After having it for a week and very carefully washing it it broke with little to nothing holding it down it was very flimsy straight out the box wasn’t even able to return it cause coffeemakers.us.com was not even giving me the option-_- do not recommend this model or shape

  • Right out of the box I knew the Braun MultiServe coffee maker was a high quality product. Setup was very simple and I had the machine plugged in and ready to make a carafe of coffee within minutes. Unfortunately this was my first coffee maker so I quickly realized I had to go buy ground coffee in order to make my first carafe lol. Later that day, with coffee in hand, I was able to measure out the right amount of coffee (thanks to the included two-sided scoop), add water, choose my size (from a small cup to a full carafe) and start brewing. Within about 10 minutes my coffee was ready to go - and it was delicious! Because I made a carafe, the warming plate automatically kicked on so my second cup of coffee was as hot as my first. Overall, a very nice coffee maker with a lot of nice features. Check it out!

Handle got broke after handful of use& handwash. I hope Beko will replace it. This was a housewarming gift from a friend. I don’t know how to handle the replacement process

Absolutely love it! It’s easy to use , faster way to get coffee on the run. I had the fancy ones and always give me hard time to clean. Love it!

I like everything about this Ice Tea maker except that it has a hole in the back and water comes out of when filling it. I think it might be there as a precaution not to overfill but water escapes from the hole when you're just filling it. Makes a mess and drips down to the electrical cord, which is a concern.

I bought the pour over on May 22, 2023, last week the filter came apart, after less than 3 months of using it. I love it so much, I even bought it for my son but I am very disappointed and frustrated the filter didn't last even 3 months.

This coffee maker is just the right size for us adults that drink coffee. It's easy to set up and has a scooper for the coffee with it too. It's a simple push button on and off machine and is also easy to clean up afterwards.

Edited: Grinder started to error and stopped working correctly. A replacement was sent and it never worked right. Returned both and I'm search for a new grinder.

  • Purchased two, the gray has a handle appropriate for the jar size. The black one has a smaller lid, the handle is too short and hard to lift as your finger knuckles bump into the glass. The lid quality is cheap and thin. Good jar size, glass seems ok.

Bought May 30 arrived June 4th and today is Oct 1. Plate/base is already burning out. Disappointed a Swiss company would own a such bad brand. Ridiculous.

This item has been RECALLED. I discovered that I had this model from several years ago, tucked away in an upper cabinet, and I wanted to clean it up to use again. Upon further research, I found that this model had been recalled because people were getting burned from hot water spraying out of it. I called customer service, and they will not replace or refund the brewer because it has not exhibited any issues.. so they expect me to use it and just wait to be burned by scalding hot water spraying out of the unit, THEN call for a replacement. Disappointed in the customer service on an item that Keurig has acknowledged has a recall!

  • It was nice while it lasted, not quite 7 months later, the insides are melted and water goes everywhere!

The carafe came with the rubber button half peeling off. Other than that it has been fun to use. I've only brewed 3 or 4 cups through it so far...

  • I have long been a fan of fellow products but until recently had not tried any of their brewers. Decided to pull the trigger on the Aiden and have really enjoyed the experience so far. Setup was very intuitive and within minutes I was ready to go. I have been using the medium and light roast preset brews which even my pea brain cannot mess up. Especially in the early morning, it is nice to select the brew, grind the recommended amount of beans, press the button and go. Still tweaking my grind setting, but each cup has been flavorful and balanced. Truly a joy to use every morning and looks great on the counter. Hosted my in laws and made great use of the carafe for 4 people. I cannot wait for my fellow drop to arrive so I can use the roaster recommended preset. Still loads of other features to explore. Wish I had made the jump long ago!!
