  • The primary reason I chose this unit is so that my 24 ounce tea cup will fit under the dispenser, followed only slightly in importance by the fact I can choose a variety of serving sizes. I plan to use 12 ounces, followed by another 12 ounces to finally get a decent sized cup of tea and go on my way. It has a nice sized little brew basket for tea or coffee, that is easy to clean. It holds a decent amount of water, so I can have a full cup and then top it off for later. It comes with a cleaning function, which is new to me, but welcome. I like the auto shut-off function. Most important is the size and shape, it fits in the only spot I have left on my countertop for a coffee maker. And finally, the controls make sense. Which is great because I really don’t want to have to hunt down instruction every time I get the urge to make a cup of tea.

  • I love the idea of this. The material is nice and a pretty cream white. BUT it’s not as functional as I thought it was going to be. It would be perfect if it had a bottom to it that zipped around it so that it would actually close.

  • I tried wiggling it to close all the way but it doesn't. Luckily where the water comes out is facing down so it's not to much of an issue.

  • The coffee machine is simple and affordable. It’s gets the job done. However, a bit messily. The water drips down inconsistently and and splashes around the area. It’s also hard to pour water in neatly.

  • Definitely easy to use but the seal around the opening is not good. When I shake the bottle it leaks. Ice coffee turned out delicious though.

  • Product looks of decent build but unfortunately upon opening it up, appears like it was used and returned. Dried up creamer crusted on the lid, coffee ground stuck in the filter and has a faint scent of old coffee. Not too sure i actually want to use it.

I have two different coffee makers in this series - the Majesto and the Esperta 2. Both are excellent machines, and the Majesto is my favorite - mainly because of the touch screen and styling. There's also no lever to pull down - it's all automated. But you pay a premium for that. The Esperta 2 brews the same coffee, same pods, but uses a dial instead of a touch-screen, and has a lever you need to lock in place before brewing. The Esperta 2 is targeted at the typical consumer while the Majesto has features that are aimed at a small office (RFID for example.) Both are amazing and consistent. I've had a lot of pod brewers and consistency is a big issue - you don't always get the same amount of water or temp. These Nescafe brewers are always spot-on. I've had the Majesto for several months and have gone through at least 40 boxes of pods. I've had the Esperta 2 for a few weeks. The Majesto is in the kitchen, the Esperta 2 is in the home office. Yea, I'm too lazy to walk across the house for a cup of coffee. From what I see, they both use the same pump - that's good. So far I have zero complaints and the pump can be found online. Why mention that? I've had the pump in other brands fail after a few months and had to throw the machine away. There's really no setup for the Esperta 2. Add water and go. Run a few empty "cups" through it to clean everything out and you're all set to start enjoying great coffee. Or mocha. Or tea.... The Majesto is more complicated, but still easy. I had the Majesto first so here's the review for that: I thought I'd see how easy this was to setup, so filled the tank and turned it on. The interactive menu system took me through every step, from setting up WiFi to the initial cleaning. I was making coffee about 5 minutes after unpacking it. Use could not be simpler. All the available drinks are displayed with pictures and titles, plus there's a "create a custom cup" option. After playing with the coffee maker for a while and making around 15 cups of coffee I have a few general observations. Temperature is fixed, either hot or cold - it can't be adjusted. Every available capsule is not on the main display - more are available on a submenu. From here you can change the drinks that show on the main menu. If you want to make a drink that's not on a menu you use the "create a custom cup" feature. From here you select hot or cold and the amount of water. Unlike the other brews, you are not prompted to put the capsule in the machine - I expected to be prompted as it did so every previous time. So instead of making coffee I made a cup of hot water. If the power goes out you need to setup the network again - but the settings are memorized, so it was basically pressing "next" a few times. One thing I have been unable to do is update the machine. The brewer is connected to WiFi, it shows the status as connected, and shows an update available - but the option is not available. A little "capsule bin" aka, trash can, is included for dropping in the used capsules. There's probably an ounce of water in each capsule after brewing, so just tossing in a trash can is not a good idea. A door on the bottom of the bin holds tools and a spare part for the brewer. So even if you don't want to use the bin, keep the tools handy. The brewer supports RFID via a points system and chipped card, so it's a good solution for offices that need to control beverage consumption. It is a BIG machine. I needed to make space and removed a blender and brewer. This brewer would fit in a corner perfectly, but not under a cabinet as the brewer would have to be pulled forward to remove the water container. The brewer uses a "mavea aqua aroma crema" water filter that's good for 150 liters ($15 to $35 depending on the make.) Other maintenance includes descaling and rinsing. Descaling kits are around $15 for two. So even though it requires periodic maintenance it's not that expensive to keep the machine running well and coffee tasting great.

  • This is not 100% stainless steel. Even after contacting the company with pictures of the pot with corrosion and rust, they said it was my water (tho I use a Berkey). They haven't responded to my rust pictures yet... This is only used for hot water to make tea and the like for our church fellowship time. DO NOT BUY!

  • Where do we start... as a coffee loving family, we have been living in the dark ages of the French press (that we still enjoy from time to time). We had a cappuccino from a host family for a bible study we attended and my wife fell in love with it. I like it too, but she really loved it. It does make perfect coffee every time. They are always too far out of our budget. But last month this Touch model went on sale and we had the funds so we bought it. It has worked flawlessly. The easy cleaning feature of the milk dispenser is fantastic. It just makes usage so much simpler. The only (although it is petty) suggestion is that it would’ve been great to dispense hot water for teas. We are saving a lot of money on coffee shops and enjoying regular decaf versions of our favorite coffees at night.

  • Took some getting used to. After a half dozen pots perfect camp coffee. When unscrewing the glass top to clean when screwing it back on it cracked. Hope they can send me a replacement. If so I will change my ratings to 5 stars. After contacting the co. They immediately resolved my problem. Thank you for such a quick response to my issue. Highly recommend this seller. Will do more business with them.

This is a great tea maker with one major flaw, it's very difficult to get any unused or additional water out of the machine. it has a lip around the top that stops water from coming out even when u turn it upside down, I dont want to store it with water inside between uses and its very difficult or impossible to get the water out by hand, so I had to drill a hole in the top rear to make it possible to drain the water (see photos) I would however recommend this machine it does a great job making tea and u can adjust the brew strength.

  • I love the stainless steel coffee pot. I no longer have to worry about accidentally breaking a glass one. It's way more durable and insulates way better than those made out of glass.
