Only had a few months and it broke. Was nice while it lasted.

This coffee maker looked good, and worked OK for 2 years, then stopped working with an "E01" error displayed. Unplugging the unit for 24 hours, as suggested by various forums, did not help. Also, apparently because the unit drips a little when the carafe is removed, it eventually rusted through the warming plate surface!

I have this coffee maker in my bedroom and wake up to a nice cup of coffee in the morning or tea at night! It’s so compact and sleek. I can get 3 - 4, 12 ozs cups before I have to fill the reservoir. I usually just top it off every morning or evening.

If you’ve wanted to make cold brew at home but were skeptical, BUY THIS! I have tried almost every way to make coffee, but was too scared to make cold brew. This product makes it almost too easy. I used 1 1/2 cups of coarse ground coffee, filled it with cold water, and let it brew overnight on the counter. I was prepared for the first batch to at most be just okay, but it was incredible. Super easy to use and to clean.

Ok so im a avid coffee drinker and was skeptical at first. But this pour over coffee maker has made coffee on the go great! The glass and filter are easy to clean. Best of all, for the price and the simplicity of this coffe maker, i get to enjoy my favorite coffee in no time. Thinking about buying one or two more for white elephant.

I received my Keurig as an early Christmas gift after my old one died. All I can say is I LOVE it. It gets quite a workout as I use it a LOT!!! It is an upgrade from my old one. I really like the touch screen, I haven't yet figured out how to set it to brew automatically but I am working on it. I like that with this one I can still use the generic k-cups as well as the Keurig brand ones and can also still make cocoa or tea if that is what I am wanting. I have seen on some of the others you can not do that or have to hack a way in order to do so. I was originally looking for a blue one but I really like the vintage red and I am glad that is the color I got. Another thing I like is this came with a little device to aid in cleaning the needle, something that was not with my first Keurig. This will absolutely be the most used appliance in my kitchen!!!

The carafe arrived broken. Based on other reviews, this looks like a fairly common problem. The external packaging is fine, so I chalk this up to a problem with how the manufacturer protects the glass for shipping. I feel a little burned, as it's barely worth the hassle of returning on a $10 item.

Ordered this cold brew maker and the mesh portion of the insert was ripped so I had to return it. Ordered a second one and the rubber liner was partially adhered to the glass and ripped in half. Returned again and will not be purchasing a new one. Would NOT recommend this product.

I see alot of Negative comments about the Keurig 2.0 I received mine 3 days ago Keurig K575 and i love it so far great product, of course you will run into some problems sometimes no product is perfect i recomend you to buy The K575 its a great product!

Simple, Fast, Easy to use.... In 24 hours either by chilled or room temerture, you have sweet, non acidic cold brew coffee ready to enjoy! Price was right, and it works very well too!

I don't like my boiling hot coffee water running through plastic parts. I've been using a French press for years but gave this a try when a friend recommended it. The coffee quality is similar to the French press, and the cleanup time is a fraction of a French press. I highly recommend this with the same brand glass tea/coffee water kettle.

This is exactly what I needed. My old coffee maker was just too large for my small counter space and I was really tired of instant coffee! This not only is the perfect size, it brews rather quickly, there is plenty of room to fill the water tank, and the filter does its job of keeping the grounds in. NOTE: the first pot I made the full 5 cups and put in 3 coffee scoops of coffee. I like my coffee bold but this was too strong. The second pot I brewed with 2 scoops and it was perfect! FOLLOW UP: 2 scoops were Perfect and made a fantastic pot of fresh coffee!

I was waiting for that coffee maker once I ordered it. I track the package everyday to show my wife how this brand is amazing, high quality, and easy to use. Got it today. opened it up. Filled it up with water in order to start our noon with a homemade coffee, which is considered that this is the first time we own a coffee maker in our home since we got married. Unfortunately, the water stuck inside and the alarm start ringing. I opened up the reservoir cover to see what happens. I noticed that the water doesn't get in and blocked in there. Finally, we discovered that the coffee maker's carafe has no lid!! I'm not disappointed with the coffee maker because I've tried the brand in several products and I knew how its quality looks like and how it's working. I'm disappointed with the seller and the wasted time. However, I wish if anyone wants to sell a product to give worry about the customer just like how he worries about his money.

I have tried numerous grind sizes and filters, but still end up with a long draw down time. It seems to pull the filter down very far and makes the coffee very compact. My pours regularly stall and take on average 7 minutes. The appearance is very appealing and it is made of good materials. I tried giving this some time with many trials and errors to figure out a solution, but I could not find one to get my brew time between 2:30 and 5 minutes. Finally, the filters that came with the product are far too small.
