I had been searching for a cold-brew coffee system for a while. I had one in the past, and it was messy and time-consuming. You also had to use these large coffee filters with it that did not drain well. My search is over, and if you are looking for a great CB system that is easy to use and makes excellent cold-brew coffee, look no further!! Of course, I read the 1-star reviews and the 5-star reviews. Many of the 1-star reviews complained about it leaking. I had only a few drops leak, and the carafe stayed under it the entire time, just in case it did leak and it caught the few drops. I wonder if they used fine ground coffee like is bought in the grocery store. I purchased whole bean coffee from Starbucks and had the barista ground it to the French Press coarseness. I bought some cold-brew coffee from the grocery store and used the empty bottles to store this CB. I do this to reduce the risk of breaking the glass carafe. 10 oz of coarse-ground coffee yielded a little more than half a bottle of cold brew you would buy at the grocery store. I used about 60 mL of cold brew for a 12 oz cup of coffee, which was about perfect. I am thrilled I bought this. I will save a TON on CB coffee from the grocery store or coffee shop. HIGHLY recommend. Follow the instructions and you will brew some great cold-brew coffee.

Carafe handle turned side ways & now can't por without spilling all over. I can't get it to turn back, I feel like it would break in my hand & cut me up. Won't buy this brand again!

  • I really enjoy this coffee maker. I enjoy the fact that it has a huge water reservoir. It makes great coffee. I just haven’t been able to figure out how to increase the water temperature. Otherwise it’s great.

This is exactly what I've been searching for. No one makes a coffee maker this small except for Moss & Stone. If you are in the market for a coffee maker this size, and know what you're buying, it's perfect. Ignore the bad reviews mentioning size, those people clearly didn't check the description. This is a solid little unit. I just wish they sold the 4oz mugs separately so I could buy more.

  • This coffee maker brews good coffee by the pot. Unfortunately using the k cup it explodes the k cups under pressure. No matter the brand of K cups. It's a complete mess to clean up. Just swap back my old one until I find a new one. Don't buy one ill sell you mine for 20 to get rid of it..!!

Great product! Best cappuccinos since I figured out my exact preferences. I look forward to them every morning going on two months now. Don’t miss Starbucks at all!

I’ve had this coffee maker for 3 years now. I use it whenever I have guests since it makes a large pot of coffee so it doesn’t get used a lot. It’s been a good machine as far as making good, hot coffee and brewing fast. My one issue is the carafe spout. It cracked, and not because it was dropped. It simply disintegrated under normal, gentle use. I just ordered a replacement for $95. I didn’t pay full r the extended warranty however, so if you really want to purchase this product, consider the price plus the warranty when you’re comparing to other choices.

  • Unfortunately, this coffee maker is horrible. I am on my second one and it has some serious flaws. To start positively, it makes a really delicious cup of really hot coffee! Yay! However, it shoots water out of the back (we are on the second one and it does the same thing). Now, it is pooling water at the bottom, under the carafe. I have to have the entire thing sit on a cookie sheet with a towel over the top. Ridiculous for this price point. I’m trying to reach Cafe now for help…

  • This is excellent for pre packed loose leaf tea. Makes a perfect batch every time. Throw in some ice and you have a perfect batch.

This produced the hottest cup of pressed coffee, from first thru last cup, of any press I've owned. I live half the year in Lake Country, deep Up-northern Minnesota, and half the year on the beaches in Eastern Florida. Patiently enjoying the view with a hot cup of coffee is kinda my thing. The Bellemain French press has made this experience so much better. When I received the press the packaging wasn't anything special; I was skeptical. Was I ever surprised when I opened the box and pulled the safely packed press out. It was well constructed, clean welds, and good weight for its size. I examined it closely for possible defects and I was only more impressed with the craftsmanship of this product. It doesn't really talk about it but it uses a double screen filter and comes with an extra set. They can be divided into individuals if you prefer the taste of single screen filtering. Personally, my family's French and I grew up with grounds in my cup and love it a bit less refined. I read the basic but thorough manual and put it in a file. I took it apart, gave it a good wash and dry and reassembled it in the morning. I boiled water on the stove, allowed to cool to just under a boil and poured it in with my grounds, steeped for four minutes, and pressed. I was a little disappointed not being able to watch it thru the glass but quickly got over it as I poured my first thru last cup! It stayed hot the entire time. Clean up was truely a breeze. I didn't have to worry about breaking it and it rinsed right out. The double screens are easier than some I've had (but honestly I usually just rinse them for awhile to season my press.) Water spots and finger prints wipe right of and don't seem to be an issue for me. There are a two things I would change; First, better packaging. It sounds petty but I'd love to give this as a gift and the box looks a little cheap. (I think I still would ;) Second, there is a front side to the lid but it's hard to tell where it's possitioned. I'd make a small mark on the front edge for easier identification and pouring.

  • Very good coffee pot. This Coffee Pot Makes the Hottest Coffee in a Good Way that I Have Used. Recommend This Coffee Pot. Good Value for the Money, the Speed it Brews is Good too. The Color Stainless Steel and Black Will Match

  • Broken in 2 months. Could not return because warranty was expired. I think I got a defective one or a used one. I’m so disappointed you should refund me my money back.
