How would you like to clean this up before coffee! Horrible mess

It’s super cute! Bought it for my home office/sewing room. Mainly for tea. Heats up super quick and is brewed nicely!

I received a used and dirty coffee maker. Wth.

I was able to enjoy cold coffee in this hot weather. Some notes *The lid is a screw-type where you have to turn and tighten. But sometimes the lid does not screw correctly and opens back up. *The lid is light plastic and it is where the handle is located. Because of the above reason and the weight of the glass and liquid, it does not feel safe to carry only by the handle. *While the mesh filters most of the coffee grounds, it does leave some residue on the bottom *The gaskets are somewhat loose and comes off easily

broke so this is false advertising; it broke with ease too.

Just a warning: I bought this as a NEW unit, but was sent a USED unit. How do I know this? When I took the coffeemaker out of the box, it was STILL wet from when it must have been cleaned to resell. SEE PHOTOS

First cold brew I ever had and I am very happy. It was easy to clean out of box. No issues with leaks. Basket for grounds is very sturdy and seems durable. I made one batch so far with no issues. Tap is metal and feels heavy duty. Definitely would buy again and recommend to anyone. Coffee taste completely different to me. Took all the bitterness away and haven't had any issues with the acid I usually get from drinking coffee. If any issues develop I will revise.

I was super excited about this machine. But when I first brewed the coffee, only small amount of coffee was produced. When I checked the part where the used pods go, it was wet with coffee. Literally that part was filled with coffee that was supposed to go into the cup. And I found this rubber, anybody knows what this part is? where I need to put that into? so disappointed and their customer service was hard to reach out. Please re-consider buying this product. not worthy of $300.

Ordered a white one but was sent a black one instead. Decided to keep it instead of sending it back and having to order another one. Bought it slightly used, still great condition. Since it was used, it didn't come with an instruction manual but easy to use nevertheless. Like that it's light and portable

22 Nov 2024. The HB Flex Brew 5-in-1 I ordered 2 days ago was delivered today 22 Nov 2024. After inspecting all parts, cleaning the parts as directed, I set up the coffee maker. The first issue I found was the inability/difficulty in moving the water tank from the back of the machine to the side of the machine. I'm unable to remove the space saver on the side to facilitate having tank on the side of the machine. I set the machine to brew 12 cups using the pot. Despite the tank being filled to the 60oz maximum, the machine only brewed 10 cups. I then set the machine to brew a 12 oz cup of coffee using a coffee pod. The machine didn't brew the 12 ozs with a continuous stream, but in 3 oz increments with long pauses in between each of the 3ozs. I then brewed a 12oz cup using the single-serve insert with no coffee, and using only water and had no issues. One last observation. While the machine is brewing, there is a lot of steam emanating from the top of the machine and causing the cabinet over the machine to sweat. Over time this will damage the cabinet. If the functionality does not improve, I will return the machine. I will submit a followup comment with a recommendation to buy or not buy.

I used to make cold brew with a French press, which was fairly easy, but it was inevitable to end up with grounds in the final product. Using this pitcher made making it much much easier. I have only used it once and did end up with a bit of coffee grounds after shaking it, but it was user error. Make sure the filter is in a correct position before putting the lid. I didn’t have enough room in my fridge to leave the pitcher upright, so I left it on its side and there was zero leakage! Enjoyed a nice cold brew in the morning.

I wanted this item specifically for the convenience and portability of the coffee maker. I brought it to work today and it worked perfectly. It was so easy to use and now I can have coffee/expresso anytime I want during the day. I plan on taking this with me everywhere. It is so compact and lightweight and will be perfect to take along when I travel as well.

I was loving this roaster...it works well and is so easy to clean. But I used it today and when I was cleaning up I saw that this piece is cracked. I would love to get this replaced.can anyone help?

Well I don’t know how this coffee maker is since I received the item today only to discover the instead of the coffee maker there was a pair of used women boots instead. So disgusting and this was no mistake. Considering that we are in a pandemic this is unacceptable 😡
