While I like the ability to freshly grind beans and choose the strength of the brew, I have a few beefs with this coffee maker. For the cost, I think this maker should have few flaws. 1. You can’t see the amount of coffee in the carafe. This isn’t a deal breaker, but it’s proven to be inconvenient at times. 2. It is difficult to completely empty the carafe. It pours a little awkward and you can never get all of the coffee out. 3. It is not that hard to make a big mess. The basket has a spring outlet. If you try to fill a mug but forget to choose the mug option, it will overflow coffee out of the basket. The same will happen if you don’t have the carafe top on or get it situated just right. In summary, it’s a good coffee maker and makes good coffee. If I had to purchase again, I would keep looking.

This item arrived damaged. Take a good look at the box containing the coffee maker. This box was inside a big coffeemakers.us.com brown shipping box. The outside box was not damaged so how did the inside box got so damaged? I like Kcups and was looking forward to using this item but I had no other choice but immediately return it for a refund and will shop for something else ASAP.

I really love this littler French press. It works perfectly and is very easy to clean. It even comes with an extra filter to replace later on. The only thing is 12oz is very small. It basically makes one large mug of coffee which is enough for just me and it’s easy to make a second cup if I want it but really would not recommend this for 2 people unless you’re using the tiny ikea mugs and take a lot of cream or milk with your coffee. I’m going to order the larger one for whenever I have guests or need more than 1 coffee. But it’s definitely beautiful and functional. I’d highly recommend to anyone. The small is also nice size for travel or camping!

We loved the coffee maker. Brewed great coffee, stayed reasonably hot for a long time in the stainless steel carafe and was easy to program. Then we Started finding water around it on the counter. We thought it was the way we filled it or from the condensation dripping off the lid when we opened it, letting it dry. Turns out the unit was leaking. We now have a puddle of water every morning. Cuisinart will not do anything to help with a repair, only suggested we buy a new one. This is a safety hazard with no recall notice and they won’t replace it. Horrible customer service. Not buying their products again.

While washing the brewer, 5. Product Description, Item K Anti-leak valve came out of Item B Filter Holder. Now valve won't stay in the holder rendering the "Pour While Brewing" feature unusable! This is a very poor design! Thank you!

I selected the Horavie Single Serve Coffee Maker because I was wanting a coffee maker that would work with K Cup pods and Ground Coffee. This one does both and takes up very little counter space! I simply fill up my mug and pour it into the water well. I either fill the filter adapter with my favorite ground coffee or choose to use a K cup pod and hit brew! It instantly brews a delicious, hot cup of coffee that fits, perfectly, in my coffee mug!

I chose this over kuerig mini because I wanted the programmable timer...so far so good....... coffee taste good no noticable plastic taste like the cheaper mr.coffee at work....only wish they had cool colors..

Just opened the coffee pot to use and it looks used. There are spots all over it. Some look like water and some from coffee drips. I was under the impression this was a new item not refurbished.

I bought a used, very good or good model. I cleaned my current pot and put it away. I open the box and it's missing the 2 pieces that you put the coffee IN... so unusable! So disappointed. So I ordered a brand new one... I pray this works as well as most reviews say it does. I drink coffee all day.. and I end up wasting lots of it! I hope it works well and holds up.. will save me $ as I do throw coffee away. I hate nuked coffee! I did save over $20 by purchasing a used model. Too bad it was missing the most essential parts! Edit: ordered a brand new one. Received yesterday. First thoughts: Very small footprint, looks nice. Easy to use. Love the water tank. Immediate cons: drips .. a lot. Even if you leave the cup under. I think the set up of 2 sieve's is the issue. I bought #1 filters and they are too big. Not sure if they would work if I cut them smaller. I have large mugs and the flip down is nice. Some of them barely fit. I do wish there was more than 8 and 14 Oz. A 4 would be great. For my mugs, 8 is too small and 14 is too large! I am having a bit of trouble getting the amount of coffee correct. I tried more coffee with the 8 oz; put on bold and it doesn't do much. Wasn't tasting as good as a regular coffee pot. I drank most of my 8 oz this morning and put another 8oz in again. I don't see where the bold button does much. The buttons are nice and clicky. I grind my own beans so I've just taken a spoon and placed the coffee in the pod. Spilled a bit. Might need to take the pod out to fill. Rinsing the 2 pods is fine... I'm hoping there are replacements. I do think this machine is nice. I drink lots of coffee and as one person; sometimes I dump some of the coffee. This machine saves on my coffee. For the few flaws; such as the dripping; it's still nice and well made! I would say wiping up the dripping - some water; some coffee .. is annoying. So I find myself constantly wiping it down. I still recommend it! The water tank is a definite plus. There is another one on coffeemakers.us.com that also takes pods. Well in that case- just get a Keurig. I don't like those so I didn't want a glorified one of those! This is the one to get- grounds only! So it's a bit high maintenance but not enough to take away from the overall convenience... and in my case; savings. It makes a cup relatively fast! I did try the 14 oz with my Rammstein metal cup.. perfect! Update: returning. The dripping is crazy- it's almost like a leak. The bottom filter holder holds water. The grounds stick in the top holder; so constantly rinsing it out. 2 -3 cups in morning; lots of cleaning in between because the filter parts are wet. The bottom of my cup looks gritty. I'm not overfilling the holder. Constant cleaning of the plates.. I keep wondering where all the water is coming from. Not overfilling the tank either. The idea is great; execution- not at all. Sad because I like the idea of it; just a constant mess to clean the thing due to leaks!

More of a teal than blue

We love this Bunn Coffee Maker. We purchased this exact one in 2012 and loved it so much that after 14 years it started to leak slightly while brewing so we replaced it with the exact Bunn coffee maker. It lasted 14 years. It brews fast and coffee tastes great. The coffee maker is easy to clean and brews hot coffee. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Incredible the difference in taste it brews the coffee beans we have always loved. Now it’s even more amazing! So happy we made this purchase. Zero regrets. So easy to program. Love that the water container is removable, making it easy to fill. And the carafe keeps the coffee hot perfectly to enjoy for mornings. Easy to clean. So gorgeous on our countertop. I especially love that I can set the app to notify me that the coffee is done brewing and ready to enjoy!

I gave this a 1 star because I specifically ordered this because in both the pictures and the title this items states it is stainless steel insulated when this is a plastic insulated coffee press. I will be returning this item.

EDIT: I was able to reach out to the company directly and the item was covered under their warranty. A replacement was sent very quickly! Thank you! Unfortunately the item arrived broken however since this was a gift I did not open it right away. It was past the 30 day return window so I am out the money and the item. Learn from my mistake and check it right away.
