I had the same product before. It was decent. It eventually warped and I decided to replace it. This one warped the water tank after just a few uses. Very disappointed. Wonder if it's even safe for my health. Tried to get a refund, but the refund period is 1 months and this is 2-month old product, and there is no warranty on the product!! Next time, will buy a product with a decent warranty, lesson learned.

I have had this for about two months now, and I really enjoy my cold brew I'm making with it. However, since nearly the beginning I've had the recurring leaking problem that has been very frustrating. And judging by what I've read on here and other places, it is very common. Apparently it can happen if the gasket is too tight, or not tight enough. For some it never leaks, and then for many others like myself it leaks after a very short period of time. My first two brews had no issues. Since then, nearly every single brew has had some leaking - ranging from barely a couple drops, to a bit more of a constant slow drip. I feel like I've tried all the tips I've read online to try and stop it, and nothing has worked for me personally. I really do enjoy my coffee though. The brewer is easy to clean when it's done. I wish the carafe had a handle - I always get slightly nervous taking it out of the fridge. And again, the leaking is a constant source of frustration for me. I really expected better for it's price.

It’s my fault that I didn’t read the cup size. I was expecting a larger coffee maker. I filled it with coffee, then pored it into my regular pot. You can see the difference.

I love this coffee maker I’ve had it for a month now. It has 3 different brewing options. It’s simple and cute. It’s not loud. It recommend if you don’t drink more than 2 full cups of coffee since it’s small. It’s perfect for me

I bought this machine three years ago to the month (yes I'm coming back to write a review three years later - hey, I've got lots of experience now) and I can say I still love this machine just as much as I loved it the first day I bought it. I've pretty much stopped going to Starbucks altogether, and believe me I went A LOT. The pods can be a bit pricey if you are used to brewing a typical pot of coffee at home, but if you used to spend money on latte's and iced mocha's etc., it's actually cheaper in comparison. I love the fact that I can make a cup of regular non-flavored coffee for my first cup and then for my second, I can brew a cup of chocolate or hazelnut for something different and I don't have to add any sugary crap to get some flavor. And can I say, I never knew I needed crema on the top of my coffee before, but apparently I did, because it's a nice touch to each sip. The double espresso pods have come in handy when I wake up early for a morning workout and don't want a big cup of coffee sloshing around in my stomach or the other end of the spectrum when I make an espresso martini. It hasn't all been glorious though..... for some reason for about a year, yes a YEAR, my descale light wouldn't shut off. No matter what I tried it stayed on, and yes, I descaled the machine etc., but for some reason the descale light gods showed up about 2 months ago and turned it off. It never effected the machine's capability to brew, but it did bug me to see that orange ring for whatever reason. The other bad thing, and it was a doozy each time: the shelf came off while the coffee was brewing. The first time it happened was with my Starbucks city mug I had got in Ireland (let's just say I was very sad and have learned to stop using mugs that mean something to me) and then just 3 days ago it happened again with another mug. This time, coffee went EVERY WEHRE. So take it from me, either keep an eagle eye on the cup or just really, really, really check that shelf and make sure it's on there securely. Other than those two things, it has been an amazing purchase that I have not regretted at all and always highly recommend to all of my friends and well, even strangers if I happen to hear them asking about coffee machines ;)

Excellent product.... smooth velvet-like cold brew. Full bodied taste minus the bitterness of a hot brew. One more reason to brew at home! No leaks. Easy to use. Easy to clean.

This coffee maker is a good one. It brings functionality to the kitchen you can make coffee with the grounds or with coffee cups. It comes with all the instructions and is really easy to use. It takes less than 10 minutes to set up. The size of the coffee maker is good and won't need too much space. With this one, you have the option from 6 oz up to 14 oz. The best thing is that the coffee is delicious and has a great smell. This coffee maker can be used for home or office.

I bought this for business travel and was very impressed with how well it made coffee. Easily fits into my carry on with my gourmet coffee and a plastic mug. No more sketchy in-room coffee makers, poor industrial grade coffee or $15 room service for those upscale resorts who offer no coffee makers. For 12 bucks this is a no-brainer.

Beautifully engineered. It does take some experimenting to discover the specific flavor you desire. This design is much easier to live with compared to my 15 year old grind and brew.

I love the Fellow pour over system - a great cup of coffee every time! However, the glass carafe is fragile. I am a very careful person and have handled the carafe gently during the two months I've been using it. This morning I was drinking my coffee and noticed some glass fragments on the table. As you can see in the photo, the outer layer of glass on the bottom came apart. I'm ordering a different brand of glass carafe that is hopefully more durable.

Perfect for my application. Makes good coffee. I like the fact that it is short enough to leave under the upper cabinet and fill with water. I read the other complaints and disagree with them. No splashing if you fill slowly. Easy to clean with one pot of diluted vinegar water.

Used 4 times and the finish is wearing off. Not worth the price.
