  • I first was introduced to this coffee maker in a hotel room and I just had to have one for my home. After reading some positive reviews I took a risk on the used - like new to save some money and get the frother as well. I couldn’t be happier with the machine I received. The box was a little damaged but overall it was just like new and in perfect condition. There were no signs of this machine being used at all. I’m glad I took the gamble on this because I got the frother and basically a new Nespresso machine for less than the cost of a new machine without the frother! There were no coffee pods included, but this is stated in the description, so I didn’t expect any.

Toaster has an aggravating factory mark right on the face. Looks like ink. Will not come off. Not affecting the toaster function...just looks like crap for a brand new toaster!

  • Only complaint is the 24hr time setting for obvious reasons. Other than that, its a nice unit and the programmable feature makes it even better if you like your coffeed brewed at a specific time.

Seriously the best coffee maker ever! This is the third one we have bought! We use ours multiple times every day and each of them have lasted several years! When they finally reach old age and quit we always think we'll get a different kind but always go back to this one! Absolutely love it! Easy to use, coffee tastes great and has a clean cycle! Highly recommend!!

  • So far i like this coffee maker. The most options for your dollar. Everything seems extremely sturdy. Cant wait to put it through a morning coffee routine. Old and new coffee Maker. Thank you hamilton beach!

*Pics attached showed product leaking while brewing - watch the paper towel below the machine get progressively more wet.* One year of greatness - brewed delicious coffee at the touch of a button. Could be a little tricky to clean but nothing too difficult. Then problems started piling up. After just over a year of use (now just barely out of warranty) the grinder started acting oddly. The grinder motor wouldn't stop running during the brewing process (when it would previously only run for about 10 seconds at the start of a new brew), or even after the cup of coffee was ready. I assumed there may have been a bean stuck somewhere, so I gave the machine a full deep clean which seemed to solve the problem. Until I noticed water would now leak from the back of the machine during use, leaving large puddles of water on the countertop (see photos). Not great obviously, but theoretically something I could have lived with if it wasn't a sign of key problems with the rest of the machine (hint: it was). About this time I get in touch with Breville support, who were a huge disappointment during this process. They ask me to take a video of the machine running so they could help determine the issue. Well, I ran the machine again, prepared with paper towels for the mess. However, not only did water start pooling underneath the machine, but I caught a whiff of a new, strange smell. I thought it might have been something burning, but it was tough to be sure over the coffee aroma. At that point I was not willing to run the machine again. Things break - it happens. But when you pay this kind of money for something this "high quality", you assume that if/when something goes wrong that the company who made it would stand by their product and make it right. Breville had great reviews across their suite of products, so I was willing to take the leap on a fancy coffee machine with that false assumption. All told there were around 7-8 messages between myself and Breville support - the last three were me asking for any follow-ups, maybe troubleshooting tips, etc over the course of the last 2-3 weeks. I have yet to receive any more responses. No one paying this $ amount for a coffee machine is only hoping it lasts a year, so a 2-star rating feels right. Great first year, but ultimately feel very let down by the lack of longevity and poor customer support. I'll be drinking instant coffee while I save up for a different brand.

Have owned this for a while and put it at office for occasional use. The brewed coffee does taste good. Almost want to give 5 star till one day I tried to get some hot water. Humongous scales on the carafe bottom. I first thought it is water scale deposition but after couple Urnex descaler run still same. Then decided to open it up to figure out what is going on. As photos shown here, it is rusty everywhere inside it should not be. It tells me the boiler system has been rusty and leaky, the scaler are rusty metal not water scaler and I probably drink a lot of metal already. BE CAREFUL of HEALTH HAZARD of this product!!!!!

  • Best purchase ever! So easy to use but more importantly the coffee is amazing! Forget Starbucks...This is it for me.

UPDATE: November 7th, 2024 Yeah, LoL, absolute trash. I bought this February 24th, 2024. Those who are astute will notice that was a mere 9 months ago. The last 2 weeks, I have gone through roughly 20 wasted k-cups due to this brewer not finishing and having 'ERROR CODE 2' on the screen. I followed online troubleshooting, which is an elaborate "have you tried turning it off and on again". I then called and spoke to a representative who, as always, spoke perfect English and didn't interrupt me once (sarcasm). During this call, I had to follow the same steps I had already done and since the error is intermittent, the brew completed while on the phone. This was after "according to her records" I bought the machine in 2021 - so I had to be very firm and share the exact date I bought it as I was looking at the order and receipt on my PC screen at that very moment. She was in the process of telling me how she will send me a coupon (to buy k-cups from only their store, I'm sure) while I was trying to interrupt her and tell her that it won't fix it. I was also brewing a second cup at that moment, and it gave me an error code that time. Eventually, I had to speak very loudly and talk to someone in a way I don't enjoy. Not swearing or anything like that, but I had to be firm and raise my voice to get her to stop talking and trying to push me off the phone. Nobody should ever have to do that. It ended with them sending me a warranty replacement. I'm going to use it for the moment, because I don't have a choice. But I'm looking at Ninja's offerings now, since this cheap plastic "smart" one is the best they offer now. It didn't use to be like this. They used to have lights, style, touch screens, wallpapers, etc. And they used to last at least 5 years of more than average use. What happened to you, Keurig? To finish the abhorrent phone call, I was told to wait on the line for a breif survey... I was hung up on instead. That's one way to make sure you don't get bad reviews, I guess? ________________________________________________________________________________________________ I don't know what happened to Keurig. My last 3 makers (that's right, merely 3, since 2008) lasted very long. And were very reliable. I always bought the best one since ours is used daily multiple times. This one, however, not only looks like generic crap with plastic everywhere and no lights in the reservoir and junky plastic buttons - but it is also 100% pointless getting the smart version. The remote brew *never* works. All I wanted was to be able to start my coffee remotely as I'm getting out of bed. But the app to do this is just horrific. It usually reports it as 'brewing' when you open the app, despite it not being touched yet. Or you start it, and it doesn't actually start, so you walk out to an empty cup. Possibly worst of all, it takes about 5 steps to get to the part where you can brew remotely, including a fingerprint, lol. And lastly, the scheduled remote brew doesn't actually start it - it waits for you to click brew anyway. In case your cup isn't under it... Now I could swear I was able to set a remote brew on my coffee pot before Keurig made k-cups. Even before the Internet. This is of course not user error. I have very strong home networking with a high performance gigabit internet, $200 modem, and $400 router because I have over 35 connected devices. I have, of course, cleared cache and factory reset the app many times. It's junk. Do not waste your time or money getting the "smart" one because the only thing they really want is the opportunity to try to hook you in their coffee subscription - that's the purpose of all of this. To get you to open the app and possibly buy monthly coffee, lol. Will update if they ever do the right thing and separate the brewing to its own app. But I doubt it because everything needs a subscription these days to be profitable (sarcasm).

I wanted a white one and of course I look to coffeemakers.us.com! Works great and the value was good.

  • I got this coffee maker because it claimed to be able to make a 16 oz cup of coffee. This is only true if you like very very weak coffee. The coffee grounds holder is only able to contain a very small amount of coffee. If you try to put a little bit more coffee in it, you know, so it tastes like coffee, it overflows and coffee grounds run into your coffee cup. So basically you can either have a tiny cup of coffee that tastes like coffee, or a large cup of watered down coffee. Guess I'm going back to my French press.

Best Keurig yet. I was using both a drip coffee maker and an earlier version of a Keurig machine. I was worried at first this machine would be too complicated for my my mother to use but I also wanted the taste of drip brewed coffee. I couldn't have made a better choice. The Keurig K-Supreme Plus SMART is simple to use and tastes just like drip brewed coffee. Even smells like drip brewed. Got rid of the drip coffee maker and gained some counter space. Mom has no trouble using the features of the K-Supreme Plus Smart and she loves the ability to choose different strengths and temperatures for her different teas. I love the taste and smell of the coffee. I've read other reviews in which people complain the pod recognition feature doesn't work but it's never been an issue for us. The recognition feature is only a suggestion of how to brew that particular coffee but you can easily change the temp and strength regardless of what the machine recommends. The water container is easy to fill and clean. I also like that the machine shuts itself off between uses and doesn't need to be on all day. No need to program an on and off time for each day because the machine turns on when you use it and shuts off when you're done. The display reminds you to connect the machine to the app but unless you stand there and stare at the display after you brew your coffee, the machine (and its display) shuts off when idle between brews. This reminder has never been an issue for me. We have very limited counter space and this machine fits right into small places. Mom is short and she can still see the display on top of the machine. Whether you use it at home or at the office, the appearance is perfect. I bought a second machine for my office and everyone loves it. Professional looking, easy to use for both employees and clients. I highly recommend this machine.

This product is great, I have one, my mom was here visiting and she decided she like it too and wanted one for Christmas. What I don't like is the fact that you can leave seller reviews for 3rd party sellers on coffeemakers.us.com, but cannot review coffeemakers.us.com when fulfilled by coffeemakers.us.com. The unit I got was clearly sold and returned as the labels had been ripped from the box making it look very used. The unit itself didn't appear to be used. Come on coffeemakers.us.com...this time of year you know it's a gift. Arrange with Mr..Coffee distribution to have some spare boxes. Not worth the hassle to return, but will have mom test it asap to make sure it does work after she opens.

  • Honestly we were ready to purchase an expensive, fancy dual coffee maker with a single serve option. (I really wanted something that also serves as a tea/hot water maker). I could justify spending a ton of money just for a hot water, single server feature... so I settled on this inexpensive machine. It's perfect. Also other reviews state it takes 5 minutes for 1 cup. This is not true for the machine we recieved. It starts brewing in about 5 to 10 seconds and a full cup is ready within 2 minutes.

  • So I kept saying I wanted to switch to a French press coffee maker just to have some thing here especially during stormy weather when the power could go off I have a way to heat my water but could not use my singleserve electric coffee maker. This French press is perfect for that. It only makes about a good cup full at a time or should I say a mug not necessarily a 1 cup serving, but it is so easy to make and I’m not even trying to sound like a snob but I definitely could taste the difference. Definitely something to pick up for every day use or to have in your prepper pantry for emergencies. I hope this review was helpful so please let me know down below.
