  • The valve on the brew basket breaks. Neither this part nor the brew basket have replacement parts available. This happened one week into using the first machine we got. Fortunately, it was within the window to replace it on coffeemakers.us.com. However, the second one we received did the exact same thing just four months into using the machine. See attached photo. Bad design. Bad construction. I would have given this one star, but I know a lot of people don't read one star reviews, so I wanted to get this important design flaw info to as many consumers as possible.

✍️ I ordered this coffee maker for my small basement kitchen. I really like it's slim form factor. That really helps save space. The instructions are well written and the device is easy to use. It comes with two kinds of pods. One for k-cups. The other is for regular coffee grounds. The k-cups were the way to go. They gave me no problems. The cup for coffee grounds was a little too messy for me. The only other problem is the height of the tumblers I use. This coffee maker has a 6" maximum coffee cup height. Anything taller won't fit. It functions as well as other k-cup coffee makers. I would recommend it to others looking to save counter space in their kitchen. 🔺Pros : -Easy to Use -Saves Space 🔻Cons : -Cup for Coffee Grinds was Messy -Max Height Tumbler 6" 🏗️Design: 9/10 💪Durability: 9/10 🤖Functionality: 10/10 💰Value: 9/10 Star Rating : 5⭐ - Product Exceeds Expectations 4⭐ - Product Meets Expectations 3⭐ - Product Meets Expectations with Minor Flaws 2⭐ - Product Meets Expectations with Major Flaws 1⭐ - Product Does Not Meet Expectations 🙏🏻Thank you for reading my review❗

I purchased this in March 2021 and have used it daily. It developed a crack about a month after it's use. It was leaking alittle but I continued to use. Today I was making coffee and it exploded all over the place. Therefore I have given it a low rating.

I really like this tea maker because it replaced my teakettle also. You can make hot tea and cold tea. This is a superior tea maker to other ones you'll see here because it has a knob to make the tea stronger. What the knob does is reduces the stream to a drip so the water steeps longer. I like really strong tea so I find putting a bunch of ice cubes and letting it drip over them like the instructions suggest too watered down. Here is my recipe for sweet lemon tea. I put half a cup of sugar into the picture and let it drip down hot. Then I add the juice of 2 small fresh lemons. I enjoy this tea hot and cold so when it's done I enjoy some hot or use ice in my glass instead of watering down the whole pitcher. Putting this tea in the fridge makes the tea stronger also.

Came in broken but I never shipped it back after making a label. For that I will give it two stars. Packaging looked fine so I’m not sure how it got cracked.

  • I've had this coffee maker for seven months. It makes warm coffee, but not hot. The coffee doesn't come out steaming hot as it should at 185°, the standard coffee serving temp. It's closer to 150° and if you add any cold dairy creamer, it cools it further down. I managed to nick the pour spout yesterday when washing in the sink. I figured my fault, oh well, it'll still work. Made coffee today, not problems until I began washing the inside with a soapy sponge and 'clink', a large piece of glass broke off the rim. Maybe nicking the spout started the problem. Either way, as I read through many reviews and questions, there is no seller available replacement carafe. I looked up the potential Krups XB11250 as a replacement. One reviewer said it works mostly but the price is $33.49 and a new Bella, same model is $39. Time to switch brands I think. I was never really happy with this but it did have the option of setting a 'wake' time so the coffee was ready when I woke up. Many other machines have this option. Would not buy this again. and I managed to nick the pour sp

The product is very good quality. My mom was eager for one, so I bought it as a gift. You can make between 3 and 6 pots of coffee. The best thing is that it comes with a measuring cup so you can determine how much you'll make. I really liked it.

  • I purchased this because It says that it makes a full cup coffee. But it doesn’t so do I recommend this particular coffee maker no, don’t waste your time or your money

  • I have owned this for quite awhile but only used it a handful of times except this past August I began using it daily. I could tell the filter was starting to deteriorate about a few months later but today while hand washing the filter the top popped off on its own. So disappointed because otherwise I love this pour over coffee maker.

This little brewer is cute as a button. But there are multiple disadvantages in actual use. The instructions call for a LOT of grounds. The "rainmaker" lid is a gimmick. I found you still need to stir the grounds to get them well saturated with water. The filter mechanism is tedious to clean. You cannot take the spring loaded filter section completely apart. The carafe lid is made of cork. I'm concerned that over time it will deteriorate. The rainmaker lid did not sit flush on the unit when stacked (tried multiple ways to arrange the lids). Not sure which component is out of spec. The cold brew did taste good. And given the amount of coffee grounds/water ratio, it was very concentrated. The Takeya cold brew maker is a much easier unit to use.

  • I travel a lot for work and I can't always rely on the coffee provided by the hotel. This travel French press has just upped my travel game. It is 12 oz, the perfect size cup. It's double walled so your beverage stays hot, and the press keeps the grounds in the bottom of the mug. The lid has a lock on it so it won't pop open, and it is leak proof. The first photo shows what the inside of the lid looked like after I shook it upside down. You can see the rubber plug on the lid that keeps the drinking hole sealed. I've seen these before, but at a much higher price point. With this, it'll pay for itself in one trip. Perfect gift for the coffee snob in your life.

I ordered a Moocamaster on December 2. coffeemakers.us.com had a great price. Thanks coffeemakers.us.com. I received the machine on Friday. The picture shows the condition. It was packed okay. The fault is that the screws were overtighted. I contacted moccamaster. No response. I contacted coffeemakers.us.com and they immediately took steps to help resolve the issue. When moccamaster did reply (days later) I was told that if I purchased it new-return it. If not they will sell me the part. The problem was construction of the “world’s best coffee maker “. I’m old, disabled and to package back up and drive something across town isn’t easy. The emails I received showed no concern for the experience I was having with an expensive product. Every cup of coffee has a twinge of bitterness now. But I want to be clear, coffeemakers.us.com was quick and accommodating, which I appreciate.

  • I spent $7 a day on my lattes and iced oat milk espressos. I invested in my Nespresso several months ago am am in LOVE. I can make my expensive coffee house drinks at home for a fraction of the price. I love that the pods are recyclable and that those bags to return them are free. Being able to buy coffee or espresso that is ethically sourced means a lot to me as well. I highly recommend

  • Cute and tiny but brews good coffee. I would highly recommend this product!!
