I liked the size but that is about it. The glass is extremely thin. I had it in the fridge and it broke without even dropping it. Not even sure what broke it. Also, the lid did not seem to have a strong seal so coffee could splash out. My third issue is that as hard as I tried to have coarse grinds, it seemed a lot of grinds would pass through the filter into the coffee. Tgis last issue cold be user error though. I had to purchase another type of cold brew pitcher just 1 1/2 months after buying this one. I Do NOT recommend this product. Glass is super fragile and I wish I had returned it immediately.

  • I’ve tried a few coffee machines, but this one is by far the best! It’s super easy to use, heats up quickly, and makes a rich, flavorful cup every time. The build quality feels solid, and I love that it’s not too noisy. Cleaning is a breeze, and the programmable settings make mornings so much easier. If you’re a coffee lover, this machine is a game-changer! Highly recommend.

Coffemaker works fine but the mug we received was broken :(

  • Easy to use greatquality. But because we were looking to go more non toxic and get rid of our coffee machine that was plastic.

I bought this hoping for more flavorful, STRONG coffee in the morning but it also had to be made FAST. I was NOT disappointed. The first pot I made was ok - about as good as my programmable electric coffee maker. Nothing special and I almost returned it but decided to try a few solutions first. I added more grounds to the 2nd pot. Better but not worth retiring my programmable coffee maker. I also tried unplugging the pot and plugged back in again to see if I could get it to brew the pot again but it wouldn't brew and the blue light was on indicatingthat it knew it was still "done.". 3rd try: I bought coffee filters and put one in the coffee grounds basket and added yet more coffee grounds and it turned out GREAT! 6 cups brewed perfectly in 8 minutes

  • I spent about two months reading all of the reviews for the Xbloom Studio and even joined the dedicated Discord group to read about potential issues. The machine is really fantastic and more consistent than using my Hario V60 with Fellow kettle. It is definately worth $499. This machine is great for beginners and advanced users. There is very little learning curve to get a great cup of coffee. I've read someone posting about water temperature, but they did not mention what settings they were using as you can set the machine to 203 F for water. The company and other experts on Youtube pointed out to this reviewer they were taking the water temperature wrong. If your cup of coffee is 150F+ in your cup you should be good to go. You can even pre-heat your cup to ensure there is little to no heat loss. Pros: - Just a beautiful-looking machine and fun to watch each morning. There is a wow factor when making a cup of coffee for friends and family. - Using pods or my own beans, the machine is very consistent. - The convenience factor is huge with having kids. - My wife would never do a pour-over and this is a huge upgrade for her as she was using a Keurig - Lower cost than going with a Fellow Aiden + grinder. - Hooking up the machine to a 1-gallon jug of spring water means we can go at least a week without having to fill the machine up with water. The local hardware store sold the 1/4" plastic tubing required for $1.50 for four feet. I just drilled a hole in the jug's lid and a smaller hole in the lid for air pressure. We keep the lid and swap out jugs. - Doing single cups throughout the day means no wasted coffee from a batch brew and no thermos to clean out. - Scale seems super accurate and is easy to use. Cons: - Measure to make sure you have enough clearance above to pour in the beans. - You are better off buying directly from Xbloom if you want to use the $20 off referral code and also the additional free items they give for their bundles. - Only a 1 year warranty in the USA versus 2 years in Europe. My credit card doubles the warranty, but you may consider purchasing an extended warranty on coffeemakers.us.com. - Pricey pods. They are $1.50 to $2 each plus shipping. Xbloom typically has sales, but we've found that buying a 1lb of coffee and putting them into centrifuge tubes dosed out to 15g makes it so that we can get the price down to lower than a Keurig pod. - Filters are typically $8-10 per 100. Xbloom now sells them on coffeemakers.us.com for $10, including shipping. - Pods are typically 15g of coffee and produce around 10 oz of coffee. This is a typical cup, but I'm use to using 18-24g and getting a larger cup. You are able to adjust the recipe to use up to 18g, but beyond that you have to really take the time to adjust settings to ensure the water does not overflow in the dripper. - You have to update the machine in order to get "auto-mode" where you can turn on the machine and select from light/medium/dark roast and in two pushes of a button start the machine for using your own beans and not the pod.

This coffee machine has been on my shopping list for a while and I was reluctant to pull the trigger because I'm a bit of a coffee snob and didn't think it would make a good cup off coffee. But I was surprised at the quality of the coffee (drip and espressos). My only complaint is that the espresso doesn't use enough pressure to make a Nespresso crema (foam). But it did taste good. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase it.

After 10 years, my super expensive (over a grand) fancy espresso machine finally died forever. My travel and backup system for years was the Dolce Gusto machine with their pods - but those are apparently, being discontinued and the machines were finicky and tended to leak. So I went hunting for a coffee solution that was pod free and thought I would just get another Italian espresso machine until I saw the current pricing structures and noped out. Initially, I watched a ton of review videos on everything out there and stumbled onto this machine by accident. I bought it thinking it would serve in the short term til I found what I really wanted. Turns out, THIS SIMPLE machine is exactly what I wanted! It is dead simple to use - put your favorite ground coffee in the reusable basket filter (NO PODS!), pour in the amount of water you want, press the hot brew button, walk away. Want hot real milk and foam? Put the whole milk in the frother, press hot cap or hot latte (deoe6on size) and walk away. An iced vanilla latte is the best thing ever with minimal effort. Cold foam button on the milk, iced brew button on the brewer and it does both perfectly. Fill your included iced latte glass with ice and flavored syrup, coffees brews into the cup and then you pour the frothed milk over all of it, screw on the lid and go. You can also use your own tumbler if it fits. 2 weeks of multiple daily use and both my husband and I are loving this machine - I'm buying a second one for my barn office now.

  • Aside from making great coffee, it really looks chic with its polished silver look. It's not as light as my previous glass french press but I did break that one. It's also not as easy to clean as the glass french press because of the dual filter, with one attached to the rod. But those are small matters compared to how beautiful it looks and how solid the stainless steel material is. I just love looking at it. Hope it does last forever.

  • I was skeptical about this jar upon ordering it. We wanted a glass jar to make iced tea in and be able to open the fridge door and dispense a tasty beverage. The spout is a metal spout with quality O-Rings to prevent leaks. The glass is thick and I'm not worried about it cracking if something were to bump into it. The infuser is metal with a very fine mesh. We use loose leaf tea and we don't have a problem with loose tea showing up in our glass. The infuser is also large to accommodate cucumber or fruits to make flavored water. When it arrived, the metal lid was cross threaded, but that was the only problem we encountered. I am extremely pleased with the quality of this jar. If any problems do arise, I will revise my review. Yes I recommend this product.

This spring came flying out of the coffee pot. I looked on u tube and it’s a piece to stop the coffee flow if you want a cup while it’s brewing. I figured I could just use it broken I will just have to wait for the coffee to be done brewing. Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎄

  • What I like to not occupy much space and not have to move as the others want to add the water that was the reason I bought it is practical and easy to use. The only thing I did not like was that no adiccional guarantee, have bad luck for coffee.

I love Hamilton Beach but not this pot. This needs to go right back to the design table and get a redo. Here’s the deal, it’s early 0 dark thirty, I’m half awake stumbling into the kitchen to make coffee and here is what I encountered. 1-I couldn’t get the damn filter basket to line up, see video. It only goes in one way and that’s something I can’t deal with when I’m still asleep let alone awake. 2-a locking lid? ARG! Left or right let’s see, oh I gotta find my glasses first, back downstairs then back upstairs ok turn a big light on, Ouch that’s bright! Still not awake but now I’m for sure closer. Ok, it’s finally open. 3-it’s just me, I only need two cups, What? There’s no way to see how much is in the carafe, I’ll look on the side of the pot, ok, there’s only a line for 6,8 or 10 cups but I just want 2, now what? 4-i guess I’ll make 6 cups, the water well is nice and large shouldn’t spill a drop on the counter .....NO! This thing pours like a thin stream on a clogged water line, you have to turn the pot almost upside down to make it pour. Ok, take the lid off first, Oh not again. Well, that made a mess pours like it has three spouts in three different directions water everywhere. Note to self, don’t fill the water well with carafe. I can’t get past these issues with this coffee maker. I need simplicity in the early morning, something that doesn’t piss me off, something that I can work almost blindfolded.I need coffe before I’m suppose to think this hard and for Goodness sake, put a waterline on the thing for 2 cups 4 cups etc. not everyone drinks a whole pot of coffee!

Cord to short. Tasted pretty good but will add more coffee next time 3 tablespoons isn’t enough.
