  • Weird that it doesn’t come with any directions. Nice that it comes with a step drill bit but still you’ll want to drill I pilot so it doesn’t walk on you. I used a file to cut the notch you need at the TOP of the hole. This notch keeps the float valve facing in the right direction. The float valve seems to be one way so I think it’s okay that I needed to drill my hole below the max line for clearance with the cover. I will update if there are any leaks or anything.

  • Used for a Ninja dual coffee maker. It’s working so far. Easy set up. Few adjustments. Lack of instructions, but fairly obvious how it works.

  • Brews excellent coffee. Uses regular coffee or K cups. Fee maker takes up very little counter. Space.

  • I wasn’t sure about this because I kind of wanted a whole set with a carafe but I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. It works perfectly for me to brew one cup and still get to use high quality coffee and not have to resort to K Cup brewers. Also like the vintagey vibe of this color.

I love this coffee maker! I appreciate the option of having stronger coffee (on those tough mornings)!or regular strength coffee. So far I’ve tried only the stronger 😆 It does exactly as described! Brews quickly and the flavor of my coffee is great! Easy to operate and it has a beep to let me know that it’s ready. Not too shabby for the price. It’s not fancy but perfect for me! I would recommend this coffee maker! Color is fabulous too!

Exactly what the title says. It came completely broken and it looked like it was barely put together. Water was leaking EVERYWHERE from every crevice and every corner.

I'll get right to it. This is my second Moccamaster. This isn't about the overall quality of the product, or the brew capabilities, etc-all great. It is about their QA. The little things that are a major annoyance. When I got my first Moccamaster within a few weeks two of the rubber "feet" came off because they weren't glued in. I lost one and lived with the off balance wobble until I adapted a replacement. Now, when I pulled my new KBTS out of the box, (I agree with some reviewers who say the plastic is cheaper, lighter etc.), but I can live with that. What I can't live with is when my wife was sweeping the kitchen and asked me if this "little black thing" she found on the floor was important? The pics tell the story. Same deal nine years later. One of the feet came off and another was loose. I don't want to spend premium dollars for a "premium product" and have it come off the manufacture line with an obvious lack of attention to the small details and proper QA inspection. So, yeah, I got out the Crazy Glue and yeah, I glued them back in and yeah, it makes great coffee, but it is a lousy, disappointing way to start with a new product that you believe is worth the hard earned money spent on it.

  • I ordered this product to give some options to my family over a standard Keurig coffee maker. This is a good value unit. You can brew a full carafe of coffee or a single cup using the Keurig adapter. After a couple months of daily usage, I am sold on this. We like to brew carafes when we get good beans or grounds for gatherings. Prior to getting this coffee maker, we had to brew one cup for everyone. It was costly and time consuming. It took a while to get the "recipes" the way we like them, but we are getting consistent results now. We used to have a toggle on the old Keurig machine to control the strength of a single cup, but this unit does not have it. You have to adjust the size of your cup up or down to make it weaker or stronger. The coffee maker comes with an adapter for a single Keurig cup and a basket for the carafe. My only beef is with cleaning the carafe filter. The mesh is only around the outside of the basket and the bottom is plastic. This means that you have to rinse a little longer when you clean grounds out. Other than that, controls are intuitive, and it is generally easy to use.

Dislike: Very cheaply made plastic unlike my previous Keurig. Color is not as bright as shown, more of a muted or cinnamon red, does not come with filter assembly for water area so I just used the one from my previous Keurig, needs a special kind of refillable pod so I could not use the ones from my other keurig, have to remove bottom piece in order for 16oz refillable cup to fit. Like: compact size, easy to use, water is hot and coffee brewing in seconds, has a 12 oz size( my other one’s largest size was a 10oz cup), red color is still very cute. Hopefully it will last a few years and not cut out as others have mentioned. I bought the 3 year warranty, just in case.

15 K-Cup Pods included with your brewer was in the description. Not included in the box. Not what was advertised.

No experience with product as it is being returned. It was delivered and appears to have been opened and used. Item has visible damage. Expect much more for a $300+ purchase.

I really like this electric coffee maker. It is fast and efficient and it looks really neat! Size is perfect for me. Taking one star because unfortunately they don’t seem to last very long. This is the 4th one I’ve had to buy! Quality definitely needs to be improved!

6-29-24 5 stars This is lightweight at around 2-1/2 lbs, making it a great choice for an RV. I ordered the specifically to make tea or iced tea, using my own loose leaf, tea bags or pods. And it does a great job at that all while being pretty quiet, especially when compared to my Keurig. Something I figured out is that this will steep and run as long as there's water in the reservoir. So for instance when I want to make a gallon of iced tea I add the appropriate amount of tea in the basket and then just add water when the level is almost empty and while it's still steeping and of course change out the cup underneath as I go, then just mix all the cups together in my gallon jug. I also run the machine on "Strong" which seems to be intended for coffee but works for tea also. This is great for when I have company and don't have the time needed to make suntea. Honestly I don't know why it has a button for over ice or iced tea since the water is heated either way, but maybe not as hot, so it doesn't melt as much of your ice. It doesn't seem to make a difference, at least to me. Either way you want to have your cup filled to the rim with ice on both settings. It will melt the ice, until 2/3 to 1/4 remaining in your cup. It's handy whether you're making a single cup or a gallon of tea and I don't have to worry about over boiling and drying out a kettle on the stove. Hopefully my written and photo reviews are helpful, thank you!

This machine is leaking water after less than a year. It's leaking so much that the entire countertop is covered in water every morning. We've checked the water connection, it's secure and not leaking there. This is very disappointing for a machine that was just shy of $1000 bucks. Very unhappy with this product!

  • I like this type of coffee maker or a French roaster
