Works great. It’s identical to a 5-cup Krupa I’ve bought before. Nice solid build with auto stop when you remove the carafe. Includes a scoop & reusable filter. Didn’t take long to brew.

It does make good coffee. We use a #4 unbleached paper filter in addition to the gold colored screen so there isn’t any residue in the carafe. The digital display is very hard to read and the programming for auto on is way harder than it should be and isn’t intuitive. I also wish it beeped when finished brewing like our old coffee maker.

This review would have easily been a 5 star review except for one minor but very important detail. First of all, I’m going to say that this coffee maker makes a delicious cup of coffee, it’s easy enough to clean and it keeps the coffee hot. That being said, the thermal carafe will only keep hot coffee for about 45 minutes or so then it not as hot as I like it. Now for the reason it didn’t get 5 stars from me. The black handle that is attached to the carafe holds water underneath and, after washing and drying, it will eventually leave a small puddle on the countertop. When I contacted customer service about the problem, they advised that the casket of the handle attached to the carafe was NOT covered under the 5 year warranty because it’s considered a removable part. How they came to that conclusion is beyond me since it’s obviously not removable. The water which remains under the collar is susceptible to bacteria which I have no control over. MOCCAMASTER-GET THIS RIGHT. In my opinion it’s misleading when it comes to the 5 year warranty attached to it. Through no fault of mine, I have a defective item which by all indications and observations, should be covered under the warranty.

  • The French press worked fine for about a week before the bottom of the glass chipped, resulting in coffee leaking everywhere, despite careful use. It’s clear the product used cheap materials, and unless you want to risk drinking broken glass, I’d recommend spending a few extra bucks on a higher quality press.

  • So the 1st reason I'd pick this particular coffee pot is because I absolutely love the color. But it works super good. And I love the disposable coffee grain baskets you're not constantly happened to buy the filters.. And the most important thing of a coffee pie is the fact that it brews a perfect cup of coffee. Would definitely recommend this particular coffee pot to anyone that loves coffee as much as my family does

There are two types of basket paper coffee filters - 4-6 cup and 8-12 cup. This is a 5 cup coffee maker so initially I used the 4-6 cup. Unfortunately the water with grounds would seep over the top and they would get into the pot. I should mention that I fill the carafe to the very top so I get an actual 5 cups of coffee and although the grounds get into the pot no coffee spills onto the counter. I had some 8-12 cup filters so I compared their diameter to the 4-6 cup filters. I found they are only slightly larger: 8 inches for the 8-12 cup and 7 inches for the 4-6 cup. I put the larger filter in the 5 cup basket. Because it poked over the basket by a small amount it prevented getting grounds in the pot. Pictures illustrate what I mean. Seems like Mr Coffee could do something to make sure grounds don't get into the coffee when you use the right filter. But - hey - the bigger filters are cheaper.

Worked okay for 4 months, then died in the worse possible way, some kind of short circuit or faulty thermostat with an intense melted plastic smell,. (FIRE HAZARD) It looks fancy but really is one of the most basic coffee machines. No grind setting. no temperature setting. literally just ON/OFF, and amount to grind. And it thinks it is smarter than you, at some point wanted to mix one sort of pre-ground coffee with another sort of whole bean coffee, so had equivalent 6 cups worth of pre-ground coffee (6x7g) in the basket, set it to 2cups on the front, since that is how you set the amount of coffee coming from the grinder. For a total of 8cups worth of coffee, which is the amount of water I put in the back. and the machine decided to stop brewing after running 4-6 cups of water instead of the entire 8 cups. and there is nothing you can do. you would think you could then just set it on "no grind" and run the remaining two cups, but instead it just beeps none stop at you until you open the basket part, which is very hot then, but only way to stop the beeping besides unplugging it altogether. So mixing ground and whole bean is not very doable without workaround... THE BEST PART (ALMOST FIRE): one day (today as of this writing), was running just coffee from the grinder like normal, with 10 cups of water, it stopped after 2 cups, so I pressed the "no-grind" and started it again... nothing happened, then 5 minutes later, randomly started brewing again, finished it, and right after followed with a very intense smell of burning plastic and probably the non-stick surface material, stunk the entire appartement. if I had not unplugged it, I'm pretty sure IT WOULD HAVE CAUGHT ON FIRE. The bottom of the glass pot has dark marks from the intense heat the hot plate started releasing. (it looks like an unclean pot, but it is clean, this marking never happened before). I'm not touching it and returning it to get a different brand of coffee maker, CuisineArt usually has decent quality stuff. but a FIRE HAZARD machine is not what I want to use on a daily basis.

I want to love this coffee maker, but it is lacking. I got it to match the toaster they make (which I own and love) and to match my overall kitchen aesthetic. I love the size and overall appearance. I like the option to make a cup or a pot of coffee. However, I have missed a couple of my Keurig features. First, there is not a 6 oz option. I often brew a 6 oz cup, so this is the biggest let down. I also miss the ability to select the strong brew option. I can live without this, but not having the 6 oz option is just not good. I'm not sure I would buy this again if I had the choice.

  • I bought this for my husband for our anniversary. He hasn't had much time to use it. But I have used the heck out of it! It only makes small batches. But they are so evenly roasted. It makes lovely coffee. I even came up with a medium dark roast for him.

  • It is a bit stronger than I expected but that is easy to adjust ☺️ I like it !

I brought this as a wedding present and my friend absolutely love it!

  • I recently travelled to Guatemala and have tons of fresh green coffee. machine is beginne friendly and the coffee come out wonderfully. The dark roast was a little too dark but the medium roast was perfect!

  • This is not our first Keurig coffee maker but it does operate different than ones we've owned in the past. We unplug ours after use so every morning after we plug it in you must set the time and hit the Big K button, and select how you want to brew, select how many cups, and then hit the K button again. Make sure to empty coffee grinds before you use the K-Cup feature. We love that it's small doesn't take up much room on our RV countertop and we have the option of grind coffee in a metal carafe or K-Cups.

  • Perfect for my loose leaf tea! Easy to clean, goes into the microwave, and great for cold brew coffee or tea. Exactly serves my purpose and exceeds expectations.
