This product worked fine for two weeks then every other time I used it, it would blow up sending coffee grounds all over my kitchen. Cleaned it after each blowup to no avail. Still spewing all over everything. Cute, perfect size, but NOT recommended.

Mother-in-law loves it. She enjoy coffee daily and has been wanting a nice coffee maker. I do wish this was like an all in where it could do coffee grounds and k cups but so far this thing is fast. It keeps stuff warm. Has an energy saving mode. Very cool. A bit steep for the price but when you start using it feels like you're operating a high quality peice of equipment. Do enjoy it very much if this is within your budget then it makes for a wonderful personal gift or a gift for others

This being my fourth Keurig and it's going in the trash - I won't even give the problem to someone via Goodwill! The design flaw is the cell/well area where the pod is inserted. It doesn't drain properly and builds-up residue of any/all flavor cups that are used regardless of near continuous cleaning and flushing with just water between individual uses. Initially it was discounted as a potential problem with non-Keurig brand cups. After having it happen WITH Keurig brand cups and seeing this model has been discontinued, it makes me wonder if Keurig should have issued a recall or sent a fix/replacement part that consumers could install. I've now gone back to the more basic version and will consider another brand for future purchases.

If you are a cold brew lover this is for you. It really is very compact and SO easy to use. This was my first time to make cold brew myself and here are my take aways: 1. I did not realize how many beans go into it (2-2.5x the normal amount for regular brewed coffee). You use coarse ground coffee beans and fill it to the bean in the black container. 2. You use 24 oz of water (the dot on the glass caraffe marks 12 oz) 3. Place the rain cap on top before pouring your water in and then place the cap on top. This is all that it takes to make it. 4. The coffee brews in the black container (12-24 hrs on counter and longer in the fridge). Once it has brewed enough place the black container on the glass caraffe and it will pour into it for storage. 5. If you use the full water amount you get 16 oz of coffee concentrate (5-7 cups of cold brew coffee) It was very easy to use and is so compact so doesn't take much counter or fridge space. It is also easy to travel with if you so choose!

  • The press feels hefty. It looks and works great. However, the knob (also sturdy) was fastened on a strange angle to the stem. I made a quick phone call to companies (very friendly) customer service . A free replacement part was sent to me right away.

My cups are now in place, neat and easy to use. Arrived ahead of time. Im satisfied!!!

  • Makes a great tasting latte! Better tasting and much more convenient than where I USED to go. And despite each pod costing a tad over $1, it is almost sad to say that that is 1/4 the price of going out to the coffee house. I use the frother whisk without the coiled wire attachment for the perfect amount of milk/froth. So far, zero issues with leaking or any mechanical problem. I am very satisfied with this purchase. If you sign up on the Nespresso website, where you can order future pods, you can get some "freebies" on your first three orders. After my first 75 cups made, it should pay for itself!

  • It’s a used coffee maker, which explains why the box was delivered with damaged packaging. Seriously, I’m so embarrassed! This was a gift for my daughter and we were going to make a cup of coffee but when she opened up the plastic shipping bag, the coffee box itself was damaged. The scent of coffee was present in the box and clearly you can see the dirty filter. It has drops of coffee still on the rim. I knew I should have gotten a Keurig instead. This is what happens when you purchase cheap, inexpensive items. Highly unlikely I’ll purchase another one. Maybe it’s a fluke that I received it, but I purchased it new, and even it it was refurbished, come on now you could at least clean the machine.

I was looking for a compact French press for my morning caffine kick, this does the trick wonderfully! It's easy to use, easy to clean and makes a great cup of coffee. I will say it seems a little pricey considering the size, it might be worth it if this lasts a long time (fingers crossed) but if you make coffee for two I'd recommend going a size up.

  • This is one of the best purchases I’ve made on coffeemakers.us.com. This French press looks very elegant, especially with the bambu pieces. It is, however, not very insulating which is expected from glass material. And the price was very reasonable for such an elegant French press. Update 2020: unfortunately the lid broke. Most likely due to constant exposure to heat. The product lasted 2 years so I’m not too upset, but it definitely isn’t a forever product.

I was hesitant to buy this because it didn’t have any reviews, but it was on sale for Black Friday so I thought I’d give it a go. I love the look of it and it brews a decent cup of coffee. It’s very easy to use, and I like that it has a bold brewing selection. The carafe is all glass which I love but I’ve been careful cleaning it as it seems it would break easier than a regular plastic handled carafe. I’ve been using it for 1 week and so far so good! ****Update 1/6/20: I’ve had this maker for a little over a year, and while it still makes an excellent cup of coffee, the lettering has begun to wear off of the buttons. Please fix this issue Cuisinart!!!***

Small and compact. Doesn't take up a lot of space. The 2 size shelf is great for big or small cups. I like the used pod area. Great item.

This is the worst coffee brewer ever made. Obviously, Mr. Coffee doesn't like their customers and the proof is this machine. The prankster who designed this thought it would be fun to put two holes in the back of the water container so the water would spill out the back onto your counter when you poured water into it if you put more even one drop more then it needs. The second prank is that the swing arm spout that the water comes out of is too short, so the water comes out along the side of the filter holder instead of the center. The result being the since the water only comes out on one side , during the first half of the brewing process, only the coffee on one side of the dispenser gets wet, while the coffee on the other side stays dry. Ultimately, due to the third prank, the coffee on the other side finally gets wet. That third prank is the hole at the bottom of the filter holder is too small, resulting in the holder filling up to the top. This results in water going in-between the filter and the filter holder, carrying floating coffee grounds with it which results in coffee grounds ending up in the pot and ultimately your cup. Lastly, the 'ON' is way too dim. It can barely be seen during the day. The fixes would be simple.1). Don't put holes in the back of the water container. 2). Make the water spout longer so the water sprays into the center of the coffee filter instead of on one side. 3). Make the exit hole bigger so the coffee filter doesn't get flooded and spill grounds into the pot, 4). Make the 'ON' light brighter.
