This is such an amazing product.. I use this for everyday both at home at work. Being military the has the ruggedness demanded for field use. I don't have to worry about it being outside and getting wet or knocked of the table, also with its 1500lb crush rating it serves as a jack stand if needed (try doing that with any other coffe pot). The portability with that this offers makes it such a great investment since it will accept any brand single pod or you can use the reusable pod if you have a can of grounds or grind your own. The addition of separate brew and water spouts was ingenious, with this you don't have to clean out the the pod tray when you just want 190 Degree F water just push the water button. Never again will I use an inferior Keurig..

  • This unit was purchased to replace my old Keurig machine which quit after about 3 years of periodic use. So far I’ve been very pleased with the new coffee maker and am hopeful it will last longer than the Keurig. With the additional basket, I can brew ground coffee without the need of a K-cup, a great added benefit. At roughly half the cost of a Keurig with similar features, it’s a good value.

  • It's great! It even came with a stepper bit, which makes it worth it even if the rest of everything was terrible. But it's not terrible, it's the best thing ever, and my life will never be the same.

Something they don't tell you about this product. Is that if you have a water softener, you need an extra par that does not come in the instructions or when you buy this product, so you have to call the company to order this product. Wait in the mail to receive the part and install. the water. Flow spills all the grinds everywhere if you have a water softener. Something they could have include it in the box. Since the part is free, buyer beware.

I purchased two of these so that we could alternate days on cold brews. I have been using them for a couple of months now. Works well enough to make coffee which should be a given. That being said the unit holds enough liquid to make it heavy. When picking it up the natural reaction is to use the lid for a grip to put it into the fridge. this is where the issues are. The lid just fits on ok and does not have the tight fight that a mason jar has. So if not careful it will slip off. I have not dropped one yet but it is very possible if you are not paying attention. This is not a low-cost item for what it is and this should have been addressed when they engineered it. Ironically, they used the effort it would have taken to improve this flaw to include a political message that I do not want or need at a time when we are bombarded with this insanity. To the seller: if you are living outside of the US and do not understand this message please educate yourself. If you do live inside the US it is time to fire whoever came up with this idea. Two ears and one mouth for obvious reasons. No canned response required.

This travel set is very cute and looks pricey and it actually is at its price level at this point in writing. However, my wife and I, both are coffee lovers, thought it could be the perfect size to take along on a trip. After checking it out at home, we’re not sure if that will ever happen. The glass, actually very nice glass and with a decent thickness, seems still just too fragile or vulnerable to make it a good choice for travel or camping. Although the case is fairly sturdy and should protect everything for the most part, the items (cup, glass dripper) need to be handled very carefully. The dripper did not completely fit into the wooden filter stand when we initially got it. To make the funnel fit properly, I needed to use my round hand file tool to slightly expand the hole. Also, I will purchase some paper filters that will fit the dripper. I think over time t will be more appealing and I don’t have to take care of washing the fabric filter which also would speak against having the set with us on a trip where mostly there's no time to wash and dry the filter. All-in-all, this is a nice set that has a quality feel to it; The carry case looks good, is sturdy, and hold the items in place; for travel purposes the glass is not ideal in my world. At-home use is what I think works best for us.

  • I love how it looks and how it works! Really easy to use and it’s the most popular coffee maker in my Airbnb. Neutral colour and makes tasty coffee. No any smell

Perfect desk size for my office. I couldn't be happier!

I am not motivated to go through a complicated process to make coffee. Anything that involves preparing and cleaning up is not worth it to me. Because of that, I have always only used k-cups. I was trying to find something that was almost as easy, but would allow me more flexibility in the coffee I use, and hopefully taste a little better. I also didn't want to spend too much. After reading reviews, I ended up with this coffee maker. I have to say that I am happy with it. It takes slightly more effort than the Keurig, but not much. I boil about 11 ounces of water in the microwave (I boil it right in a glass measuring cup), set up the filter, coffee, and mug, and pour the water in. Once it's done I get rid of the coffee and filter, rinse everything, and leave it in the drying rack until next time. There is very little work involved. And I do like the coffee better than the k-cups. I use a little more of the ground coffee than the instructions recommend (I use roughly 4 tablespoons for 11 ounces of water), and I end up not being able to taste the water like I can with k-cups. I have only used cheap coffee so far, but I still like it a lot. I do suggest that when you scoop the coffee grounds into the filter, you pile them up in the middle. With this design the water tends to make a channel down the middle of the coffee. (Water goes down the middle rather than spreading across the grounds.) So, if you start with a level pile of coffee, the last of the water will be going through almost none of it - it will go down the channel in the middle straight into your cup. You will see what I mean in my photos of the coffee grounds after brewing (this started with the dry grounds being piled high in the center). I like this coffee maker. It accomplishes exactly what I wanted. I am getting coffee that I like better with only a little more effort than the k-cups. As a bonus, there is no plastic waste and, over time, I might even save a little money.

I didn't see if they used BPA free plastic although I've done a few test brews, I wouldn't use this long term without getting a better filter. The coffee taste is good and it's definitely hot enough. One thing: don't fill the reusable filter more than halfway or you'll be sorry. I don't have leaking problems so that's a blessing. It is very compact so it's perfect for an office or even cubical. I love the color, functionality, and ease of use. For the price, this is an excellent value if you absolutely need coffee during the day. One other note: wipe out the brewer basket area so it doesn't get funky after a few uses. Also leave the cup under for two minutes after brewing to make sure it's done dripping.

After only a couple of uses, the rubber lining of the lid flipped up and wouldn’t go back down (see attached photo), so the lid just falls off whenever I pour. Wish I could return this thing, but I thought it was so cute when I unboxed it that I immediately tossed the box so now I cannot return it! :(

I've used this several times and it's a good product, but with flaws. Its very simple to use, just add coarse coffee grounds (I do half the amount recommended by the manual) and add 24 oz of water. I let it sit in the refrigerator for 15-24 hours depending on how strong I want to make the concentrate. The flavor is good and smooth, but it depends on the coffee grounds you use. The footprint is also very compact which is nice that it doesn't take up much space and isn't tall. For the bad. Although super easy to drip, the dispense mechanism is at the bottom with no cap to prevent errors. I've had a time where the gasket did move and I didn't realize it and it had leaked. Luckily, I normally put it in a large bowl in case of such disaster. The cleanup of 24oz of coffee in the refrigerator would be horrible. For those that have had it leak, make sure the gasket is at the bottom most groove of the container (picture from manual). Also, even if the gasket is in place, there's always some small drops that leak here and there through the plunger which require the occasional cleanup. While minimal, it still can stain counter tops or cause a mess if it dripped on something. If i had to do it again, I would choose a cold brew maker that doesn't have so many moving parts at the bottom (or none). Although minor, when it fails, it failure is a horrible mess and will ruin your day.

  • Easy product to use and clean afterwards. Really happy with this purchase
