First, I want to say I was excited to receive it, but it came damaged, then the process for replacement was very fast. Now, the replacement was delivered to wrong address 🤦🏻♀️😅 but I located it and finally got my coffee pot haha. It looks very pretty Im so excited to use it... very well made, excellent quality... Thanks to the seller for the replacement!
I saw this which y coffee maker with the copper trim and loved the clean look and simple design. But as soon as we got it out of the box, there were problems. It says to run the coffee maker with water through several times and it was immediately apparent why. The steam coming from the maker smelled like strong plastic. We did this process 6 times before making our first pot. Our first pot leaked and spurted all over the counter and floor. We figured it out, the coffee filter holder insert was slightly misaligned, so the coffee was dropping on the ball of the pot and splashing up. So not simple to use. We adjusted it, but the coffee had a film on it and smell and tasted off. So we through it away. We ran water through the pot 3 more times, so a total of 10 times before using. The first pottasted off, but we thought it might be the coffee. So we made some freshly ground coffee, and still the same. This morning, we made coffee, nothing obviously broken after owning it for less than two weeks, and grounds and coffee everywhere. It’s not worth the money. The capacity is fine, if you don’t mind it on the counter and floor as well.
I'm sure it is a nice tea maker. I am a bit upset because I ordered a NEW unit. However it appears to have been previosly used or a return. When unpacking item the styofoam appears dirty. and pitcher had tea residue in it Only negative is that all water does not empty out when it completes making tea
works fine but the color started peeling off after first few uses and now only 2 months in it looks terrible. still works but super disappointed in quality
We loved our Ninja Foodi so thought we would give their coffee maker a try. The day we received our coffee maker I tried to run the water through it as the directions said. It kept saying "add water". There was water in it but it wouldn't work. I called tech support and she said I needed a new base and said she would need to charge me $25 for shipping. I explained that I have never even used this machine yet and would not pay shipping for a product that doesn't work that is brand new. She talked to her manager and was able to send me a new coffee maker. Great! I was ready to test this out again. This time set up was fine. Brewing coffee in the coffee maker worked well but using kcups no matter what we tried the majority of the time a large amount of coffee grounds ended up in our cup. It was disgusting and we decided to return it. I believe this is a design flaw. Not every review mentions this but there are some. I wasn't willing to try a third machine. We returned it.
This is a nice looking Keurig that works great from a functionality perspective. However, there was some manufacturing defect (or shipping damage) that left a gap on the left side of the unit where the top of the water reservoir cover snaps in and it’s very noticeable. I reached out to Keurig and they gave me the runaround so I’m a little disappointed - Other than that it’s a nice product. Makes decent coffee at a good temperature.
This is what happened on the 6th cup of coffee I made that's hot hot liquid and grounds flying all over
Before ordering, I read some negative reviews, but necessity being the mother of invention, I solved at least one of those problems. I do kitchen composting so it was important to me to be able to transfer used grounds to my compost container easily. I had a supply of the round fluted coffee filters for larger machines and figured out how to cut the size down and use it in this smaller machine. It is not perfect, but it works! A reviewer complained about how hot the Travel Tumbler is to pick up, but I didn't find that to be a problem. The coffee does come out very hot and stays hot in the tumbler, especially if you close the top if it going to sit on a desk or elsewhere without being consumed. I replaced a Classic Keurig that was taking up way too much room on my countertop and I still cannot find out how to get the water out of the inside of the machine...makes the simplicity of the Krups even more attractive!
This morning I lifted it by slightly by the handle off the counter, swirled it in a circle to mix the coffee and suddenly the bottom plastic ring fell off so the glass vial slammed down onto my counter and shattered!! Broken glass, grounds, and hot water everywhere.
I love the new design, it's easier to refill the reservoir, it has a charcoal filter that can be changed and it's way faster than the other device which needed to "warm up" prior to using. You can use this immediately, in fact it will turn on automatically if you lift to place a pod in it. Also comes with a strength button and Iced button for more control over strength. However, it's about 3/8" to 1/2" shorter than the Original Model which stopped working (after 14yrs, not bad). So if you use the 24oz Yeti or similar brand mug, it will not fit, even if you remove the bottom tray. For those who use this size when you leave for work, you'll be disappointed. I will say, that I have no idea if the standard model (which is slightly redesigned) has this same issue. For those wondering how I fill a cup that large? I pick the 12oz setting first, then up and close the device while keeping the same pod in and then pick the 8oz fill size. Comes out perfect.
This is a very well-made 2-in-1 Grind and Brew Coffee Maker from Galanz and I absolutely love it. I have been using a KEURING DUO for the last year and I quite like it. I needed a second coffee machine though that can both grind and brew and offer programming features so that I can set it up and forget about it. This Galanz coffee maker ended up being perfect for this job. Setting this coffee maker up for the first time was very straightforward thanks to the detailed user manual as well as the illustrations on the box itself. You have the option to put coffee beans which the machine will grind for you, or you can also put coffee ground directly if you have that instead. There’s a button, as shown in the pictures, for you to choose whether you put beans or pre-ground. You then choose the number of cups, the desired strength, and/or the time. I really like this flexibility. One of my absolute favorite things about this coffee maker is the “aroma” feature and I don’t know how they do this. But the coffee ends up being so smooth yet flavorful when I activate this option! I don’t quite understand how this works. I put the same ground coffee in my KEURING DUO and on similar settings, but the coffee is never as smooth or flavorful as I get it out of the Galanz WITH that aroma feature on. If you end up getting this coffee maker, I highly encourage you to give that aroma option a try! I would have liked it if this coffee maker offered a k-cup option as well, this way I could possibly use it as my only coffee maker, but there’s no k-cup option, unfortunately. Also, the built material could maybe be improved a bit. It feels plasticky. I didn’t find this to be a big problem since the coffee machine is operating well and won’t need to be moved much, etc. I found that this glass carafe spills a lot, unfortunately. If you pay attention while pouring your coffee and do it slowly, however, you might be able to avoid spills. Overall, this is a good affordable 2-in-1 Grind and Brew Coffee Maker. It might not be perfect, but for this price, it does a good job. I can’t stress how much I love its “aroma” feature. The spillage is annoying but can be minimized with enough care and slow handling.
I chose this model cause I broke 2 previous models and I wanted to try a different model. So I wanted this item to work for me without any glitches. Look closely above the "o" in for and you can see the imperfection. A crack on the bottom of the mason jar on the outside, does not affect the inside glass. I'm thinking to return or exchange.
The glass came out of the frame while I had hot coffee which is dangerous!👎👎
This French press is a very attractive addition to the kitchen. The unit can make a full quart of coffee at a time. I love this because it fits my thermos perfectly. It filters about 99 percent of the grounds which is much better than my last unit. I first started using this type of coffee maker when our power was going out constantly and found out how good it made coffee compared to the regular coffee maker. I’m sold!
I am using this coffee maker for my own personal use. I love drinking coffee and this machine is a must have in my household. I love how the water reservoir and the scoop are marked, makes it much easier to make that perfect preferred strength of coffee. I like the programmable features of this coffee maker it adds a level of convenience that suits my busy lifestyle perfectly. Waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee in now a daily pleasure. For me the machine's performance has been nothing short of stellar. I would highly recommend for coffee enthusiasts who appreciate a perfect cup of coffee.
