  • This was very compact. Will only fit regular coffee mugs no tall ones was the only issue I had most of my mugs are slim and tall. lucky I had a small Christmas mug that fit But other that that you get what you pay for....... check the pictures if you have tall coffee mugs

  • Simple to use, only make sure filter holder sits right. Open tab to back or else coffee will not drip down.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter, she and my son-in-law are very happy with it. The best possible review came from my oldest grandson. His father was brewing coffee when he woke up and he said "I love the new coffee maker because it makes the house smell like papa's boat". He has spent a lot of time since he was 5 months old (9 years old now) with me on my boat where the coffee maker is on every morning.

Filter leaks grounds into the coffee, which doesn't make sense.

  • Everything I needed to install this auto-fill device in my Keurig was included, including the drill bit. I haven’t spilled any water in the kitchen filling the coffee pot since. Best purchase a coffee drinker can make.

Overall the product is beautiful. 1) Before buying this one I wanted to make sure the plunger pushed to the bottom or close to it. Of the many I looked at (All similar & made in China), Bellemain's advertising photos shows the longest plunger rod. See attached pics. BUT, it was short by 15-20 MM (0.6-08 in) from the Francois et Mini I was currently using and the previous glass 1 liter version which broke. How much can a silly 12-20mm increase Stainless rod length cost? Sure would like a longer plunger so I can push it to the bottom as the older models were and served me well. See four (4) analytical pictures with details. 2) Also the plunger knob, the under side when you pull it has a noticeably sharp edge, If this radius were the same as the top would be super, or simply a round knob. The one star is to get the vendors attention to these issues and possible solutions they can offer. If resolved, I would be a happy 5 star customer.. Lets see what happens.

Hello I just received my cold brew from Vinci OMG!! LOL I LOVE IT. It makes 40oz of coffee NO sediment at all. Very easy to use and it has a clean button. I love that it tells you how long it takes due to brew taste. Room temp filtered water only. You can bring to the office brew and coffee container has a lid so it goes directly to the fridge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I use 7 scoops of med course grounds and bold is delicious. DON'T fill above the 1st line under the name. REMOVE ALL STICKERS.

This is not only a beautiful coffee maker, but it makes the most flavorful coffee ever! It brews quickly and the coffee is nice and hot. My favorite coffee is blueberry, which only a few 7 Elevens sell. Anyway, I also appreciate being able to use the Melitta #4 natural coffee filters, which never fold over like the round basket ones I used with other coffee makers. It beeps when the coffee is done which isn't a big deal and I've gotten used to it, since it's the same sound as the instant pot. I also appreciate that it will turn off after a certain amt. of time, maybe 2 hours? I'm very happy with this coffee maker!!

I LOVE IT!! I am amazed how fast it brews the coffee! I had the duo Keurig and I threw it out. Got tired of it not working properly. Descaled and cleaned it periodically to get it to work and since I have little to no patience I threw it out. But this Ninja duo is amazing. So far it works great and the cleaning is even better and easier than the other machine. Thank you for this wonderful product!!!! Very satisfied!!

Just got this today and literally within 10 minutes had a great latte! The machine is super easy to use and set up. Makes great lattes and cappuccinos. If it's on sale it is totally worth picking it up! 5 Stars!

This is my first thermal coffee pot. I like the fact that the coffee isn't cooked on the burner after brewing. Works well in normal circumstances. A few things to know; We use this camping and it doesn't make hot coffee if the source water is extremely cold. Example, It didn't work well in Yellowstone in June, the coffee was lukewarm on cold mornings due to cold overnight temps. Another thing to note if you are older or have glasses is that the display is difficult to see. All and all, it is a decent coffee pot, uses less power, works as designed and most importantly, make good coffee. I would buy again. Longevity is TBD.

This is my 2nd coffee maker from Sunbeam. I had this exact same model for many many years and when it came time to replace it I was very happy to be able to find the same one and still for a very reasonable price. I would have give 5 stars except for the fact that I feel the lid needs to have a larger hinge as I'm afraid it might snap off if it's handled too roughly. Other than that I highly recommend this product

The worse instructions. The original product I ordered had a broken piece. Finally got the replacement but the instructions are the worse. Attached are the photos of the instructions. If you like to experiment how to figure out to use this then go ahead and purchase. I’m returning this product.
