I was told that Cuisinart would "take care of me". They waited almost 2 months to get back to me and so naturally I threw unit away. Now because I don't have the unit or the serial number, they can't help correct situation. LOL - But they will give me a 20% discount. It's time to try another company and I will probably save a lot more. Beware fellow consumers. ***** I loved this coffee maker so much, that I bought it twice. The first one lasted 2 years and died because of a faulty switch and wouldn't turn on. My newest one died in just under a year, today in fact. Water was somehow pouring out the bottom. I had just cleaned with vinegar and water as directed and was running the clean water through a few times. I filled up the coffee maker and water started coming out of the bottom, water everywhere. I never experienced that type of failure. I liked the design, the coffee temp and flavor and the speed of the brewing. This is a seriously good machine, but the one big flaw is it breaks and doesn't last. There are other issues like the labeling rubbing off, but that didn't really bother me. Breaking in a year (+/-) is unacceptable. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!
I loved everything about this Express Cold Brew Machine from Vinci! Easy to use and easy to clean . As a cold brew lover I no longer need to spend tons of money at Starbucks...gone are those days . In home and done in 10 min then out the door with my travel mug.
Works better than expected. Using it with Nespresso pods. Take a good 5 minutes to heat up. Instructions were good. Portable and usable anywhere.
So far I love it. You can brew 2 8 oz cups of coffee with the battery before you need to charge it again. I only brew 1 cup a day so that's good for me. I drive a bus currently and rather drink my own coffee instead of having to buy whatever a store like 711 sells. I use k cups in it but you can also use ground coffee. It is currently my best friend. It probably takes 4-5 minutes to brew a cup of coffee. It comes out very hot. I'm glad this exists and am confused that other people haven't purchased and reviewed it maybe senix needs to market it more.
I purchased this a few weeks ago and have used it only three or four times. The inner strainer/coffee chamber has already snapped along the edge that rests inside the top of the pitcher. There are only four of these tabs so now it's down to three and I doubt it will last much longer. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Very low quality.
show six months after purchasing this it started to leak we can figure out where so we went to the troubleshooting guide cleaned it with vinegar as they say and it stopped leaking for about 3 months then at least again and we tried the vinegar trick and it didn't work we've tighten screws we've done all sorts of things in the troubleshooting guide and this thing continues to leak and because I reported this a couple days after the warranty was up because it was passed a year they're not doing anything they're off me half off a new unit and I just want this unit to work right so don't buy anything from Hamilton they are a joke..
Excellent Cuisinart 5-cup coffeemaker! Water reservoir is removable making it easy to add water to your proper water level of reservoir. Just one touch to start the coffee machine; just push Brew. It makes a great tasting hot delicious cup of coffee. Carafe and filter holder are easy to clean. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review after completing the out of the box setup. Initially, out of the box, this Elite model weighs significantly less than my previous model (B60 WR), so for me the item doesn’t feel as quality of a build as my previous model, which was not the “Elite” version and am hopeful that is not an indication of the overall quality of this product long term. The initial setup process is extremely easy, as was my previous model. I had the previous model replaced once (through the warranty process) due to brewing issues, so over the course of roughly 10 years this will be my 2nd Keurig purchase (3rd brewer if you include the one replaced via warranty). Right out of the box I noticed the water tank is not visible (water level) from the front and must be viewed from the side, which for me is a drawback given the placement of the brewer in my kitchen, as I now have to look to the side to check the water levels, which is slightly more inconvenient, but I imagine they designed it that way for a more sleeker appearance. Also, you have to take the entire lid off to refill the water tank, whereas the previous model offered a flap at the front you could simply lift to fill the water tank, which is slightly annoying and a flaw compared to my previous version. Upon brewing my 1st cup of coffee it does sound slightly louder while brewing. I am hopeful this model will stand the test of time and recommend registering it immediately out of the box, so if any issues arise, the item will be replaced directly through Keurig with a simple online submission form, however I prefer to contact customer service directly. Overtime, my last model began to have brewing issues, but coffeemakers.us.com was offering a “Prime Deal” on this model, so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to replace my older model. I do recommend descaling the tank frequently and use spring water vs filtered water, as it improves the overall taste/flavor of the coffee and creates less “buildup” (scaling) over the course of time. Hopefully this review is helpful and despite a few initial drawbacks it turns out to be a good purchase.
This is a beautiful press, solidly built, works well and is easy to clean. Glad it does not have glass, as our others just broke from the heat of the coffee in the glass. Very happy with this purchase and the coffee tastes great when made this way. Update: 7 months later... sadly, part of the handle detached from the body of the coffee press. I see that this is not the first time it has happened to a customer for this product (even completely falling off for some people); however, upon contacting the seller, I received great customer service. Very fast response, very polite and friendly and they resolved my issue quickly. I would still highly recommend this company. Aside from the handle issue, this coffee press has performed great, is easy to clean and enjoyable to use.
The filter in the pic is a standard #2 size cone: see how much is over the top? I had coffee running down the sides of the filter holder then my mug ... what a mess. The glass holder I have works with the water/coffee level being just a bit above the top of the holder; this one did not work even when the coffee/water level was at the top. Would work beautifully with #1 size cone filter to make a tiny cup of coffee.
I really like this mini portable espresso machine. The quality of the espresso is very good. I can take it with me everywhere. I bought the aftermarket accessories as well. After one year I still love it.
I was so excited for our new kuerig, until I opened the box. The amazing white kuerig coffee maker has a black plug wire? Ridiculous, it should have a white cord. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Oh well I will return it and find one with a white cord.
Mine finally quit so I went on here to purchase another and it says I last purchased in 2013. It’s now 2025. I know I would have gone through a whole lot of countertop models in that amount of time. The cool thing is I basically took out two screws just slid the old one out diconected the water line and slid the new one in. It was that simple. I have enjoyed this coffee maker for many years and anticipate enjoying it for many more.
