well on Stainless 10000w Chulux Good: much larger opening for water reservoir is easier to fill and has built in measurement Good: Looks nice on the counter Good: Drip tray reservoir removes easily with one hand Good: Slightly more room for taller mugs Bad: Larger footprint on counter and taller Bad: Splatters a little more Bad: Open/lock dial not as smooth to operate Overall, both are good products. The original does the job and is cheaper and smaller. The stainless one is more expensive but looks far better. It is easier to fill, but also has a larger, taller footprint which might not work for some countertops.

  • My Keurig died so in the hunt for a new one I came a crossed this and I’m so glad I did. I used the same coffee and the taste was so much better than with my Keurig. I loved the filter component and the availability to connect it through your phone to brew a cup that will be ready and waiting! Price point is incredible for the features and performance of this machine!

This coffee maker makes a good cup of coffee I have no issues. Then again I'm not super picky so as long as it makes hot coffee I'm good. I do wish the top of the glass coffee pot was attached with a hinge. Other than that it's perfect and goes great in my kitchen as well. The copper color is amazing.

I have been using this coffee maker daily since the beginning of January 2024. I purchased it on the 3rd and today is October 7th 2024. About a month ago after exponentially getting harder to remove the grinding unit for cleaning, it became impossible to remove. I began cleaning the grinder in place which didn't work either. The shoot which the coffee travels into the basket through got totally packed. I am thankful I hung onto my old $15. Hamilton Beach coffee grinder! Do yourself a favor and stick with a regular coffee maker and a grinder.

  • I’m going to start out by saying that machine had water in it upon removing it from the box. I’m not sure if this means it’s used/returned/refurbished. Perhaps that means it underwent some kind of QC testing. I’m really unsure. Anyway, this machine seems to be a bit finicky for me. I tried for 30 minutes this morning to pour a double espresso. The machine would just sit there and vibrate across the bar, knocking the espresso glasses off it, and not pouring. I finally gave up and went and bought coffee. I decided to try again a few hours later. This time I pressed the button and it poured as it should. The steam wand seems to have a mind of its own sometimes. I need not to turn the dial to the steam mode but it still turns on and works. The water reservoir holds a great amount of water. Definitely more than you would ever need in a day. The color and look of this machine is stunning. It’s retro and a beautiful shade of green. It really stands out. The machine is quite loud and vibrates a good bit. We joked and said it sounds like the low tone of a cargo ship horn. But, it’s true. Overall, this is a decent machine. Perhaps I got a returned/refurbished unit and that’s why it has these quirks.

  • I am in LOVE with this coffeemaker! I am leaving a detailed review since this product is new and there are not many reviews on it. This is a dual purpose HOT AND COLD coffeemaker. The COLD brew coffee had an excellent flavor. I used 2.5 tbsp for an 8oz cold brew as opposed to the 2 tbsp I would normally use for traditional hot coffee. The cold brew finished brewing much faster that described in the directions—it took about 3-4 minutes to complete. THE ICE REMAINED SOLID AND UNMELTED; this means that the cold brew function is brewing at the right temperature. Many current cold/hot brewers melt the ice in the cup during the brewing process, watering down the coffee. This one brewed at the perfect temperature and kept the flavor strong and the ice frozen. We added some heavy cream and Ghiradelli chocolate syrup for a delicious iced mocha. The hot brew function is easy to use and delivers a robust cup of coffee. There is also a BOLD setting to amp up the depth of your brew. The filter is easy to use—NO NEED FOR EXPENSIVE COFFEE PODS!! I no longer have to try to fill the reusable Keurig filters and spill grounds all over the counter. This filter is easy to fill and also EASY TO CLEAN! I just rinse it out at the sink and it’s ready to go. There is also no fine particles or grit in the coffee after brewing—the filter does a good job of keeping the sediment out. The water reservoir is also easy to use. Inside the reservoir are markings indicating various amounts (8, 12, and 16oz). Or, you can fill up the cup you plan to drink from with water and pour that into the reservoir. You only put the amount of water in the reservoir that you need! The buttons are easy to use. When you hit the power button the machine lights up; the light turns off when the brew is complete. Simply turn the dial up for iced coffee or down for traditional hot coffee. At the base of the machine is a cup rest with drip tray for any extra drops of coffee at the end of the brew. The cup rest is easy to move and easily accommodates a 16oz cup. If you drink more than 16oz cup then it won’t fit under the machine. I purchased some Strata acrylic tumblers off coffeemakers.us.com; they’re a perfect fit for the machine. Unpacking the machine was easy and there is really no setup necessary. You just need to take the filter out and wash the components for first use. The only quirk I have found with the machine is the filter housing and it’s lid. You have to twist the filter lid into the locking position before inserting it into the filter stand. It’s easy once you find the marks, but you might have a little trouble lining up the marks at first. I am absolutely amazed at this machine for so many reasons. Comparative machines cost $100-$200. Right now Ninja and Mr Coffee have comparable products, but for a much higher cost and with a lot more functions (overly complicated). This machine is affordable and surprisingly simple to use. It makes hot or cold coffee fast. No gimmicks! It’s size is perfect and take up way less space than my previous Keurig 2.0. I will never go back to a Keurig; in the end, all the coffee just tasted terrible no matter how many times I took the machine apart and cleaned it. I highly recommend this product! 1. It’s EXTREMELY EASY to use! 2. It’s easy to clean the filter and drip tray. 3. The filter is easy to fill with grounds. 4. Hot and cold brew FAST. 5. Cold brew tastes strong and has great flavor! 6. Cold brew is brewed at right temp so the ice doesn’t melt during brewing. 7. Buttons are easy to see and use. 8. Accommodates travel cups. 9. AFFORDABLE alternative at $60

  • I recently injured my hand and fractured my wrist. My normal coffee prep routine is somewhat involved and requires two hands, so I needed an easy replacement while I heal. This coffee maker is a good value for the money. It works as expected and the coffee is on par with everything you'd expect from a regular drip coffee machine. I had an easy time making the coffee and cleaning up afterwards. Despite the limited range of movement in my swollen left hand, I give it two thumbs up!

Handle cracked and o ring failed and is leaking all the water, junk.

  • Coffee dribbles all over the counter. They say coffee is really hot. Had to warm mine up in the microwave. Gave away coffee holder. Should have kept it so coffee would not dribble. Wish I had returned it. Will put away and go back to my old coffee maker. Thought by paying $50.00 that I would finally have a good coffee maker.

  • It's very thin, poor quality. It's so fragile and breaks easily. I bought Chemex which is more expensive. But it's thicker and better quality. You get what you pay for.
