  • This coffee maker does the job. Others are complaining that the metal cup it comes with is too hot to touch and drips. They are being very dramatic. The cup is not hot. It is warm to touch. It doesn't even get as hot as a ceramic coffee mug gets when filled with hot coffee. I used it for milk, no leaking. My only complaint with this coffee maker is this little bit of Dripping that happens after the brewing is done. When the coffee is done, you are instructed to turn the power button off and give it a minute or so to finish dripping. I have left my coffee cup there for more than the minute or so.. but it still leaves a small puddle. I just wipe it away with a damp rag. It's not a huge deal. It doesn't splatter all over your countertop or anything crazy. I personally, don't use the metal cup that it comes with because it is not the amount of ounces that I prefer. I use a 16 oz Wawa cup. It fits perfectly. If you have anything bigger than that, it will not fit. Unless the cop you have is short and wide. I have owned this coffee maker a month or so. I make 2 to 4 cups of coffee a day. It has not broken or acted like it was going to break. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the delay with the dripping. All and all, I like it. I included pics to show u what I am explaining.

Excellent flavor & function, only need to use w/ two regular #4 filters. Also no concerns, taste or contaminants from internal tubing, aluminum, plastic, metal that the other coffee makers have.

We bought primarily to have something that looked nicer on our countertop than our 10+ year old Hamilton Beach 2-in-1 behemoth. 5/5 on that score. It fits in nicely with our other appliances. I'm not really a coffee snob, but the brew is substantially stronger and more flavorful than our old one (but again, it was a 10+ year old Hamilton Beach). The only real negative is the coffee grounds overflow the filter in the brew basket. It's pretty minor when brewing <6 cups. At 8-10 cups, the basket's pretty messy, but it stays contained in the basket (no issues with overflowing grounds). I haven't noticed too many grounds in the brewed coffee, either. The total capacity is only 10 cups, so it was never going to be a volume brewer anyway.

Incredibly hot brewed coffee. Love the larger size for entertaining or serving a group. Very good unit. To make the coffee last longer in the Thermal Carafe, make sure to preheat with hot water for a few minutes at least.

  • Both the glass carafe and the stainless steel filter are excellent quality. The carafe has a solid glass handle, and is really beautiful to look at, and comfortable to hold. The top of the carafe is perfectly flat, so both the stainless steel lid, and the pour over funnel filter fit perfectly and are very stable. The carafe holds 28 ounces of coffee, and is compact enough to fit on any cabinet shelf. The stainless steel lid has 3 mini springs to grip the carafe, and it sits perfectly flush and does not wobble, because the glass is formed so precisely. See photos attached to this review. The stainless steel filter has TWO layers, one laser cut layer with larger holes on the outside, and a micro mesh filter on the inside. My coffee mug didn't have a single coffee grind or speck of coffee residue after making a brew. It's a very effective stainless steel filter. Filter cleanup was also easy, I just tapped it to remove the old coffee, then rinsed it with hot water in the sink. There's no junk left in the filter at all. Easy peasy. I do wish the metal bottom part of the filter which sits on the carafe was thicker metal, but this is not a big deal. Overall, this is a BEAUTIFUL pour over set and is excellent quality. I'm very happy with both the glass carafe, and the filter.

  • I bought this to make iced tea, and it works great. The filter is awesome, so you just drop in the tea bags and let it seep. Perfect size to be in my fridge, I have only had it 3 days and gonna use it a lot! Can't wait to make some fruit infused water

I love this product it’s so easy to use, however it did not come with an o-ring!

  • We already had a nespresso machine from the original line and we wanted to buy a vertuo as well since my husband uses a lot of pods to make a cappuccino for his work. I originally bought another nespresso and i return it since it didnt serve the purpose. Pros: -makes delicious coffee and creamy espresso -Cute design -Doesnt take too much counter space -easy to use -easy to clean -makes a lot of coffee since you have various sizes of coffee pods -doesnt make noise - makes hot coffee -big capacity of water tank Cons: Literally i have no cons to say. Overall, totally recommend this coffee machine if you love coffee as much as we do. (We have two side by side and use them both. So you can imagine how much we love coffee) we saved soooo much money with both two machines since we started making our coffee at home !

Great taste, makes a wonderful expresso without the unit price and waste of capsules

Can't speak for the espresso itself but not off to a great start when one of the buttons is supposed to show a single cup picture to represent the single cup option. Also whichever one is the left side is upside down. A little annoying because it is way past returning by the time I opened it from my bridal shower. If gevi wants to mail me new stickers I won't be upset 🤷🏼‍♀️

  • Things I like: it makes two good-sized cups of coffee, so it was the perfect size for me. Even with the very fine holes in the reusable filter, there was residue at the bottom of my cup and the bottom of the carafe. That is to be expected of a reusable filter. What I didn’t expect nor care for was the SLOW filtration. You can see in the picture, there are very few openings in the bottom of this filter, causing it to be very slow. The filter is easy to clean. You will need a special brunch to clean the inside of the bulbous bottom. I do like that the cork grip can easily be removed to wash the outside. Over all…it works, but not when you’re in a rush.

  • Would've given it 5 stars but was a little bit surpised with the color it's more like a gray than a white sadly. Other than that, it's fabulous and coffee taste great!

The label is misprinted. There’s not 12 cups in 51oz. Not sure how that figure was reached. It only holds ~6.37 cups. Attached are the label and conversion table. Happy shopping!

  • Good quality, and I like using it to make cold brew. The bottom part comes with a silicone ring that prevents slipping and makes it very stable.

Broken in many pieces and no response to my emails from anyone . It's not worth the 13 bucks to return it. The shipping and product box were fine but the item was not .
