I ordered this to temporarily replace our Keurig b31 that had just quit working. This coffee maker is much smaller than I thought it was compared to the Keurig. It takes just under 1.25 cups of water, anything more is overflow. The machine is quiet and brews a nice hot cup of coffee in about 3 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this item, but be sure to hold onto it as it is lightweight and will move while removing pods.

Third time it has started by itself just finished making a coffee and it started running again all over the place. It has happened twice before definitely would not buy it again.

I had a tough time getting the machine started because there was a rubber stopper on the water tank that I forgot to remove! But after I removed it, it has been smooth sailing. I bought an espresso machine before this and it was terrible, and compared to this espresso machine not even an espresso machine. The espresso that it makes is strong, a little bit foamy, and it is so easy to make. I couldn’t have asked for better. Now I can stop spending $5 a day on a caramel latte.

So first, this coffee pot makes an amazing cup of coffee! It makes our crap costco coffee taste like it's passed through the intestines of a small cat. If that is all you care about in your coffee and will do anything to get it, read no farther, the Moccamaster is for you! 5 stars all the way. So why do I give it 1 star, and really none if I could? They put a lot of effort into the science of brewing a perfect cup, but very little effort into executing their designs: The handle to the coffee pot, which is incredibly flimsy, is way too close to the pot itself. I have larger hands and get burnt EVERY TIME I grab the handle, there's only about an inch between the handle and pot. It's starting to get really old. I'm confident that the very first time they tested brewing a cup of coffee someone burnt their knuckles and no one seemed to care. It's either that or they have child labor serving them their coffee. Bonus is I no longer have to wax my knuckles. The filter part CONSTANTLY overflows. We've learned you can't make more than 6 cups at a time. Anymore than that and it can't filter through fast enough to stay ahead of the drip and thus overflows the filter. Pretty much every pot we make ends up with grounds in the pot. See the attached pictures, you can see it is set to fully open, but it overflowed the filter and grounds went down into the pot, this happens every time we brew more than 6 cups. So we do 6 cups, then when the water completely filters through, we add 4 more cups of water, this is the only way to do more than 6 cups. These two things happen every day and are such an annoyance we're actually retiring the Moccamaster in favor of our previous $39 Mr. Coffee.

Coffee marker works like a charm. Does what it expected to do. Brews hot coffee. However, the water reservoir measurement is not correct. When I fill up to the12 cup line on the coffee pot and empty it into the coffee maker reservoir, it always fills up to the 10 cup line. If I fill up the coffee maker reservoir to the 12 cup line, the coffee pot will brew way past the 12 cup line in the coffee pot to just under the rim of the coffee pot. This makes it possible to potentially overflowing.

9-13-22 A week ago, I contacted B and D to complain about this sorry coffee maker. The response was good enough (read on) but I had to send of the model and the cord plug which has the serial number. Fair enough. I sent the video and pictures that I posted below. They will replace the unit B....U....T only if I send them the clipped cord or PDF of the picture. I cut it and sent the pictures in. The response is that they will escalate up the chain to get an approval and send a new one but it will take 7-14 days for my replacement to arrive. 7-14 days without a coffee maker!! Coffee maker is an everyday use appliance so I had to buy an interim coffee maker to get me by until it arrives. I had other makers send me the coffee maker before I send them the proof of destruction. At this way, I can make coffee until replacement arrives and if needed send the proof of destruction. Needless to say, I am not happy with Black and Decker. 9-12-22 Added some pictures of dripping and how it pours out of spout compared to the marketing photo. Someone really did a great job doctoring that photo. Actual is much worse. This was like this from day one. When in doubt return it!! Original Review First time I used it it leaked but manageable, still annoying. The thing bothered me the most was that the when I poured coffee into my mug it was spilling over the side of the spout and making a mess on the counter. I absolutely could not fill my thermos without make a serious mess on the countertop. Thermos mouth are smaller than a mug but still much wider than the carafe spout. Also in order to get the last cup of coffee left in the carafe, I had to hold the carafe almost upside down because there is a big internal step inside. I put up with it saying if I send it back the company will just toss it. After a while we had to have a towel under the cup or pour over the sink. Just when I decided I had enough of this nonsense, I was going to return it, coffeemakers.us.com said it was 1 day past the return date. Ok so I put up with it and coffee leaking got worse. For last few weeks, the coffee must be leaking from the plastic rim to Stainless Steel body joint area because now there is a serious drip 6 inches from the mug because the coffee travels down the carafe to the bottom. ** I WILL NOW FOLLOW A STRICT RULE - IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY AS SOON AS YOU GET IT, SEND IT BACK ASAP! DO NOT PROCRASTINATE AND END UP THROWING IT AWAY. **

I love my new overnight cold brew maker. At first it takes some time to navigate it on how to take the parts apart to clean/ use Also, when I first out my grounds inside, it didn’t look like it was seeping into the water So, I was worried it was not working. But, it worked just fine I just needed to shake the canister around a little to get it going. I love it!! Coffee is great!! Would recommend.

Absolutely LOVE IT!! Makes coffee fast and easy clean up I absolutely love this brand I think it makes much better coffee too!!

I love this coffee maker. I previously had two DCC1200's. This is by far the best one I've owned. I love the color. I have a copper backsplash and the coffee maker looks great with it.

I love this!!! This is my first one I got and I’ve been wanting one for a while now! I’m so happy with the purchase at first I was confused on how it operates but good thing it comes with a scan codes but after it smelled so good and it was the best! Very happy it makes some noise in the beginning but after it starts making the coffee it’s quiet,

I bought this to make iced tea, and it works great. The filter is awesome, so you just drop in the tea bags and let it seep. Perfect size to be in my fridge, I have only had it 3 days and gonna use it a lot! Can't wait to make some fruit infused water

We were trying to find a solution because in the last couple of years we broke several glass coffee pots, just from them being too close to the edge or accidentally being brushed against or something like that and they fell to the ground and shattered on the tile floor in the kitchen. So, looking through all the different options on coffeemakers.us.com we saw this stainless steel coffee pot, and so decided to try it. For that need, it's been working well. As far as making coffee, it's what you'd expect. It makes a decent cup of coffee nothing spectacular (not like an AeroPress) but nothing bad either (like hotel coffee). It's been very reliable as well so no issues there. The only problems comes from the carafe, which is *impossible* to pour from without it dribbling all over the place. I am not sure why, but my wife and I have tried every single thing you can think of to pour coffee from it without it dribbling all over the counter, without success. In the photo you can see a couple of the drips that happen every time we use it, which necessitates cleaning up and wiping the counter all the time. If it weren't for this it would be a great coffee maker, but because of this dribbling issue it gets two stars taken off.

I purchased this roaster a little over two weeks ago and have since roasted a fresh batch of coffee for my wife and I each day. It’s the perfect size for us and produces enough for us to have two cups each. It has a medium and dark setting both which run for 20 minutes each. Then there is a cool down setting that runs for 4 minutes. You can set your watch by it. I have attached pictures of the flat medium and glossy dark roasts. It really is like clockwork and super consistent. I was happy with that performance and consistency. It allowed me to try different beans and detect the differences since the machine would roast so consistently. Now the problem. On day one I noticed a plastic smell which continued through day three roast. It pretty much went away until yesterday when the lid cracked I suppose from the exposure to heat. The roaster is a great idea but as the item is largely made of plastic it simply can’t stand up to even one roast a day for two weeks. I can’t give this item more than 2 Stars as a result and am regrettably returning it. See attached photo of the lid. I really wanted it to keep working. It makes very consistent coffee for two people. **updated** After leaving this review and starting the return process the company must have seen my review and offered to replace the lid. They shipped the item and it arrived several days later. So far it is holding up. It really is an enjoyable roaster. I feel that they have done a good job taking care of me and really is a perfect size for me as noted above. I am adjusting the review to 4 stars. I am now two months into using this roaster every day.
