Muy linda la cafetera
We’ve had the Classic and Elite Keurig. This one is the best we’ve had so far in my opinion. Here’s some thoughts that may help if you’re trying to decide between Keurig models that I wondered about because it can be overwhelming trying to read each models options. I honestly don’t think we need the WiFi option on it, but if your a person that likes to start your coffee from your phone or tablet while you’re siting on the couch or in bed then this would be a neat option for you. You can do different settings in the App as well. If that doesn’t matter to you then I’d think about choosing the K supreme plus (without the ‘smart’ option) that has all the same options ( I believe) without the WiFi and costs less. The options on this model are more than we’ve had on previous Keurigs: 1. You can save personal favorite settings and just press that one button each time instead of choosing the strength and temp each time. I believe there’s 3 favorite settings you can save for 3 people or 3 options . 2. More options for the temperature (see the video) I put the thermometer under it while it was running at the hottest setting. ( see pictures) The hottest it got up to was 182 while dripping, the cup of coffee right when it stopped filling up was about 173 degrees . For us that’s pretty hot and does get hotter than the Eilite we had previously. 3. More options for the strength (see the video) 4. 5 prongs vs 1 puncture the pod to get more flavor out of your coffee which I did notice. 5. WiFi settings if that’s something you’d like to have are pretty neat. You don’t have to be connected to WIFi though to use the Keurig it’s just an extra option. 6. A lot Quieter than the other Keurigs we’ve used . 7. It tells you if a used pod is in the machine so you remember to take it out and not reuse it. 8. It takes a picture of the coffee pod you put in and sets the machines settings to where it feels you’d get the best cup of coffee from that brand or type of pod you put in and you just hit start. ( Or you can bypass it and choose what you want) 9. The handle on the water side is awesome, much easier to take off and on to fill up. It hold just a little more water than the elite but looks smaller. 10. It is a slimmer shape and doesn’t take up a ton of room. It’s kind of an L shape , you can’t move the water to the back like on another Keurig model but the way it sits is great for us & still takes up less room than previous models. 11. This may seem little but it has a spring to the top which makes it nicer and easier to open than previous keurigs. The time it takes to fill your cup is a little longer the stronger you go but that’s a good thing in my opinion it just means it’s letting the water soak into your pod to get more flavor from your coffee. People mentioned it splatters out of their cup when it’s filling their cup up so I was worried about that. I did notice a few little splashes with some dots of coffee on the counter which isn’t fabulous but it’s really not much at all to wipe it down each time. It’s really very very little. This Keurig model we feel is the best one we’ve gotten due to the extra options , doesn’t take up as much counter space and looks very pretty in my opinion…it’s not plasticky looking like the previous ones , the top part is a pretty shiny black metal and feels heavy. We bought this on sale when coffeemakers.us.com was having their prime day deals and very happy we did. I still think it’s worth the normal price even not being on sale.
I'm very satisfied with the product. I ordered filters not realizing this came where they reusable filter, which is really handy!
My kitchen color pallet is red, so I only looked for a red coffee pot. This does seem a bit flimsy and light. But after using it, it's just fine. In fact, it makes my coffee hotter & faster than my old 5-cup Kenmore machine, in just under 5 minutes. I am used to having to turn off the burner after brewing. The only problem is that the light is not on the front, but on the side, as is the water measurement panel. I think some people put it sideways. I just use the coffee pot to measure the right amount of water & don't need to look at the panel. This machine is fairly long in depth, but narrow. I like that it allows me to put something next to it. I give it a "five" because it's a great little machine for the price, and is in my color.
This has to be the best bargain coffeepot I have ever purchased. Is easy to take anywhere. I submitted the photo with the sponge so you could reference the size. I ran it 4 times with just water there was a slight plastic smell at first.
Unfortunately, I need to return this item. It works whenever it feels like it so very disappointed with it.
I wanted something to save some money from buying lattes and cappuccinos but didn’t want the hassle of an actual barista machine. This is a good middle ground to suit those needs. The machine comes with various tray sizes to accommodate everything from K cups to Nespresso pods. It’s very versatile and easy to use. You can even put in your own grounds if you want. I fired it up with a Nespresso pod and also used an electric frother for the milk. Within 5 minutes I had an at home cappuccino that rivals coffee shop flavor. The instructions were super user friendly and the machine worked flawlessly. I can’t wait to experiment with flavors like caramel macchiato. This will pay for itself in a couple of months.
Esta cafetera hace un delicioso café Una calidad espectacular
I purchased this cold brew maker as I wanted a faster way to may fresh cold brew coffee. I usually make my cold brew over 24 hours in a French Press, and wanted to see how it compared in quality. While it may not be as perfect as a cold brew steeped for 24 hours, it is a great alternative for some quick cold brew that is of great taste and quality. The coffee maker itself is pretty easy to use. You fill the carafe with water, and the basket with ground coffee. After you start it, it pulls the water up to be brewed before returning the coffee back to the carafe. It’s also a pretty easy cleanup with soap and water afterwards. I make a lot of cold brew, so when I received this, I was using it at least 3 times a week. After using it for a month or so, it started to sometimes not return the brewed coffee to the carafe. Any coffee returned would be weak and not taste great. I’m currently in contact with customer service and they are attempting to help me troubleshoot the issue. Though when it does mess up, it’s a shame to waste so much coffee. Overall this makes a great cold brew very quickly. Now when I really crave some cold brew, I don’t have to plan 24 hours in advance to make some at home.
The coffee spilled while I was making it. It was hard to clean up.
We had been eyeballing the Brew Express for about 2 years and finally purchased it during our kitchen remodel. We turned a unused portion of our kitchen into coffee/beverage bar by adding lower cabinetry, drink fridge, reverse osmosis drinking faucet and sink and the Brew Express. After two months of use it operates flawlessly. The brewing process takes approximately 5 minutes, considerably less than traditional brewers. The stainless steel pot is also insulated making it both indestructible and convenient. Operation is simple and cleaning is a breeze compared to other complicated high end built-in systems. Our home has a whole house filtration system so in line filtration was unnecessary and the brew taste is fantastic. We absolutely love it!
i really like this coffee brewer! BUT just like my first one my second one has developed this terrible looking hot plate. Maybe 6-7 months of use. Not what I expect from Cuisinart!
**UPDATE**: I am 4.5 years strong with this coffee maker and it still brews an incredible cup of coffee! Although, I am now on my 2nd replacement carafe since purchasing. The carafe glass is very thin and easy to break or shatter. Apparently I am too rough when it comes to washing dishes. I contacted the company thinking it was under warranty only to be disappointed in finding out it is not. So buyer beware. A new replacement carafe is quite expensive at around $45 on coffeemakers.us.com. Everything inside the coffee maker is under a lifetime warranty but of course the carafe is not. That might be the only negative about this coffee maker. I did months of research during COVID for a coffee maker seeing as everything was closed at the time and I couldn’t get my daily cup from the commercial brewer down at my local bodega. I kept coming back to this coffeemaker due to the highly rated reviews and finally took the splurge after justifying the high cost of it. If you’re on the fence about buying this due to the ridiculously high sticker price, don’t be. Overall it was worth the investment. It’s held up strong after daily use, with sometimes multiple pots a day. I recommend using a cleaning solution to run through once every 6 months. You can find it at your local grocery store cleaning aisle or just order a bottle off coffeemakers.us.com which is pretty inexpensive. It makes sure to clean out all the mineral deposits and gunk that builds up in it. I recommend doing this with ALL coffee makers regardless of brand. Although it may look fancy since I’ve never seen a coffee maker look the way the MoccaMasters do, I can assure you this coffee maker is as simplistic as it gets. If you’re looking for a coffee maker that has all the bells and whistles on it, from auto timers and shut offs, then this isn’t the one for you. The only thing I can say I miss is setting my coffee timer the night before and waking up to the aromas of a pot brewing. But that doesn’t give you the freshest pot of coffee possible. Water and grains sitting overnight in a coffeemaker isn’t going to produce the best cup of coffee. This coffee maker gets the pot hotter than any cup I’ve ever had which is a huge selling point alone. Pretty close to as hot as a commercial brewer. But the fact that this company only manufactures and sells these coffee makers means that they’ve perfected the one product they have and back it up with an impressive lifetime warranty! If something breaks with the components, they will fix it or replace the part. This is a machine that should last 10+ years, if not a lifetime. 🤞🏼 I suggest buying the model where the brew basket can close, open half way or open all the way. As I read some reviewers complaining about the grains not getting fully wet. I always start out my brew with the basket closed, will take a spoon and stir the hot water + grains to make sure they’re fully saturated before I open up basket to start pouring out. *** Also, you will NEED to buy a coffee bean grinder. I purchased one from Walmart (Hamilton Beach) for $15 and let me just say how impressive this thing is? I’m on year 15 with it and it still works the bees knees! An incredible, fresh cup of coffee starts with the beans and grinding them yourself is truly a must to get the best cup of coffee! I use to keep my beans in the freezer thinking it would keep them fresher but lately I’ve been preferring to keep them tightly sealed at room temp in my cabinet. It will take some time to figure out how much coffee grains to water ratio you like and that can differ on the beans you buy. Dunkin Donuts Original Whole beans are still my favorite and go too. I’ve tried so many other variety of beans but prefer a more light to medium cup and Dunks beans hit just right for me! All in all, this was well worth the investment and it makes a great cup of coffee! I am known to all my friends and family now as the “Coffee Connoisseur/Coffee Guru”. Nobody makes a better cup of coffee than me. Hahaha.
Amazing! I am so happy I no longer have to make a run to starbucks for my iced coffees. The only thing is it doesn't filter the coffee grounds very well so when it was done stirring itself I had to put it in my regular french press. I could be using too fine of grounds but it's just how the coffee grounds came and you'd think they would accomodate to how coffee is usually ground up but it's fine I'm so happy to have this. I would just also recommend buying you beans whole so you can create the appropriate medium gring that it does say in the instructions.
Are you kidding me!! Sold as New!! Received a previously returned broken and defective item, Returned it immediately
