We got this coffee maker about a month ago. It is so slow to brew and half the water steams out while brewing, you have to add so much more water to it just to get a full pot. The steam is dangerous it shoots right out at you if the filter isn't just right. I don't recommend this product.
Love this! Makes a perfect cup no matter what mood I am in....espresso shot, regular cup of joe, iced coffee or a latte! Only complaint would be that it didn't come with the four cups as in the description.
Everything that comes out of this has tasted great. However, I’ve had trouble getting it to work and I’ve followed all the directions! I even cleaned it out too. I’ve pushed the business and had to come back because nothing flowed through. Other than that it’s user friendly and simple to clean. Mine might be defective? Has simple to read instructions posted right on the side. Takes a long time to warm up, so be patient.
It's beautiful and well designed, all the parts have a storage place, and the form definitely matches the quality of the function. Very well thought out on both sides!

It is a nice porcelain coffee "dripper" but is poorly packaged for shipping. Mine arrived with the handle broken.
I don’t know what size cup they’re referring to when they say this is a 3 cup press. The size is only good for making one mug of coffee. I was anticipating getting a full-size press very disappointing and how small.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I had it for over a year. I used it for a month or so then forgot about it in my cabinet. It's perfect for when I get home and just want a cup of coffee. No hassle. Throw a cup in and push a button. I see alot of bad reviews but the one I got is great. I always put the hottest water from my faucet that I can and I sealed the hole in the back with epoxy so I could put more water in it without it pouring out of that hole. It makes amazing coffee.

Used product once a day, Mon-Fri and it worked prefect for my office desk until today! I poured water inside maker and it all came out of the bottom of the coffee maker. Not sure how but not worth $20 bucks, your better off adding another $20 and get another brand with removable water tank.
So simple to use! Above picture is showing how it’s a perfect color match with several of my other kitchen items such as my butter dish. Also what little space it takes up. Yes, the butter dish will be moved!
I love the coffee maker. But be careful when the water is low it will try to make the cup of coffee because not enough water it will back up at the pod. Highly recommended no major problems at this time
