Zero performa ce. I was glad to see a product that uses Kcups ut this one did not even mix the coffee. The coffee was extremely diluted. I would not buy this for this price!! Not worth it!

I have to say that I am very impressed with this machine. It makes one hell of a great cup of coffee. I love that I can use either whole beans are already ground and can switch between making a pot or just a cup. There are many settings here that you can change, including the ground, type water, temperature, brew strength cup, or pot size and there are several to choose from couple of things that I would like to change about this. I don’t like the way the filter basket swings out. I wish there was an easier way to access it. I also wish the bean hopper was larger. It doesn’t even hold a full pound bag of beans maybe a quarter of that if you were lucky the app for this is nice I was able to brew a cup without getting out of bed. Unfortunately, mine did not come with the charcoal filter or the holder for the filter. I tried to email Customer Service with the address that is located inside of the manual and it was shot back to me because it is an invalid address so I am not sure who I would contact if I had any issues with the machine.

Don't buy this product; it's poorly designed, unfortunately. I have purchased this brewer twice. The first time I found it broken in my fridge, I thought maybe I had banged it on something or mishandled it and didn't notice, so I blamed myself and bought a new one. This second time, I put it in an area where nothing would touch it, and I wouldn't place something next to it, so I was extra careful about it. The following day, I opened my fridge to grab it and immediately noticed the crack on the brewer in the same area where my last one cracked. Looking further into the reviews, you will see that this is a common issue, unfortunately. I suggest anyone looking for a cold brewer look elsewhere.

Love this coffee maker!! We drink a lot of hot and iced beverages in our house, we love the convenience of 1-serve coffees, but also like the ability to make a full pot of coffee, hot water for tea... this machine is so easy to use, flexible for drink options, and takes up less space than any other coffee maker I have had. Absolutely love it!!

So I like having the Instapot and use it daily. Both the Keurig and the Nespresso make make great cups of coffee and teas. However, it began leaking within a month of use. A little at first but now I have to keep a cloth under it or it will leak all down my countertop. Will contact the maker and see what they say.

This product is way to small to be practical.

Very easy to clean and use. Came well packaged and protected. Coffee was done in less than five minutes.

I’ve had this coffee maker for about a week now and so far only hot coffee and hot cocoa has been made with it so I can’t comment on how the cold coffee would work. It heats up fast and is very easy to use. Once you plug it in you hit either hot brew or cold coffee and it’s ready in about a minute or less. It’s very quiet as well. It comes with an instruction manual and a small book with a recipes to make different types of coffees. I like the convenience of it however it is extremely messy! I clean it and wipe it down after every single use because the liquid splashes everywhere while it’s pouring out and the k cup itself just drips inside the holder. The base of the coffee maker that the coffee mug sits on is very low and cannot be raised up. Because of the mess that it makes I rarely use it especially if I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to immediately wipe it down. If it wasn’t for that I would have given it 4 stars. It also took a very long time for it to ship out. I think the quality correlates with the price so if you are expecting a higher quality product this isn’t it.

Loved it until it stopped filtering after 4weeks, 2 days later, glass carafe broke

This coffee pot stated to keeps the coffee warm for 2 hours. It does not! After drinking the first cup we have to warm the rest of the pot on the stove!

We have only had this item for 2 days and already the surface lamination is coming off

Can’t pour with a full Pot unless you’re over the sink. I’m going to have to buy a separate and different pot because the little dongle stick thing causes it to dribble almost every day
