Arrived re-boxed without original box, filthy, broken garbage! OUTRAGEOUS!

  • Update: Customer service contacted me, told me there is a two year warranty, and is sending a replacement. They also asked about the broken link. They were attentive, prompt, and kind. Thumbs up here. :) I was very happy with it, up until it started leaking. Now it's cracked open completely. Support website wouldn't load for me despite multiple tries. I haven't tried calling, so that's on me.

So far I’m pretty happy with my purchase, still getting used to the amounts of coffee to use but so far like this purchase

  • This Masontops Cold Brew maker is the perfect size for making iced coffee. I didn't want a huge container to store in our fridge, and this jar makes the perfect amount of iced coffee or tea. I followed the directions and made a medium brew, using 8 tablespoons of ground coffee to 2 cups of water. I put it in the fridge overnight and had delicious iced coffee the next day. What makes this kit easy is the brew chamber, which is where you put your coffee grinds. The chamber is made of stainless steel with a very fine mesh, and is so easy to clean. Just dump the used chamber grinds into the garbage and wash the jar and the chamber, and you're ready for the next batch! I used to make iced coffee by putting water and grinds into a pitcher and straining the mixture through cheesecloth at the end. What a mess! This brew maker is so much easier and clean up is a breeze. 5 stars!

Huge WW fan obviously but I still wanted a small, easy to clean and use coffee maker for my room at work. (I’m a firefighter so we basically live at work). The communal coffee maker is always gross. So a personal one was on my list. And then I found this! It’s perfect. It does not take pods and I’m absolutely ok with that. I love this coffee maker!!

  • Only have this for 2 months and It cracked after few uses.

I was given this product as a Christmas gift. Here’s the quick summary: - This is not an actual espresso machine, but it makes very tasty drinks with ease. - small and lightweight - super easy to clean - works good with various types of coffee - following the measurements is KEY! - hot frothing option takes longer than cold - very quiet machine So just so you know where I am coming from, I am a former barista and I own various machines already. I have a Nespresso and Dulce Gusto machine for brewing fast espresso. I also already had a hot milk frother. So at first, I was a bit skeptical that I was going to find a use for this gift. However, the ease of the measurement system and the performance of the cold foam option was what won me over. Buying Nespresso pods can get expensive, so every now and then having the option to use ground coffee is nice. For me, making the iced drinks with this machine is where it’s at. I wasn’t too impressed with the hot option, but an iced latte using this machine tastes quite good for not using espresso! The cold foam is fast and comes out very very cold. So whether I am using it to make coffee or not, I often use it just to make the cold foam for my Nespresso iced drinks. So it has a purpose! Now I just need to solve the problem of three coffee machines in a small apartment kitchen… :)

  • **Current Review** So I had an issue with initial product (please see my review below), but a month or so after I left the first updated review, the founder of the company reached out to me, and offered to make it right. Once he made contact, he was helpful, courteous, and prompt. Although I was disappointed by the issue that I had, it was completely offset by superb customer service. We need more companies out there likes this. Good on them! At this point, I'd definitely buy another product from them. (Here's hoping I don't need to edit this review again.) **First Updated Review** I really liked this when I first got it, but after less than a month of regular us, (i.e. daily, at home, coffee brewing), it has already started to fall apart. As you can see in the attached image, the bottom is starting to come apart from the sides (two of the pictures -- the third shows the side that is still attached as it is supposed to be). It's still functional, but I'm (a) really concerned about how long it will continue to last given the build quality, and (b) that it will scratch my counter-tops. **Original Review** I got this to replace an old glass French Press. I wasn't sure that I'd like it, and after using if for several weeks, I just wished I'd switch a long time ago. Looks good, seems to be built really well, and -- most important -- makes a fine cup of coffee.

  • This is the best coffee/maker I have had in years. Do your self a favor and try this one out, for great coffee make sure to purchase the brown coffee filters with it

The churning blade got stuck almost immediately. Jostles back and forth slightly trying to unstick. Not suitable for cocoa beans or really anything smaller than 4mm or larger than 8-10mm.

I bought the Cuisinart DCC-3200BKSP1 in black stainless steel roughly 18 months ago to replace an 8 year old, 10-cup thermal Cuisinart drip coffee maker, which I have used almost daily with no issues. This coffee maker offers the same ease of use, pleasing aesthetic, and reliable operation I expect with a Cuisinart coffee maker. The temperature control works well - I am someone would likes super hot coffee, and the highest temp setting meets my preference, whereas my previous maker was not able to get the coffee to my liking. There is noticeable difference between the 3 temperature settings. My experience with coffee flavor has been positive, coffee is brewed and has good flavor - I have no issues here, but I do feel like it is not quite as good as my old Cuisinart made. As each device is different, there are countless factors that will effect flavor and as with most brewing methods it takes some fine tuning to dial in the coffee to your liking. A few comments on operation and my process using this device: - When the brew is almost complete and the water reservoir is almost empty, the device does make some noises as the pump is trying to suck in the last of the water. This doesn't bother me but I could see how this would bother some people. - The blue of the LCD screen is a little bit harsh, especially in the middle of the night if you happen to have this nearby where you sleep or if you wander into the kitchen in the dark. Again, not a bit issue, the color could be better/softer but some may see this serve as a small nightlight. - I always wipe the access moisture from the inside of the lid using a paper towel and leave it open to dry after brewing. to prevent any build up of minerals or coffee within the device - plus this keeps it clean and looking brand new. - Using the same paper towel, I occasionally wipe the hot plate and carafe compartment out with the wetted paper towel to clean up any spilled coffee/grounds. This is all I have done as far as cleaning for the entire time I've owned the machine (with the exception of using a little stainless steel cleaner on the appropriate parts. For $100, this coffee pot is well worth it for the average coffee drinker. There are some additional colors offered at differing price points, but just know that you are paying for the appearance and the functionality is that of the same $100 coffee pot. With minimal effort as far as maintenance / cleaning, this coffee maker has performed as expected for me for 18 months and there is no reason to think it won't continue to be a reliable morning companion for years to come.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my VINCI Express Cold Brew Pro 100! This sleek and efficient cold brew maker is a total game changer. Not only is it incredibly easy to use, but cleanup is a breeze too which is a major win in my book. But the best part is the taste! The cold brew is smooth and rich and I am so excited that I no longer have to wait a day for my cold brew fix. With this cold brew pro, I can indulge in my favorite beverage whenever the craving strikes. If you're a cold brew aficionado like me, this machine is an absolute must have. You won't be disappointed!

During my last move my French press had broken and I was looking to replace it and ran across this one. Now there isn’t a whole lot someone can do to improve a French press, upon opening the box i noticed that this one is shorter and wider than my previous one, which means it will fit in my fridge better than my other one., So far my cold brew and ice coffee are amazing and so happy to have a French press back.

This thing rocks. Easy to clean, tastes fresh, you can set the brew to auto brew before you wake up, and if you want a quick cup it only takes a second to make one, it has lasted about 6 months now so so far so good. I have no complaints with this product

I recently bought our Keurig for a wedding gift to myself since my husband doesn't drink coffee. I had no idea I would enjoy it as much as I do. I even bought a few non-coffee k-cups and my husband loves them. I use our Keurig on the daily bases up to 3x a day. My favorite k-cups are Green Mountain Wild Blueberry, Snapple Lemon Iced Tea, and the Cinnabon K-cup. I haven't been to my weekly coffee spot since I got my Keurig. I'm excited about trying new flavors and I love the way it looks on my counter-top! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.
