I just finished my first round with the rumble jar and it turned out great! The attached images are from right after I started the brew, the finished product and the unit itself. It’s very easy to clean too which is the best! Just dump the grounds in a garden or plant if you can or in the trash and rinse the filter. Far easier than the bodum cold press I also have. I would certainly recommend this as a gift!
Either makes a half a cup of coffee, or overfill and spills a whole pot of boiling water all over your countertop. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. We've had more success from our 40$ Mr.Coffee that we threw away after we bought this assuming it would be the last coffee pot we would ever need.
I like the product. Makes great coffee. You should just understand that it is fragile. Be careful not to overheat the round bowl. The upper portion of mine broke under normal use, which surised me. Might just be the nature of this product to deal with breakage. After all, I see every replacement part readily available.
I really wanted to love this coffee maker! I love Cuisinart products & did a little research before purchasing her… but she’s going back. :( I’m not sure if I received one with a slight defect, but upon my first open & close of the brew head, it does not seem to fully close. Maybe that’s normal, but I don’t like it. It’s not flush as it is in product photos. Secondly, she’s quite spitty & messy when brewing. I attached a video of running only water through it (FF to the end) & you can see how far the water goes onto the counter. Maybe if I had a coffee pod in it wouldn’t be so bad…. But if it was coffee all over my counter & machine, that’s too much daily cleanup. The product is pretty, and I again I love the brand, but not this product.

This was one of the Most disappointing purchases. It worked well for the first thirty days. Then the buttons began to wear off. The carafe keeps the big pot of coffee super hot but the one cup brewer suddenly stopped working after 7 months of twice a day use. Now it brews just 1/3 cup of coffee. I’ve cleaned twice and still doesn’t Bree the entire cup as it’s meant to. It’s disappointing that an appliance at this price point didn’t even last a year. Like I said the carafe part doesn’t work great so I’ll likely keep the carafe for my next coffee situation so we can pour the coffee into it and keep it hot all morning.
This press was shipped to me in it's original box, with no additional packaging, and a label slapped onto it. It arrived extremely fast compared to other products I've ordered on coffeemakers.us.com. It took two days to get here and it wasn't shattered when I opened it up. That's pretty mind blowing in itself! Now for the fun stuff...I added pictures after washing it and after first use. Pro's: 1. This is is a glass press - which means you can use it for hot or cold coffee, espresso, and loose leaf tea's. 2. It is almost the exact same size as the plastic cold press from Bodum and it costs a couple dollars more. (The Bodum model is for cold press only!) 3. It comes with a tiny scoop that you can keep to measure your favorite beverage. 4. For anyone who doesn't know how to use a French Press the Instructions are printed on the side of the box. Unless you pitch the box--you wont ever lose the manual for it. Cons: 1. The metal screens do not stay centered or fixed to ensure a safe press. Let me clarify since that may seem a bit confusing. Most "Presses" have it designed so when you put the lid on, the center (which is the screens to perform the actual press of grounds or leaves itself), is instantly level. Meaning it does not sit crooked at all, but it is even. THIS IS NOT the case for THIS product! It takes some TIME and PATIENCE to get it to go in evenly. It also extends the time it takes to press your drink from a 4 minute wait to about 6, which can leave it cooler or colder than you would like it to. This may or may not change depending on whether or not the item was or is defective. 2. There are no instructions for the screens themselves or even if you can replace them in the future. 3. There is no warranty information on the sellers page or anywhere on the box. Overall Review: I feel like I may have received a defective unit. I do not like the fact that the press is crooked. I now have to contact the seller to see if they can replace the top (The lid and press mechanism) or if i'll have to swap the whole unit out. I love the idea of this press and the flavor of the beverage is a 10. I just wish it worked without the hitches. Update: Customer service said to adjust the unit by gently turning the top knob on the press lid. It mostly fixed the situation, but its still a little crooked. It works well. Still can't find warranty information on it. All in all a great press
I drink the entire pot of coffee a day! I adjusted my coffee bean ground and it took a couple of times before I got the perfect brew. For one person, who likes coffee, this is an excellent pot because it keeps the coffee hot.
Do NOT order from Essence2Beauty. My coffee maker arrived with dried sticky material on the carafe, grossly unclean, and with damaged packaging. I guess I saved $20 but honestly the work to clean this isn’t really worth it. Please rate your items appropriately especially if used!! Also there’s no instruction or care manual. Clearly whoever owned this before didn’t read a care manual before reselling.

Edit: Company sent us a new one! We'll see if it lasts.. Overall my wife has enjoyed using this product however its proven to be very fragile. We've bought two of these and both times it rolled over from a gentle nudge and broke while totally cold. It didn't fall (any distance) nor did it hit something super hard. It just gently rolled over and shattered on the counter. All in all a very frustrating experience.
I absolutely love the look of this coffee maker! I got the pastel green color, and it's such a refreshing change from the typical black or stainless steel appliances. It adds a fun and cheerful vibe to my kitchen. Functionally, it works just like any other standard coffee maker, but the design really sets it apart. It's compact enough to fit nicely on the counter without taking up too much space, yet it still brews up to 12 cups—perfect for a coffee lover like me. It's also very easy to program, even for someone who doesn’t usually use programmable features. I also appreciate the reusable mesh filter, which means I don't need to use disposable paper filters—great for both convenience and the environment.
While this coffee maker does produce a smooth tasting cup of coffee, the quality of the parts is not on par with the price. After just a few months of use the plastic parts on the carafe have started peeling. (I’ve only hand washed it with dish soap and a dishcloth.) Overall, I’m happy with the ease of use and the taste of the coffee it produces, but I am disappointed that for the price it is already showing signs of wear.
Long lasting battery 🔋 wish it could make more ar once but for an expreso is perfect.
Bought press last month,used twice and only hand washed but noticed water inside the insulated glass. How did this happen. Really want to return it. Does any other press has this hole?
