  • I just switched to making pour over coffee instead using a drip coffee maker. I really like the size of this pot . The only issue I have is that the coffee grounds end up clogging the dripper before I'm done pouring the water through. It might be the grind I'm using???? I did start putting cone filters (unbleached) in the dripper and it seems to help a little.

I accidentally discovered this little thing while looking for an inexpensive French press to take on vacation. I had no luck finding one of quality within my price range but this dripper came up after a bit of endless scrolling. Did a little research on what I was looking at and figured this would be a good, durable alternative. I did a test run on it, to make sure it was functional and wasn't gonna mess me out of coffee on my upcoming trip and let me just say... I have NOT used my regular coffee maker since. If you love coffee, you will LOVE this! The taste is better than any coffeeshop coffee. I highly recommend watching a YouTube video or two to see exactly how to use it though, and learn what a "bloom" is, it's the vital step in making this method of brewing work.

Ordered one of these in 2021. In Jan 2022, the glass carafe broke. Black & Decker replaced it under warranty. In Oct 2023, the replacement carafe broke in almost the exact same way, and this one put a deep cut in my thumb as I was washing it at the time. This product should be recalled.

  • I recently got my hands on the Coffee Maker, and so far, it's been pretty solid. Right out of the box, it has a clean and compact design, which is great if you're like me and don't have tons of counter space to spare. It’s super easy to use — just a few buttons, and you're good to go. No complicated setup or fancy touch screens, which I actually prefer because it means fewer things to break. The coffee comes out hot and tastes great, though it does take a bit longer to brew than some other models I've used. Not a deal-breaker, but worth mentioning if you're always in a rush. One thing that stands out is how quietly it operates. I've had coffee makers in the past that sound like a jet engine taking off, but this one is pretty quiet, which is a nice touch, especially for early mornings.

  • Lots of features with the little unit. As a K-Cup brewer this is a really neat machine that brews a HOT cup of coffee. It doesn’t have a cup size selection so only put enough water in for one cup. It does have an automatic shutoff when the water runs dry so only put in as much as you need. Think of it as a K-Cup brewer with a bonus drip brewer. It’s really nice that you have the option of using ground coffee in the interchangeable basket for loose grounds which can make up to two large cups of coffee. Also included is a storage container for grounds that doubles as a boost for smaller cups, or to store the unused grounds basket/K-Cup insert. The container doesn’t seal so other than temporarily on a counter I wouldn’t store grounds in it. It’s a great little machine for two or to take on a road trip.

This coffee machine is great. But not all the kuerig k cups are able to be used in coffee machine. The picture shows what one looks like before and the one that's melted is after.

Damage box, very unprofessional Packaging, Unhappy customer still sitting in box.dont like the coffee maker did not meet expectations very cheap plastic.

  • Do not purchase. I bought this item in February and it is now April. Coffee is not hot and lid does not close tightly. Connecting arm keeps disengaging. Coffee is weaker than normally brewed. Too late to return, but don’t try to be cheap. Spend the money and purchase a Kuerig.

I needed a coffee maker for camping. I chose this one due to the 500w heater because I'll be powering it with a Jackery 500. It brewed a perfect cup of coffee in just a few minutes. Output was 425 watts, and my battery life was at 96% afterwards. Based on other reviews, I was worried about the strength of the coffee. However, I had no issues. I used 1 cup of water and 1 Melitta pod (medium roast), and it came out nice and dark. This is great for our camping needs.

So, I don’t normally leave reviews but after spending two hours picking tiny slivers of glass up all over my kitchen I felt compelled to do so. I kinda had a feeling the handle lid had a lackluster seal to it and that was confirmed when I was pouring the cold brew tea I had made when the glass jar came off the lid and smashed on my counter top flooding liquid and shards of glass EVERYWHERE. I do not recommend. Go with a better known brand that had a proven track record with something like this.

Just used for the first time. When I went to drink coffee saw coffee grounds in my cup. I rinsed our the filter and there was a giant rip in it. Thumbs down on quality.

OXO BREW French Press with GroundsLifter- So perhaps it’s because I’m not a daily French press user but this press I found to be very impressive. I hadn’t used one for a long time. When I got this I was impressed at how simple it was to use and clean. I used a dark roast I like and wow this thing makes a great cup of coffee incredibly quick. Entirely full it’s about enough for two large cups of strong coffee. The longest wait is for the water to heat. I actually have been using my k-cup machine without a cup in it to quickly add hot water to this. It’s certainly the lazy way to do it but it works. Probably more impressive is the cleaning. This thing makes that part so easy. The press screen comes out easily and rinses clean just with the sink. The grounds catcher has a little handler and the grounds just scoop right out. I actually didn’t realize at first the glass pops out of the metal frame and can go in the dishwasher though I haven’t found any part of this needing to be put through the dishwasher. It rinses out so quickly that it’s just not necessary. Overall I really like this product. It’s managed to even pull me away from my go-to k-cup routine. It makes a significantly better cup of coffee in nearly the same amount of time. The price point is reasonable given the quality.
